Domov toti\u017e sv\u00fdm lidem strhl\u00a0poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed z platu, pen\u00edze si ale nechal.<\/strong>
\nSoud poprv\u00e9 potrestal firmu, kter\u00e1 sice pojistn\u00e9 sv\u00fdm lidem zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm strhla z platu, pen\u00edze si ale nechala.<\/p>\n

Firma Sossenior s.r.o., kter\u00e1 provozovala domov pro nemocn\u00e9 Alzheimerovou chorobou na Kladensku, \u00famysln\u011b nezaplatila za sv\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance zdravotn\u00ed a soci\u00e1ln\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed v celkov\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161i 126 tis\u00edc korun. V \u010delel firmy st\u00e1la dvacetilet\u00e1 majitelka Krist\u00fdna Ma\u0165hov\u00e1.<\/p>\n

„P\u0159esto\u017ee povinn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky byly sr\u00e1\u017eeny z hrub\u00e9 mzdy zam\u011bstnanc\u016f,“ napsala soudkyn\u011b Helena Kr\u00e1lov\u00e1 z Obvodn\u00edho soudu pro Prahu 1 do rozsudku.<\/p>\n

Podle nov\u00e9ho z\u00e1kona o trestn\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti firem za to dostala symbolick\u00fd trest: musela rozsudek zve\u0159ejnit v novin\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n

Telefon ani internetov\u00e9 str\u00e1nky firmy u\u017e dnes nefunguj\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Z\u00e1kon o trest\u00e1n\u00ed firem \u010cesko zavedlo od roku 2012.<\/p>\n
