Studie ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 druhy potravin mohou pomoci zm\u00edrnit p\u0159\u00edznaky b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho nachlazen\u00ed a n\u011bkdy dokonce zkr\u00e1tit jeho pr\u016fb\u011bh. Jedn\u00edm z diuretik je i alkohol, kter\u00fd ale v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nachlazen\u00ed spad\u00e1 do &#8222;sm\u00ed\u0161en\u00e9 kategorie&#8220;. &#8222;M\u00edrn\u00e9 alkoholov\u00e9 opojen\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee ulevovat od bolesti, a proto grog, pun\u010d nebo hork\u00e1 brandy pom\u00e1h\u00e1,&#8220; dodala. Kr\u00e1tkodobou \u00falevu m\u016f\u017ee poskytnout tak\u00e9 ko\u0159en\u00ed, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b pak p\u00e1liv\u00e9, jako je pep\u0159. Ale \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 jednotliv\u00e9 ko\u0159en\u00ed se v\u011bdecky nepotvrdilo coby lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e jin\u00e1, dodala Bergquistov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VITAM\u00cdN C<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Podle posledn\u00edch posouzen\u00ed studi\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinku vitam\u00ednu C v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nachlazen\u00ed v\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed denn\u011b u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed 200 miligram\u016f denn\u011b tohoto vitam\u00ednu, mohou sn\u00ed\u017eit z\u00e1va\u017enost nachlazen\u00ed, kdy\u017e d\u00e1l u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed tuto vysokou d\u00e1vku. Za\u010d\u00edt u\u017e\u00edvat vitam\u00edn C a\u017e po n\u00e1stupu nemoci stejn\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek neprok\u00e1zalo. K udr\u017een\u00ed trval\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edsunu vitam\u00ednu C do t\u011bla &#8222;je rozumn\u00e9 p\u00edt sklenici pomeran\u010dov\u00e9ho d\u017eusu ka\u017ed\u00fd den b\u011bhem ch\u0159ipkov\u00e9 sez\u00f3ny&#8220;, uvedla Bergquistov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ZINEK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tato l\u00e1tka je o n\u011bco kontroverzn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee studie proveden\u00e9 na toto t\u00e9ma nejsou p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 kvalitn\u00ed, \u0159ekla Bergquistov\u00e1. Ned\u00e1vn\u00fd v\u00fdzkum uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee nasazen\u00ed zinku b\u011bhem 24 hodin od prvn\u00edch symptom\u016f m\u016f\u017ee o jeden den zkr\u00e1tit trv\u00e1n\u00ed nemoci, ale ne jej\u00ed z\u00e1va\u017enost. &#8222;Nej\u010dast\u011bji studovanou d\u00e1vkou je 75 miligram\u016f a v\u00edc, a to je t\u0159eba u\u017e\u00edvat denn\u011b po dobu trv\u00e1n\u00ed nachlazen\u00ed, \u010deho\u017e je velmi t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 dos\u00e1hnout prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm j\u00eddla,&#8220; dodala Bergquistov\u00e1. \u010clov\u011bk by nap\u0159\u00edklad musel sn\u00edst 12 \u00fast\u0159ic, deset \u0161\u00e1lk\u016f o\u0159ech\u016f ke\u0161u nebo 12 \u0161\u00e1lk\u016f \u010dokol\u00e1dy. Mo\u017enost\u00ed je u\u017e\u00edvat zinek v kapsl\u00edch, ale jen kr\u00e1tkodob\u011b.
