N\u00edzkopodla\u017en\u00edch autobus\u016f je ve m\u011bstech 95 procent. Lid\u00e9 naopak nejsou spokojeni s po\u010dtem parkovac\u00edch m\u00edst.<\/strong><br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nCestovat po Hradci Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 m\u011bstskou hromadnou dopravou p\u0159ed \u0161estn\u00e1cti lety bylo pro voz\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159e, matky s ko\u010d\u00e1rky nebo star\u00e9 lidi s berlemi doslova za trest. Nastupov\u00e1n\u00ed do v\u0161ech autobus\u016f a trolejbus\u016f jim komplikovaly schody, na kter\u00e9 jim museli pom\u00e1hat ochotn\u00ed spolucestuj\u00edc\u00ed nebo \u0159idi\u010d.<\/p>\n<p>Od roku 1997 v\u0161ak hradeck\u00fd dopravn\u00ed podnik za\u010dal budovat n\u00edzkopodla\u017en\u00ed flotilu, kter\u00e1 je nyn\u00ed nejmodern\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v republice. I d\u00edky n\u00ed v r\u00e1mci v\u00fdzkumu M\u00edsto pro \u017eivot zv\u00edt\u011bzil Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9hradeck\u00fd kraj v jednom z krit\u00e9ri\u00ed, kter\u00e9 hodnotilo pod\u00edl bezbari\u00e9rov\u00fdch spoj\u016f v m\u011bstsk\u00e9 hromadn\u00e9 doprav\u011b. M\u011bstsk\u00e9 autobusy jezd\u00ed v dev\u00edti m\u011bstech Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9hradeck\u00e9ho kraje a podle v\u00fdzkumu je t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 95 procent spoj\u016f bezbari\u00e9rov\u00fdch. V tom nem\u00e1 hradeck\u00fd region v \u010cesku konkurenci.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Prvn\u00ed n\u00edzkopodla\u017en\u00ed autobusy jsme koupili v roce 1997 z Francie a dal\u0161\u00ed nov\u00e9 autobusy, kter\u00e9 jsme po\u0159izovali, byly u\u017e jenom n\u00edzkopodla\u017en\u00ed. Posledn\u00ed dva kloubov\u00e9 trolejbusy jsme koupili letos,&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 \u0159editel hradeck\u00e9ho Dopravn\u00edho podniku Miloslav Kulich. Po Hradci nyn\u00ed jezd\u00ed 100 autobus\u016f a 35 trolejbus\u016f. Hendikepovan\u00ed mohou pohodln\u011b nastupovat do v\u0161ech, u n\u011bkter\u00fdch jim je\u0161t\u011b pom\u016f\u017ee speci\u00e1ln\u00ed plo\u0161ina.<\/p>\n<p>Podobn\u011b n\u00e1pomocni jsou voz\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159\u016fm nebo matk\u00e1m s ko\u010d\u00e1rky tak\u00e9 v Trutnov\u011b nebo Dvo\u0159e Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 nad Labem. Bezbari\u00e9rov\u00fdch autobus\u016f tam maj\u00ed sice jen zhruba dv\u011b t\u0159etiny, ale na internetov\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch dopravce Osnado, kter\u00fd organizuje m\u011bstskou dopravu v obou m\u011bstech, pravideln\u011b aktualizuj\u00ed linky a \u010dasy, kdy na nich pojede n\u00edzkopodla\u017en\u00ed autobus s plo\u0161inou. A to nejen u autobus\u016f m\u011bstsk\u00fdch, ale i mezim\u011bstsk\u00fdch. N\u00edzkopodla\u017en\u00ed vozy s v\u00fdsuvnou plo\u0161inou pro voz\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159e jezd\u00ed i v Ji\u010d\u00edn\u011b a Ho\u0159ic\u00edch, kde linky obsluhuje speci\u00e1ln\u00ed men\u0161\u00ed &#8222;midibus&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9hradeck\u00fd kraj m\u00e1 nad ostatn\u00edmi regiony velikou p\u0159evahu. Libereck\u00fd kraj, kter\u00fd je na druh\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b, m\u00e1 n\u00edzkopodla\u017en\u00edch voz\u016f jen 70 procent, t\u0159et\u00ed Jiho\u010desk\u00fd p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 65 procent. Nejkomplikovan\u011bji se po m\u011bstech cestuje hendikepovan\u00fdm v Jihomoravsk\u00e9m kraji. Tam je n\u00edzkopodla\u017en\u00ed jen ka\u017ed\u00fd t\u0159et\u00ed spoj.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;P\u0159\u00edmo Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 m\u00e1 se sam\u00fdmi n\u00edzkopodla\u017en\u00edmi vozy nejmodern\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vozov\u00fd park v republice. To, co tady m\u00e1me, nem\u00e1 nikdo,&#8220; upozor\u0148uje n\u00e1m\u011bstek hradeck\u00e9ho prim\u00e1tora Martin Soukup.<br \/>\nSpokojeni jsou i sami hendikepovan\u00ed. &#8222;Po Hradci se n\u00e1m jezd\u00ed dob\u0159e. Krom\u011b autobus\u016f s v\u00fdsuvn\u00fdmi plo\u0161inami ve m\u011bst\u011b jezd\u00ed i spole\u010dnost Dosio, kter\u00e1 p\u0159epravuje t\u011blesn\u011b posti\u017een\u00e9,&#8220; oce\u0148uje \u0159editel hradeck\u00e9ho centra pro zdravotn\u011b posti\u017een\u00e9 Ji\u0159\u00ed Mor\u00e1vek.<\/p>\n<p>Dod\u00e1v\u00e1 ale, \u017ee p\u0159i cestov\u00e1n\u00ed mezi m\u011bsty to u\u017e tak dobr\u00e9 nen\u00ed. Mezim\u011bstsk\u00e9 autobusy toti\u017e v\u0161echny bezbari\u00e9rov\u00e9 nejsou a ide\u00e1ln\u00ed nen\u00ed ani cestov\u00e1n\u00ed vlakem. &#8222;V Hradci do vlaku je\u0161t\u011b nastoup\u00edte, ale jak vystoup\u00edte v m\u00edstech, kde nemaj\u00ed p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00e1 n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b ani zvedac\u00ed plo\u0161iny?&#8220; podot\u00fdk\u00e1 Mor\u00e1vek.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u016fzkum t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se mimo jin\u00e9 tak\u00e9 m\u011bstsk\u00e9 hromadn\u00e9 dopravy si nechal zpracovat i hradeck\u00fd magistr\u00e1t. M\u00edstn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed podnik v n\u011bm zabodoval. Vyplynulo z n\u011bj, \u017ee s kvalitou p\u0159epravy po m\u011bst\u011b je spokojeno 86 procent lid\u00ed. Oproti pr\u016fzkumu v roce 2009 si tak dopravn\u00ed podnik polep\u0161il o p\u011bt procent.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e p\u0159ed \u010dty\u0159mi lety jsou ale lid\u00e9 spokojeni s frekvenc\u00ed spoj\u016f MHD, v roce 2009 vyhovovala 81 procent\u016fm lid\u00ed, letos bylo spokojeno 78 procent. Pr\u016fzkum byl nav\u00edc prov\u00e1d\u011bn p\u0159ed velk\u00fdmi \u010dervencov\u00fdmi zm\u011bnami a \u0161krty linek, proti nim\u017e se zvedla vlna nevole.<\/p>\n<p>Nejv\u00edc v\u0161ak Hrade\u010d\u00e1ky v doprav\u011b zlob\u00ed stav silnic (jen 38,3 % spokojen\u00fdch) a nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 mo\u017enosti parkov\u00e1n\u00ed v bl\u00edzkosti bydli\u0161t\u011b (pouze 45,6 % spokojen\u00fdch). &#8222;To je obecn\u011b probl\u00e9m ve v\u0161ech m\u011bstech, net\u00fdk\u00e1 se jen Hradce Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9,&#8220; zm\u00edr\u0148uje v\u00fdtky Mari\u00e1n Svoboda ze spole\u010dnosti Augur, kter\u00e1 pr\u016fzkum pro m\u011bsto vytvo\u0159ila. &#8222;Lid\u00e9 cht\u011bj\u00ed parkovat hned u domu, ne k autu doch\u00e1zet,&#8220; vysv\u011btluje.<\/p>\n<p>Michaela Rambouskov\u00e1<br \/>\nMlad\u00e1 fronta DNES<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Celost\u00e1tn\u00ed pr\u016fzkum uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee matk\u00e1m s ko\u010d\u00e1rky nebo posti\u017een\u00fdm se nejpohodln\u011bji cestuje m\u011bstskou dopravou v Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9hradeck\u00e9m kraji.
