P\u0159itom by jim sta\u010dilo p\u0159idat hodinu \u2013 mezi \u0161estihodinov\u00fdmi sp\u00e1\u010di je v\u00e1penat\u011bn\u00edm posti\u017eeno pouze deset procent.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;V\u0161ude kolem n\u00e1s je spousta d\u016fvod\u016f, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s nut\u00ed omezovat sp\u00e1nek, ale na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b se mno\u017e\u00ed d\u016fkazy, \u017ee kr\u00e1cen\u00ed doby, kterou prosp\u00edme, m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt dlouhodob\u011b z\u00e1ke\u0159n\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed n\u00e1sledky,&#8220; upozornila Diane Lauderdaleov\u00e1 z\u00a0 Chicagsk\u00e9 univerzity.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Nechceme tvrdit, \u017ee na\u0161e pr\u00e1ce jednozna\u010dn\u011b prokazuje p\u0159\u00edmou souvislost kr\u00e1tk\u00e9ho sp\u00e1nku a zhor\u0161en\u00ed stavu srde\u010dn\u00edch tepen, p\u0159esto ale soud\u00edme, \u017ee minimum doby, kterou je t\u0159eba str\u00e1vit span\u00edm, je \u0161est hodin denn\u011b.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci tak\u00e9 zjistili, \u017ee nedostatek sp\u00e1nku m\u016f\u017ee zhor\u0161ovat symptomy roztrou\u0161en\u00e9 skler\u00f3zy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nespavci h\u016f\u0159e hubnou<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Objevila se rovn\u011b\u017e studie o souvislosti sp\u00e1nku a nar\u016fstaj\u00edc\u00ed epidemie obezity. Nejlep\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdsledky ve sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed hmotnosti m\u011bli ti z \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f v\u00fdzkumu, kte\u0159\u00ed spali v pr\u016fm\u011bru kolem \u0161esti a\u017e sedmi hodin denn\u011b a nebyli vystaveni stresov\u00fdm vliv\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vyspat se do r\u016f\u017eova<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dobr\u00fd sp\u00e1nek je jednou z podm\u00ednek tvorby r\u016fstov\u00e9ho hormonu u d\u011bt\u00ed. V\u00fdzkumy prok\u00e1zaly, \u017ee b\u011bhem sp\u00e1nku stoup\u00e1 v bu\u0148k\u00e1ch produkce protein\u016f a zpomaluje se proces jejich rozkladu.
