Ve sv\u00e9 studii cht\u011bli zjistit, zda mu\u017ei a \u017eeny pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed stejnou dobu sp\u00e1nku. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 cht\u011bli p\u0159ij\u00edt na to, jak\u00e9 to m\u00e1 d\u016fvody, a cht\u011bli definovat d\u016fsledky, jak\u00e9 m\u00e1 nedostatek sp\u00e1nku.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdsledky jejich studie, kter\u00e9 publikoval list The Australian, zjevn\u011b ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee \u017eeny pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed sp\u00e1t v\u00edce ne\u017e mu\u017ei.<\/p>\n<p>Nedostatek sp\u00e1nku je \u0161kodliv\u00fd z\u0159ejm\u011b rovn\u011b\u017e v\u00edce u \u017een ne\u017e u mu\u017e\u016f. \u010c\u00edm v\u00edce je n\u011b\u017en\u00e9 pohlav\u00ed unaveno, t\u00edm sp\u00ed\u0161e je <strong>n\u00e1chyln\u00e9 k depres\u00edm, neklidu a dal\u0161\u00edm psychick\u00fdm probl\u00e9m\u016fm.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Konstatovali jsme, \u017ee \u017eeny b\u00fdvaj\u00ed po r\u00e1nu v\u00edce depresivn\u011b nalad\u011bny, projevuj\u00ed v\u00edce hn\u011bv a nep\u0159\u00e1telstv\u00ed,&#8220; vysv\u011btluje doktor Michael Breus.<\/p>\n<p>Nedostatek sp\u00e1nku v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt je\u0161t\u011b v\u00e1\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed d\u016fsledky: hroz\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed nebezpe\u010d\u00ed vzniku<strong> srde\u010dn\u00edch chorob a z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/strong> Jak uv\u00e1d\u00ed doktor Breus, n\u011bkter\u00e9 \u017eeny se mohou probouzet i s bolest\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Naopak u mu\u017e\u016f nevede nedostatek sp\u00e1nku k z\u00e1sadn\u00ed zm\u011bn\u011b emoc\u00ed. Nav\u00edc u nich ani nezvy\u0161uje riziko vzniku podobn\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed jako u \u017een.<\/p>\n<p>Podle doktora Breuse to lze vysv\u011btlit t\u00edm, \u017ee mozek \u017een pot\u0159ebuje v\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed regeneraci. \u017deny jsou toti\u017e schopny d\u011blat v\u00edce v\u011bc\u00ed z\u00e1rove\u0148 a vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed k tomu v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st mozku.
