Ze t\u0159ia\u010dty\u0159iceti sledovan\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f je toti\u017e \u010cesko v p\u0159epo\u010dtu na hlavu p\u00e1t\u00fdm nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm konzumentem soli. H\u016f\u0159e v \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dku dopadli u\u017e jenom Turci, Ma\u010fa\u0159i, Chorvati a Makedonci.<\/p>\n<p>Ministerstvo zdravotnictv\u00ed startuje osv\u011btovou kampa\u0148 nazvanou <strong>Nadbytek soli \u0161kod\u00ed d\u011btem i dosp\u011bl\u00fdm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Lid\u00e9 se v kampani dozv\u011bd\u00ed, \u017ee nadbyte\u010dn\u00e9 solen\u00ed zvy\u0161uje tlak a vede k mrtvici, infarktu, po\u0161kozuje ledviny a u d\u011bt\u00ed se poj\u00ed tak\u00e9 s obezitou. Po slan\u00e9m v\u00edce pij\u00ed obl\u00edben\u00e9 sladk\u00e9 n\u00e1poje.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Odhaduje se, \u017ee sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm denn\u00edho p\u0159\u00edjmu soli na zhruba polovinu by v \u010cR klesly c\u00e9vn\u00ed mozkov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edhody o \u010dtvrtinu a kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed o 17 procent. Proto je tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 prevence a osv\u011bta,&#8220; \u0159ekl ministr Martin Holc\u00e1t a p\u0159iznal, \u017ee osobn\u011b tak\u00e9 hodn\u011b sol\u00ed, &#8222;od z\u00edt\u0159ka&#8220; u\u017e pr\u00fd nebude.<\/p>\n<p>Ministr spol\u00e9h\u00e1 na osv\u011btu, lid\u00e9 by podle n\u011bj m\u011bli v\u011bd\u011bt, co nadbytek soli zp\u016fsobuje, aby zm\u011bnili j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd je podle n\u011bj i tlak na v\u00fdrobce, aby mno\u017estv\u00ed soli v hotov\u00fdch potravin\u00e1ch postupn\u011b sni\u017eovali. Prudk\u00fd pokles by lid\u00e9 nep\u0159ijali, jsou od d\u011btstv\u00ed zvykl\u00ed na slanou chu\u0165, mnoz\u00ed na n\u00ed jsou pr\u00fd a\u017e z\u00e1visl\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Tlak na v\u00fdrobce spolu s osv\u011btou je nejlevn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm a nejefektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm opat\u0159en\u00edm, potvrdil profesor Graham MacGregor, kter\u00fd z Lond\u00fdna p\u0159ijel podpo\u0159it kampa\u0148 v \u010cR. Uvedl, \u017ee za sedm let se tak poda\u0159ilo sn\u00ed\u017eit spot\u0159ebu soli v Brit\u00e1nii o 15 procent, na 8,1 gramu na osobu a den. T\u00edm se pr\u00fd zabr\u00e1nilo 18.000 mozkov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edhod a infarkt\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Vod\u00edtko pro zm\u011bnu j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku najdou lid\u00e9 na www.mene-solit.cz. Pom\u016fckou jim m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt i pap\u00edrov\u00e1 pyramidka, na jej\u00edch boc\u00edch jsou vyjmenov\u00e1ny potraviny vhodn\u00e9 a nevhodn\u00e9 z hlediska obsahu soli.<\/p>\n<p>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed d\u00edl denn\u00edho p\u0159\u00edjmu, zhruba 80 procent, je z vyroben\u00fdch a zpracovan\u00fdch potravin. Hodn\u011b soli je v uzenin\u00e1ch, chipsech, slan\u00fdch s\u00fdrech, sojov\u00e9 om\u00e1\u010dce, ke\u010dupu, instantn\u00edch pol\u00e9vk\u00e1ch, p\u0159edp\u0159ipraven\u00fdch j\u00eddlech a v j\u00eddle z fastfood\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Na den 15 gram\u016f nen\u00ed norm\u00e1ln\u00ed, s t\u00edm se organismus t\u011b\u017eko vyrovn\u00e1,&#8220; podotkl Jan Janda z \u010cesk\u00e9 pediatrick\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti. Uvedl, \u017ee pro kojence je doporu\u010den jeden gram soli, pro d\u011bti od jednoho roku do \u0161esti let dva gramy, pro d\u011bti od sedmi do 14 let p\u011bt gram\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;A\u017e 80 procent kojenc\u016f dost\u00e1v\u00e1 po p\u016fl roce v\u011bku v\u00edce soli, ne\u017e je doporu\u010deno. V batolec\u00edm v\u011bku m\u00e1 nadm\u011brn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed soli ve strav\u011b a\u017e 95 procent d\u011bt\u00ed, u star\u0161\u00edch d\u011bt\u00ed se to t\u00fdk\u00e1 prakticky v\u0161ech,&#8220; uvedl Janda. Pro pediatry vydala odborn\u00e1 spole\u010dnost doporu\u010den\u00ed, aby d\u011btem a dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edm m\u011b\u0159ili tlak, zejm\u00e9na t\u011bm z rodin zat\u00ed\u017een\u00fdch vysok\u00fdm tlakem.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce\u0161i sol\u00ed t\u0159ikr\u00e1t v\u00edce, ne\u017e by m\u011bli, a pak jsou kv\u016fli tomu nemocn\u00ed a tlust\u00ed. L\u00e9ka\u0159i varuj\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159esolov\u00e1n\u00ed je jako droga, p\u0159itom t\u011blu sta\u010d\u00ed jedna mal\u00e1 l\u017ei\u010dka denn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;S\u016fl je pro na\u0161e t\u011blo \u017eivotn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1, proto\u017ee obsahuje sod\u00edk, z\u00e1kladn\u00ed prvek, bez kter\u00e9ho nelze \u017e\u00edt. Nesm\u00ed se to ale p\u0159eh\u00e1n\u011bt. Sta\u010dilo by p\u011bt a\u017e \u0161est gram\u016f denn\u011b, co\u017e odpov\u00edd\u00e1 zhruba jedn\u00e9 \u010dajov\u00e9 l\u017ei\u010dce,&#8220; popsal v\u010dera Jan Janda z \u010cesk\u00e9 pediatrick\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Nadm\u011brn\u00e1 konzumace soli se pod\u00edl\u00ed na vzniku vysok\u00e9ho krevn\u00edho tlaku. L\u00e9ka\u0159i dokonce zji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed, \u017ee probl\u00e9my s hypertenz\u00ed maj\u00ed u\u017e d\u011bti v dorostov\u00e9m v\u011bku. S\u016fl znamen\u00e1 tak\u00e9 velkou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e pro ledviny. Zadr\u017euje vodu v t\u011ble, kv\u016fli \u010demu\u017e se vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed otoky. M\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k celulitid\u011b. Je i rizikov\u00fdm faktorem pro vznik obezity.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Slan\u00e9 podporuje chu\u0165 k j\u00eddlu. V\u0161imn\u011bte si, \u017ee tlust\u00ed lid\u00e9 kolikr\u00e1t s\u00e1hnou po sl\u00e1nce, ani\u017e to, co maj\u00ed na tal\u00ed\u0159i, ochutnaj\u00ed,&#8220; podotkla dietolo\u017eka Karol\u00edna Hlavat\u00e1. S\u016fl se podle n\u00ed \u010dasto skr\u00fdv\u00e1 i v potravin\u00e1ch, kde by ji \u010dlov\u011bk ne\u010dekal. Nap\u0159\u00edklad v cere\u00e1li\u00edch, v chlebu a pe\u010divu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u016fl \u2013 riziko u\u017e pro kojence<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Podle d\u011btsk\u00e9ho obezitologa Zlatka Marinova pat\u0159\u00ed s\u016fl mezi rizikov\u00e9 faktory nadv\u00e1hy prakticky u\u017e od kojeneck\u00e9ho v\u011bku. &#8222;O tom, jak \u010dlov\u011bk bude solit, se rozhoduje u\u017e v rodin\u011b. I kojen\u00fdm d\u011btem maminky \u010dasto d\u00e1vaj\u00ed p\u0159isolen\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edkrmy, aby jim j\u00eddlo chutnalo a dob\u0159e p\u0159ib\u00fdvaly. A n\u00e1vyk na slan\u00e9 z obdob\u00ed do dvou let ur\u010duje oblibu slan\u00fdch j\u00eddel v dosp\u011blosti,&#8220; vysv\u011btlil Marinov.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00eddeln\u00ed zvyklosti \u017eeny se nav\u00edc p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed i do mate\u0159sk\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Co tedy m\u016f\u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk ud\u011blat, aby nep\u0159esoloval?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Dobr\u00fdm vod\u00edtkem jsou etikety na potravin\u00e1ch. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b ve vztahu k soli logo \u201aV\u00edm, co j\u00edm\u2018, kde je zaznamen\u00e1no mno\u017estv\u00ed soli. Jej\u00edm obrovsk\u00fdm zdrojem b\u00fdvaj\u00ed uzeniny, ty se proto vyplat\u00ed rad\u011bji vynechat \u010di alespo\u0148 omezit. Solen\u00ed a su\u0161en\u00ed toti\u017e pat\u0159\u00ed mezi nejstar\u0161\u00ed konzerva\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159edky,&#8220; m\u00edn\u00ed dietolo\u017eka Hlavat\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Doporu\u010duje tak\u00e9 sledovat slo\u017een\u00ed ko\u0159en\u00edc\u00edch sm\u011bs\u00ed. Nap\u0159\u00edklad v ko\u0159en\u00ed na ku\u0159e b\u00fdv\u00e1 nam\u00edsto su\u0161en\u00e9 zeleniny \u010di papriky na prvn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b pr\u00e1v\u011b s\u016fl. Ten toti\u017e vyva\u017euje neblah\u00fd vliv nadbytku sod\u00edku.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00edlu zlozvyku p\u0159esolov\u00e1n\u00ed lze zm\u00edrnit za\u0159azov\u00e1n\u00edm potravin jin\u00e9 v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 chuti, jako je t\u0159eba citron, \u010desnek, \u010derstv\u00fd z\u00e1zvor \u010di bylinky. P\u0159i dom\u00e1c\u00edm stolov\u00e1n\u00ed se tak\u00e9 vyplat\u00ed nenech\u00e1vat na stole solni\u010dku.<br \/>\nAv\u0161ak d\u00e1vejme p\u0159itom pozor, abychom nesklouzli k opa\u010dn\u00e9 krajnosti.
