P\u0159itom mezi OZP pat\u0159\u00ed i lid\u00e9, na kter\u00fdch \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd handicap mnohdy v\u016fbec nepozn\u00e1te.<\/strong><br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nZam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zdravotn\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdch v \u010cesku upravuje z\u00e1kon a firm\u00e1m s v\u00edce ne\u017e 25 zam\u011bstnanci ur\u010duje \u010dty\u0159procentn\u00ed kv\u00f3tu z celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst. Pokud se firm\u011b neda\u0159\u00ed zam\u011bstnat dosta\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed po\u010det handicapovan\u00fdch lid\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee to vy\u0159e\u0161it takzvan\u00fdm n\u00e1hradn\u00edm pln\u011bn\u00edm. V praxi to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee odeb\u00edr\u00e1 v\u00fdrobky \u010di slu\u017eby od chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00fdch d\u00edlen nebo odv\u00e1d\u00ed prost\u0159edky do st\u00e1tn\u00edho rozpo\u010dtu.<\/p>\n<p>V t\u00e9to oblasti je st\u00e1le \u0159ada p\u0159edsudk\u016f. Mana\u017ee\u0159i i pracovn\u00edci HR si handicapovan\u00e9 \u010dasto p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed jako nevidom\u00e9 nebo lidi na voz\u00edku, ale osoby se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm (OZP) jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad i astmatici nebo ti po z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed operaci. Na 80 procentech z nich na prvn\u00ed pohled nepozn\u00e1te, \u017ee maj\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>V \u010cesku je p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b p\u016fl milionu lid\u00ed se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm, ale podle expert\u016f existuje stejn\u00fd po\u010det t\u011bch, ji\u017e se k posti\u017een\u00ed nehl\u00e1s\u00ed. Dal\u0161\u00edm d\u016fvodem, kter\u00fd br\u00e1n\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00edmu zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, je za\u017eit\u00e9 kli\u0161\u00e9 z minulosti, \u017ee handicapovan\u00e9ho je velmi obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 propustit. P\u0159itom dnes jsou na tom p\u0159ed z\u00e1kon\u00edkem pr\u00e1ce v\u0161ichni stejn\u011b. D\u00e1le p\u0159etrv\u00e1v\u00e1 obava, \u017ee handicapovan\u00ed vy\u017eaduj\u00ed nadstandardn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di, a strach z toho, jak je p\u0159ijmou kolegov\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Tito lid\u00e9 v\u0161ak mus\u00ed odv\u00e1d\u011bt stejn\u00fd v\u00fdkon jako ti zdrav\u00ed, jen k tomu n\u011bkdy pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed specifick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky.<\/p>\n<p>Firm\u00e1m umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed vytvo\u0159it r\u016fznorod\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se podob\u00e1 re\u00e1ln\u00e9mu sv\u011btu v\u00edce ne\u017e n\u011bjak\u00e9 uzav\u0159en\u00e9 akv\u00e1rium, kde jsou v\u0161ichni stejn\u00ed. Pro zam\u011bstnavatele je to i konkuren\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdhoda, kter\u00e1 utv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed pozitivn\u00ed image a zlep\u0161uje firemn\u00ed kulturu. Lid\u00e9 s posti\u017een\u00edm si pr\u00e1ce velmi v\u00e1\u017e\u00ed a jsou v\u011bt\u0161inou vysoce motivovan\u00ed, proto\u017ee st\u00e1le je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159etrv\u00e1v\u00e1 znev\u00fdhod\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00e9to skupiny \u017eadatel\u016f o pr\u00e1ci.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rady pro personalisty, co ud\u011blat, kdy\u017e se rozhodnou zam\u011bstnat handicapovan\u00e9:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Zajist\u011bte si podporu veden\u00ed spole\u010dnosti, tedy vysv\u011btlete mana\u017eer\u016fm, jak\u00e9 specifick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky je pot\u0159eba p\u0159ipravit a jak\u00e9 benefity to m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159in\u00e9st.<br \/>\n2. Dohodn\u011bte se s mana\u017eery, kter\u00e9 pozice ve firm\u011b jsou vhodn\u00e9 pro handicapovan\u00e9, a inzerujte je.<br \/>\n3. M\u011b\u0148te optiku vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed posti\u017een\u00fdch ve sv\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti, m\u016f\u017eete t\u0159eba spustit intern\u00ed kampa\u0148, kter\u00e1 pom\u016f\u017ee p\u0159edsudky odbourat.<br \/>\n4. Motivujte st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed zam\u011bstnance, aby se ke statusu OZP p\u0159ihl\u00e1sili. 5. Spus\u0165te referen\u010dn\u00ed program, ve kter\u00e9m p\u0159im\u011bjete pracovn\u00edky, aby pro volnou pracovn\u00ed pozici doporu\u010dili handicapovan\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka ze sv\u00e9ho okol\u00ed.<br \/>\n6. Uspo\u0159\u00e1dejte workshopy pro mana\u017eery, ve kter\u00fdch jim t\u00e9ma p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017e\u00edte a uk\u00e1\u017eete jeho pozitiva. 7.
