Hygienici v letn\u00edm obdob\u00ed odebrali vzorky 30 j\u00eddel, t\u0159i z nich m\u011bly vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed obsah polyaromatick\u00fdch uhlovod\u00edk\u016f.Ty jsou zn\u00e1my jako rakovinotvorn\u00e9.\u00a0 <\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>O v\u00fdsledc\u00edch informovala Jana La\u0161tovi\u010dkov\u00e1 z Krajsk\u00e9 hygienick\u00e9 stanice.<\/p>\n<p>Hygienici se zam\u011b\u0159ili na kontrolu p\u0159euzen\u00fdch j\u00eddel, tedy uzenin, kter\u00e9 prodejce d\u00e1le uprav\u00ed na grilu. Vhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u00faprava je podle odborn\u00edk\u016f uva\u0159en\u00ed uzenin ve vod\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i kontrol\u00e1ch nevyhov\u011bly vzorky grilovan\u00e9 vep\u0159ov\u00e9 panenky, grilovan\u00e9ho ku\u0159ec\u00edho steaku a uzen\u00e9ho cig\u00e1ra. Ostatn\u00ed pokrmy kontrolou pro\u0161ly bez probl\u00e9m\u016f. U dvou nevyhovuj\u00edc\u00edch vzork\u016f byly zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hodnoty benzo(a)pyrenu, u jednoho byl p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00fd limit celkov\u011b polyaromatick\u00fdch uhlovod\u00edk\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Polyaromatick\u00e9 uhlovod\u00edky jsou vedlej\u0161\u00ed produkty nedokonal\u00e9ho spalov\u00e1n\u00ed a jejich nadm\u011brn\u00e1 konzumace m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st a\u017e k rakovin\u011b st\u0159ev \u010di \u017ealudku.<\/p>\n<p>Hygienici se tak\u00e9 zam\u011b\u0159ili na postup p\u0159i skladov\u00e1n\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b potravin, kter\u00e9 jsou v l\u00e9t\u011b n\u00e1chyln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ke zka\u017een\u00ed. Ve 23 kontrolovan\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch nezjistili \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 z\u00e1vady. &#8222;Suroviny jsou skladov\u00e1ny p\u0159i odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edch teplot\u00e1ch, dodac\u00ed listy byly p\u0159edlo\u017eeny, doba spot\u0159eby je dodr\u017eena.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i manipulaci s masem a masn\u00fdmi v\u00fdrobky v\u010detn\u011b jejich tepeln\u00e9 \u00fapravy jsou dodr\u017eov\u00e1ny z\u00e1sady spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobn\u00ed a hygienick\u00e9 praxe,&#8220; uvedla La\u0161tovi\u010dkov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Podle hygieni\u010dky nem\u00e1 smysl pokrm vyroben\u00fd uzen\u00edm znovu upravovat na grilu nebo v kom\u00ednech. Takov\u00e9 potraviny jsou potom nevhodn\u00e9 ke konzumaci a nem\u011bly by je dost\u00e1vat zejm\u00e9na d\u011bti.
