Postihuje prakticky v\u0161echny klouby t\u011bla, sni\u017euje jejich pohyblivost, zp\u016fsobuje bolest a m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st a\u017e k \u00fapln\u00e9 invalidit\u011b. Lid\u00e9 s dispozic\u00ed k artr\u00f3ze \u2013 fyzicky t\u011b\u017ece pracuj\u00edc\u00ed, sportovci, vrozen\u00e9 deformity kolen, lid\u00e9 s nadv\u00e1hou, p\u0159edkov\u00e9 s t\u011b\u017ekou artr\u00f3zou \u2013 by m\u011bli u\u017e\u00edvat p\u0159\u00edpravky ur\u010den\u00e9 k v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b kloub\u016f.<br \/>\nLid\u00e9 bez dispozic k artr\u00f3ze by m\u011bli specifickou v\u00fd\u017eivu kloub\u016f zah\u00e1jit p\u0159i prvn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edznac\u00edch, jako jsou citlivost kloub\u016f na chlad a po\u010das\u00ed \u010di ztuhlost kloub\u016f p\u0159i po\u010d\u00e1tku pohybu.<\/p>\n<p>Nutn\u00e9 je omezit pohyby s doskoky, kdy klouby velmi trp\u00ed a nosit obuv s pru\u017enou podr\u00e1\u017ekou tlum\u00edc\u00ed n\u00e1razy. Pokud jsou bolesti takov\u00e9, \u017ee je nutn\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edvat analgetika, nebo jsou klouby posti\u017een\u00e9 z\u00e1n\u011btem, je nezbytn\u00e1 trval\u00e1 intenzivn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de o nam\u00e1han\u00e9 klouby, a to v\u010detn\u011b specifick\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eivy, vhodn\u00e9 diety, sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed hmotnosti a vhodn\u00e9ho pohybu. Zamez\u00edme dal\u0161\u00edmu p\u0159et\u011b\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed dlouh\u00fdm st\u00e1n\u00edm nebo ch\u016fz\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Za p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu bolesti a ztuhlosti kloub\u016f se pova\u017euje opot\u0159eben\u00ed a \u00fabytek chrupavek, je\u017e pokr\u00fdvaj\u00ed kloubn\u00ed konce kost\u00ed a t\u00edm sni\u017euj\u00ed t\u0159en\u00ed kontaktn\u00edch ploch. Struktura chrupavky je elastick\u00e1, neust\u00e1le se p\u0159estavuje a t\u00edm doch\u00e1z\u00ed k obnov\u011b ji\u017e po\u0161kozen\u00e9 chrupavky. Pokud z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e na ni kladen\u00e1 je v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e jej\u00ed regenera\u010dn\u00ed schopnosti, doch\u00e1z\u00ed k p\u0159evaze po\u0161kozov\u00e1n\u00ed, co\u017e se projev\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm jej\u00ed tlou\u0161\u0165ky, n\u011bkdy a\u017e na kost. Ta na to reaguje bolestivost\u00ed. Kter\u00e9 l\u00e1tky tedy dodat organismu abychom podpo\u0159ili obnovu chrupavky?<\/p>\n<p>Nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je chondroitin sulf\u00e1t nebo glukosamin sulf\u00e1t \u2013 nejv\u00edce zastoupen\u00fd v mezibun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 hmot\u011b chrupavky. Z\u00edsk\u00e1vaj\u00ed se extrakc\u00ed hov\u011bz\u00edch nebo vep\u0159ov\u00fdch chrupavek. V lidsk\u00e9m t\u011ble se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 100 kloub\u016f. V\u0161echny klouby v\u0161ak vym\u011bnit nelze, a pr\u00e1v\u011b proto je tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 preventivn\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eiva.
