V p\u0159epo\u010dtu na \u010dasov\u00e9 obdob\u00ed do\u0161lo ke zpomalen\u00ed o p\u016fl roku.<\/p>\n<p>Jednalo se o zlep\u0161en\u00ed u takov\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed, jako je nakupov\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edprava j\u00eddla nebo cestov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Na studii se pod\u00edlelo 613 l\u00e9\u010den\u00fdch pacient\u016f s Alzheimerovou chorobou. Skupina 152 pacient\u016f u\u017e\u00edvala denn\u00ed d\u00e1vku alfa-tokoferolu, co\u017e je jedna z forem vitam\u00ednu E, s mno\u017estv\u00edm \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky 2000 MJ (mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch jednotek). Ostatn\u00ed dost\u00e1vali bu\u010f placebo, nebo memantin (standardn\u00ed l\u00e9k), p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b kombinaci vitam\u00ednu E a memantinu.<\/p>\n<p>Nejlep\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f dosahovali pacienti u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b alfatokoferol, tedy vitamin E.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;N\u00e1klady pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed vitam\u00ednu E vych\u00e1zej\u00ed levn\u011b a tento p\u0159\u00edpravek zlep\u0161uje funk\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdsledky pacient\u016f. T\u00edm se z\u00e1rove\u0148 i sni\u017euje z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e pe\u010dovatel\u016f o tyto posti\u017een\u00e9 zhruba o dv\u011b hodiny denn\u011b,&#8220; uvedli v\u011bdci pod veden\u00edm Maurice Dyskena z Minneapolis VA Health Care System.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1v\u011bry studie potvrzuje i profesor Kenneth Davis, prezident kliniky Mount Sinai v New Yorku.
