Nejhor\u0161\u00ed je, kdy\u017e se \u010dlov\u011bk bez jak\u00e9hokoli tr\u00e9ninku rozhodne b\u011b\u017eet dlouhou tra\u0165 \u010di dokonce maraton. Nejen\u017ee fyzicky nevydr\u017e\u00ed, ale ubl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed si.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Jak\u00fd sport byste ze zdravotn\u00edho hlediska doporu\u010dil a naopak zak\u00e1zal?<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u017edop\u00e1dn\u011b ten, kter\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bka bav\u00ed. Jinak u n\u011bj nevydr\u017e\u00ed. Z m\u00e9ho pohledu jsou nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ty, co nejm\u00e9n\u011b zat\u011b\u017euj\u00ed klouby a \u0161lachy \u2013 plav\u00e1n\u00ed, j\u00edzda na kole, rychl\u00e1 ch\u016fze. V\u016fbec nen\u00ed dobr\u00e9 zat\u011b\u017eovat t\u011blo st\u00e1le stejn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem \u2013 zvykne si toti\u017e nam\u00e1hat st\u00e1le stejn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti a syst\u00e9my svalstva, kloub\u016f\u2026 Striktn\u011b bych nezak\u00e1zal asi \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd. Mo\u017en\u00e1 bych jen star\u0161\u00ed generaci nedoporu\u010dil sportov\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m doch\u00e1z\u00ed k trhav\u00fdm, rychl\u00fdm pohyb\u016fm a prudk\u00fdm rotac\u00edm t\u011bla. Na t\u011bch vyd\u011bl\u00e1vaj\u00ed jen reklamn\u00ed a farmaceutick\u00e9 firmy.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; N\u011bkde jsem ale \u010detl, \u017ee artr\u00f3ze se uniknout v\u00e1\u017en\u011b ned\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Ned\u00e1. To je fakt. Je ale rozd\u00edl v tom, jestli v\u00e1s za\u010dne tr\u00e1pit ve st\u0159edn\u00edm v\u011bku nebo v sedmdes\u00e1ti. A to se d\u00e1 ovlivnit. Nebo si hodn\u011b lid\u00ed neuv\u011bdom\u00ed, jak\u00e9 \u0161kody nap\u00e1ch\u00e1 no\u0161en\u00ed nevhodn\u00e9 obuvi. Ur\u010dit\u011b je nepijte ve\u010der, zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed nespavost. Iontov\u00e9 n\u00e1poje jsou hlavn\u011b pro sportovce, proteinov\u00e9 pro kulturisty.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; M\u00e1m pocit, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b kulturistika v\u00e1m asi k srdci moc nep\u0159irostla\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Moc ne, p\u0159izn\u00e1v\u00e1m. Ch\u00e1pu kult hezk\u00e9ho t\u011bla, ten nakonec vyzn\u00e1vali u\u017e v antice, ale v\u0161eho moc \u0161kod\u00ed. Pacientovi se odebere mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed krve, od kter\u00e9 se separac\u00ed odd\u011bl\u00ed krevn\u00ed desti\u010dky bohat\u00e9 na plazmu \u2013 uvol\u0148uj\u00ed do t\u011bla \u0159adu b\u00edlkovin i r\u016fstov\u00fd faktor. Injek\u010dn\u00ed st\u0159\u00edka\u010dkou se aplikuj\u00ed do posti\u017een\u00e9ho m\u00edsta. V\u00fdsledky jsou ohromuj\u00edc\u00ed, urychl\u00ed regeneraci o pades\u00e1t procent.
