Sta\u010d\u00ed, kdy\u017e si p\u0159edt\u00edm nasad\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u00ed br\u00fdle s malou kamerou, kter\u00e1 bude p\u0159esn\u00fd pohyb o\u010dn\u00edch zornic sn\u00edmat. D\u00edky takov\u00e9mu za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pak budou moci i lid\u00e9 upoutan\u00ed na invalidn\u00ed voz\u00edk z\u016fstat samostatn\u00ed, co\u017e je pr\u00e1v\u011b to, co te\u010f medic\u00edna budoucnosti \u0159e\u0161\u00ed v\u016fbec nejv\u00edce. A to na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b.<br \/>\nJen ve Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1tech se trh pokro\u010dil\u00fdch bezdr\u00e1tov\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f, kter\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed d\u00e1lkov\u00fd monitoring pacient\u016f, se za posledn\u00edch p\u011bt let zdvojn\u00e1sobil: loni se v n\u011bm proto\u010dilo 7,7 miliard americk\u00fdch dolar\u016f a podle progn\u00f3z do deseti let stoupne na 63 miliard americk\u00fdch dolar\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Vzhledem ke st\u00e1rnut\u00ed populace je toti\u017e jasn\u00e9, \u017ee jen na kapacity zdravotnick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f a sester do budoucna spol\u00e9hat nelze. Jen v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u010ceska se po\u010det senior\u016f vyhoupne v dal\u0161\u00edch deseti letech na \u010dtvrtinu cel\u00e9 populace.<br \/>\n&#8222;Je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee relativn\u011b brzy dosp\u011bjeme do situace, kdy nebude dost lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed budou moci o nemohouc\u00ed pe\u010dovat, proto mus\u00edme m\u00edt k dispozici pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 technologie,&#8220; \u0159ekla Olga \u0160t\u011bp\u00e1nkov\u00e1 z \u010cVUT.<br \/>\n&#8222;Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 dva typy \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Bu\u010f nep\u0159\u00edm\u00e9, kdy si \u010dlov\u011bk vyb\u00edr\u00e1 o\u010dima z pokyn\u016f na obrazovce jako st\u016fj \u010di couvni, nebo p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9, kdy voz\u00edk jede tam, kam se d\u00edv\u00e1,&#8220; popisovala \u0160t\u011bp\u00e1nkov\u00e1. P\u0159edt\u00edm, ne\u017e se budou moci vyr\u00e1b\u011bt konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm pacient\u016fm na m\u00edru, v\u0161ak je\u0161t\u011b mus\u00ed t\u00fdm v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk\u016f doladit robotovy reakce na n\u00e1hl\u00e9 zm\u011bny intenzity sv\u011btla.<\/p>\n<p>Nejde ale jen o za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro nepohybliv\u00e9 pacienty. Dal\u0161\u00edm odv\u011btv\u00edm, v n\u011bm\u017e se firmy na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b p\u0159edh\u00e1n\u011bj\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b o n\u011bco v\u00edce, je medic\u00edna na d\u00e1lku.<br \/>\n\u010casto toti\u017e sta\u010d\u00ed relativn\u011b m\u00e1lo a \u010dlov\u011bk nemus\u00ed do ordinace, t\u0159eba\u017ee je t\u011b\u017ece nemocn\u00fd. Kdy\u017e si dnes chce \u010dlov\u011bk zkontrolovat, jak postupuje Alzheimerova choroba u jeho p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00e9ho, mus\u00ed nemocn\u00e9ho vz\u00edt na zhruba hodinovou prohl\u00eddku do ambulance a pak \u010dekat na vyhodnocen\u00ed test\u016f. Brzy v\u0161ak bude sta\u010dit, aby pacientovi podali mobil s takzvanou diagnostickou hrou, jej\u00ed\u017e v\u00fdsledky se automaticky ode\u0161lou do l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9ho po\u010d\u00edta\u010de.<br \/>\nA pod podobn\u00fdm d\u00e1lkov\u00fdm dozorem mohou b\u00fdt brzy d\u00edky modern\u00edm technologi\u00edm i t\u011bhotn\u00e9 \u017eeny, pacienti s cukrovkou, vysok\u00fdm tlakem nebo obezitou. Pou\u017e\u00edt toti\u017e budou moci nap\u0159\u00edklad na internet p\u0159ipojen\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159i\u010de nebo chytrou v\u00e1hu.<br \/>\n&#8222;V\u00fdsledn\u00e1 data se zpracov\u00e1vaj\u00ed podle medic\u00ednsk\u00fdch algoritm\u016f a \u010dlov\u011bk pak na jejich z\u00e1klad\u011b dost\u00e1v\u00e1 i upozorn\u011bn\u00ed k p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv\u011b l\u00e9ka\u0159e,&#8220; popisoval Filip Linhart ze spole\u010dnosti Sherlog eVito, kter\u00e1 pat\u0159\u00ed mezi v\u00fdvoj\u00e1\u0159e telemedic\u00ednsk\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v \u010cesku.<br \/>\nNa d\u00e1lku se v\u0161ak st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed propojovat tak\u00e9 l\u00e9ka\u0159i. Firma 3M u\u017e kv\u016fli tomu dokonce vyvinula i Bluetooth syst\u00e9m pro stetoskop.<br \/>\n&#8222;Kdy\u017e si jeden odborn\u00edk nen\u00ed poslechem pacienta jist\u00fd, po\u0161le z\u00e1znam kolegovi a ten mu okam\u017eit\u011b \u0159ekne, co si o tom mysl\u00ed,&#8220; popisuje Roman Motyka, \u0161\u00e9f zdravotnick\u00e9 divize 3M pro \u010cesko.<br \/>\nTechnologi\u00ed, jejich\u017e c\u00edlem je, aby pacienti tr\u00e1vili s l\u00e9ka\u0159i jen nezbytn\u00fd \u010das, je v\u0161ak v\u00edce. Ve Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1tech te\u010f nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u011bdci pracuj\u00ed na syst\u00e9mu, kter\u00fd dok\u00e1\u017ee m\u011b\u0159it zhor\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se n\u00e1ladu \u010di m\u00edru stresu, a dokonce by na to m\u011bl doty\u010dn\u00e9ho i v\u010das upozornit.<br \/>\nVych\u00e1z\u00ed toti\u017e z tepu, potu \u010di dechu a postupn\u011b tak m\u016f\u017ee doplnit \u010di \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b nahradit psychoterapeuty. P\u0159i dlouhodob\u011bj\u0161\u00edm pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed monitorovac\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bk p\u0159esn\u011b zjist\u00ed, ve kter\u00fdch chv\u00edl\u00edch se nec\u00edt\u00ed dob\u0159e.<\/p>\n<p>Do budoucnosti zdravotnictv\u00ed se v\u0161ak neprom\u00edt\u00e1 jen to, co v\u011bdc\u016fm vznik\u00e1 pod rukama pr\u00e1v\u011b te\u010f. Podobu l\u00e9\u010dby ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed tak\u00e9 poznatky z jin\u00fdch obor\u016f, kter\u00e9 se do medic\u00edny teprve p\u0159ej\u00edmaj\u00ed. Pro p\u0159\u00edklad: firma B. Braun v nemocnic\u00edch testuje speci\u00e1ln\u00ed rou\u0161ku, kter\u00e1 zastav\u00ed krv\u00e1cen\u00ed, proto\u017ee je napu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e1 kaolinem.<\/p>\n<p>Psychologa nahrad\u00ed senzor<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Ve Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1tech v\u011bdci testuj\u00ed nov\u00e9 monitorovac\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 vy\u0161le varov\u00e1n\u00ed, kdy\u017e se \u010dlov\u011bku zhor\u0161uje n\u00e1lada nebo se dost\u00e1v\u00e1 do stresu. Pozn\u00e1 to z tepu, potu, dechu a podobn\u011b. Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee pomoci p\u0159i terapii, ta dosud st\u00e1la jen na subjektivn\u00edm vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed pacienta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Mobil ohl\u00edd\u00e1 sp\u00e1nek<br \/>\n\u010clov\u011bk s poruchami d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159i sp\u00e1nku u\u017e nemus\u00ed do speci\u00e1ln\u00ed laborato\u0159e, kde je po\u0159\u00e1d plno, k vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed mu bude sta\u010dit mobiln\u00ed aplikace Apnoe detection.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00edru demence zkontroluje telefon<br \/>\nL\u00e9ka\u0159 prohl\u00e9dne postupuj\u00edc\u00ed Alzheimerovu chorobu pomoc\u00ed telefonu. Na port\u00e1lu se mu toti\u017e zobraz\u00ed, jak nemocn\u00fd obst\u00e1l p\u0159i \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u00edch her s \u010d\u00edsly, kostkami \u010di p\u00edsmeny, ani\u017e by ho musel vid\u011bt. Aplikaci p\u0159ipravili na \u010cVUT.<\/p>\n<p>Jak vyp\u011bstovat srdce<br \/>\nT\u00fdm v\u011bdc\u016f z Masarykovy univerzity v Brn\u011b pracuje na tom, jak z lidsk\u00e9 k\u016f\u017ee vyrobit sou\u010d\u00e1stky pro srdce. Do budoucna by tak m\u011blo j\u00edt vyp\u011bstovat jak &#8222;n\u00e1hradn\u00ed d\u00edly&#8220;, tak i cel\u00fd org\u00e1n. Sami v\u011bdci to p\u0159ipodob\u0148uj\u00ed k programov\u00e1n\u00ed softwaru po\u010d\u00edta\u010de.<\/p>\n<p>Nohy<br \/>\n\u010ce\u0161t\u00ed v\u011bdci pracuj\u00ed na elektrick\u00e9m k\u0159esle, kter\u00e9 lze ovl\u00e1dat zrakem. V\u00fdvoj je ve f\u00e1zi testov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Obezita pod dohledem<br \/>\nChroni\u010dt\u00ed pacienti s obezitou, vysok\u00fdm tlakem \u010di cukrovkou mohou b\u00fdt neust\u00e1le pod kontrolou, ani\u017e by chodili \u010dasto k l\u00e9ka\u0159i. Sleduje je chytr\u00fd krokom\u011br \u010di tlakom\u011br, kter\u00fd vy\u0161le sign\u00e1l, a\u017e kdy\u017e se v t\u011ble n\u011bco nestandardn\u00edho d\u011bje. Umo\u017e\u0148uje to v \u010cesku vyv\u00edjen\u00fd syst\u00e9m eVito.<\/p>\n<p>Krv\u00e1cen\u00ed zastav\u00ed arm\u00e1dn\u00ed rou\u0161ka<br \/>\nKdy\u017e se l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016fm neda\u0159\u00ed uzav\u0159\u00edt r\u00e1nu, p\u0159ilo\u017e\u00ed rou\u0161ku s kaolinem a krev se zastav\u00ed. Technologii, kter\u00e1 p\u016fvodn\u011b slou\u017eila p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v arm\u00e1d\u011b, zkou\u0161\u00ed v nemocnic\u00edch spole\u010dnost B Braun.<\/p>\n<p>Mluv\u00edc\u00ed robot<br \/>\nSpole\u010dn\u00edk k hovor\u016fm s opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdmi seniory nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt jen z masa a kost\u00ed, robot s um\u011blou inteligenc\u00ed dok\u00e1\u017ee konverzovat o po\u010das\u00ed \u010di o dal\u0161\u00edch voliteln\u00fdch t\u00e9matech a tak\u00e9 vyhled\u00e1 odjezdy autobus\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e1ny se ne\u0161ij\u00ed, ale lep\u00ed<br \/>\nKdy\u017e chirurgov\u00e9 dokon\u010d\u00ed operaci, nebudou u\u017e muset sahat po klasick\u00e9 niti, ale pou\u017eij\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u00ed lepic\u00ed p\u00e1sku. Po n\u00ed nez\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed jizvy a tak\u00e9 se za \u010das sama rozpadne.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e1d d\u011bde\u010dka ohl\u00e1s\u00ed Twitter<br \/>\nStudenti na \u010cVUT vyv\u00edjej\u00ed aplikaci, kter\u00e1 ohl\u00e1s\u00ed, kdy\u017e se sledovan\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk p\u0159estane h\u00fdbat. Varov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b p\u0159esn\u00e9 pozice m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ij\u00edt jako SMS \u010di jako tweet.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00edsto s\u00e1dry lepidlo<br \/>\nChemici VUT v Brn\u011b vyvinuli speci\u00e1ln\u00ed gel, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee v budoucnu zcela zm\u011bnit l\u00e9\u010dbu zlomenin. Lze s n\u00edm toti\u017e slepit kosti. Objev je ve f\u00e1zi testov\u00e1n\u00ed, do roku 2020 by se ale pr\u00fd m\u011bl za\u010d\u00edt b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvat.<\/p>\n<p>Um\u011bl\u00e1 kon\u010detina m\u00edsto lidsk\u00e9<br \/>\nNa sv\u011bt\u011b se objevuj\u00ed prvn\u00ed lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed si nech\u00e1vaj\u00ed dobrovoln\u011b amputovat ruce nebo nohy, proto\u017ee jim nefunguj\u00ed, jak maj\u00ed \u2013 a vol\u00ed rad\u0161i mechanick\u00e9 kon\u010detiny. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b roz\u0161ifrovan\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy nervov\u00fdch impuls\u016f pak po\u010d\u00edta\u010d bu\u010f reaguje s\u00e1m, nebo vyd\u00e1 povel dal\u0161\u00edmu za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<br \/>\nV\u00fdsledky v\u00fdzkumu u\u017e nach\u00e1zej\u00ed uplatn\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159i konstrukci za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, je\u017e usnadn\u00ed \u017eivot t\u011blesn\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdm lidem. Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ozna\u010dovan\u00e9 jako BrainGate dovolovalo kompletn\u011b ochrnut\u00e9mu Matthewovi Nagleovi ovl\u00e1dat my\u0161lenkami po\u010d\u00edta\u010d a jeho prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm pak nap\u0159\u00edklad \u0159\u00eddit j\u00edzdu voz\u00edku, regulovat topen\u00ed v byt\u011b, rozsv\u011bcet a zhas\u00ednat sv\u011btla, pou\u0161t\u011bt a vyp\u00ednat televizi. Elektrody voperovan\u00e9 do Nagleova mozku sn\u00edmaly aktivitu neuron\u016f pohybov\u00e9ho centra a p\u0159ev\u00e1d\u011bly je do povel\u016f pro po\u010d\u00edta\u010d. Voj\u00e1ci se zab\u00fdvaj\u00ed i vizemi bojov\u00fdch jednotek, jejich\u017e velitel\u00e9 dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo do mozku aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed informace v\u010detn\u011b satelitn\u00edch sn\u00edmk\u016f nep\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00fdch pozic. Voj\u00e1ci by mohli t\u0159eba i v bojov\u00fdch st\u0159etech vz\u00e1jemn\u011b komunikovat &#8222;my\u0161lenkami&#8220;. Velitel by nap\u0159\u00edklad vid\u011bl to, co maj\u00ed p\u0159ed sebou jeho jednotliv\u00ed pod\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, a reagoval by i na v\u00fdvoj situace na m\u00edstech, kter\u00e1 nem\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edmo pod kontrolou.<\/p>\n<p>K dispozici jsou u\u017e sice technologie pro v\u00fdrobu elektrod, kter\u00e9 vydr\u017e\u00ed v mozku bez poruchy velmi dlouhou dobu, ale v\u011bdci st\u00e1le hledaj\u00ed mo\u017enost, jak se pou\u017eit\u00ed elektrod zabudovan\u00fdch do nervov\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b vyhnout. \u0160etrn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zp\u016fsoby sn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed nervov\u00e9 aktivity elektrodami napojen\u00fdmi na k\u016f\u017ei hlavy ale zat\u00edm nedosahuj\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u00e9 rozli\u0161ovac\u00ed schopnosti.<br \/>\nJe\u0161t\u011b z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eku pro n\u00e1stup telepatick\u00fdch voj\u00e1k\u016f p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed velmi omezen\u00e9 znalosti o tom, jak\u00e9 odezvy vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed v mozku vjemy r\u016fzn\u00fdch situac\u00ed. Po\u010d\u00edta\u010d napodobuje p\u0159irozen\u00e9 vzruchy velmi nedokonale.
