Strava bohat\u00e1 na tuto aminokyselinu m\u016f\u017ee v \u0159ad\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f leh\u010d\u00ed cukrovky nejen sn\u00ed\u017eit d\u00e1vky standardn\u00edch l\u00e9k\u016f, ale <strong>dokonce je i nahradit<\/strong>. \u00a0<\/strong> <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Mechanismus p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b siln\u00e9ho antidiabetick\u00e9ho \u00fa\u010dinku aminokyseliny L\u2011argininu, kter\u00e1 se v n\u011bkter\u00fdch potravin\u00e1ch p\u0159irozen\u011b vyskytuje ve zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed, odhalili diabetologov\u00e9 z univerzity v Kodani veden\u00ed Christofferem Clemmensenem ve spolupr\u00e1ci s americk\u00fdmi kolegy z University of Cincinnati.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i testech na laboratorn\u00edch my\u0161\u00edch m\u011bl L\u2011arginin na cukrovku srovnateln\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek jako\u00a0 l\u00e9ky, kter\u00e9 se b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed k l\u00e9\u010db\u011b diabetu 2. typu.<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bdci zkoumali toleranci ke gluk\u00f3ze jak u ob\u00e9zn\u00edch my\u0161\u00ed, tak i u my\u0161\u00ed s norm\u00e1ln\u00ed hmotnost\u00ed. U obou skupin zv\u00ed\u0159at dos\u00e1hli po pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed L\u2011argininu o 40 % vy\u0161\u0161\u00edho metabolismu gluk\u00f3zy. Obdobn\u00e9ho \u00fa\u010dinku dosahuje \u0159ada l\u00e9k\u016f pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch k l\u00e9\u010db\u011b cukrovky 2. typu.<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u00edl L\u2011argininu na zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed tvorby inzulinu je zn\u00e1m\u00fd dlouhou dobu. Mechanismus tohoto p\u016fsoben\u00ed v\u0161ak z\u016fst\u00e1val a\u017e do laboratorn\u00edho pokusu D\u00e1n\u016f spole\u010dn\u011b s Ameri\u010dany neprozkouman\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Auto\u0159i studie nicm\u00e9n\u011b upozor\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee nelze zvl\u00e1dat pokro\u010dil\u00fd diabetes 2. typu jen stravou bohatou na L\u2011arginin. Nap\u0159\u00edklad se p\u0159\u00edzniv\u011b projevuje v prokrven\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u00ed a ve zlep\u0161en\u00ed krevn\u00edho toku d\u00edky roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed c\u00e9v.
