Ve St\u0159edoevropsk\u00e9m technologick\u00e9m institutu (CEITEC) v Brn\u011b jejich v\u00fdzkum vede Tom\u00e1\u0161 \u0160ikola. V\u00fdsledky jeho skupiny se loni dostaly na str\u00e1nky presti\u017en\u00edho \u010dasopisu Nature Nanotechnology a slibn\u011b vypad\u00e1 i v\u00fdzkum nov\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu &#8211; graf\u00e9nu. Pro v\u011bdce tento materi\u00e1l p\u0159edstavuje nad\u011bji, \u017ee jej p\u016fjde vyu\u017e\u00edt m\u00edsto k\u0159em\u00edku ke konstrukci extr\u00e9mn\u011b rychl\u00fdch procesor\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; HN: V posledn\u00ed dob\u011b mnoho lid\u00ed vkl\u00e1d\u00e1 velk\u00e9 nad\u011bje do v\u00fdzkumu nov\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu graf\u00e9nu (ploch\u00e9ho krystalu uhl\u00edku o tlou\u0161\u0165ce jednoho atomu, kter\u00fd vypad\u00e1 jako pr\u016fhledn\u00e1 platebn\u00ed karta, pozn. red.). Pro jak\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed ho zkoum\u00e1te vy?<\/p>\n<p>V na\u0161em \u00fastavu zkoum\u00e1me graf\u00e9n z hlediska jeho vyu\u017eit\u00ed pro p\u0159\u00edpravu elektronick\u00fdch nanosou\u010d\u00e1stek, kter\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed \u0159\u00eddit velmi mal\u00e9 proudy vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm elektrick\u00fdm nap\u011bt\u00edm. D\u00e1le pak zkoum\u00e1me tento materi\u00e1l v kombinaci s kovov\u00fdmi nanostrukturami pro oblast nanofotoniky a p\u0159em\u011bny slune\u010dn\u00ed energie na elektrickou energii. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b pro detektory sv\u011btla, slune\u010dn\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nky a podobn\u011b. Graf\u00e9n vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me rovn\u011b\u017e pro v\u00fdzkum jeho vyu\u017eit\u00ed v oblasti senzor\u016f. Nap\u0159\u00edklad senzor\u016f vlhkosti a potenci\u00e1ln\u011b i senzor\u016f r\u016fzn\u00fdch plyn\u016f. O dal\u0161\u00edch aplikac\u00edch uva\u017eujeme.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; HN: O nanotechnologi\u00edch a nanomateri\u00e1lech se hodn\u011b mluv\u00ed v souvislosti s budoucnost\u00ed a pokrokem. Kde ale v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b u\u017e m\u016f\u017eeme vid\u011bt jejich aplikace?<\/p>\n<p>Jedn\u00e1 se t\u0159eba o odv\u011btv\u00ed elektroniky a fotoniky, kde se nanomateri\u00e1ly a nanostrukturypou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edprov\u00fdrobupolovodi\u010dov\u00fdch laser\u016f &#8211; nap\u0159\u00edklad laserov\u00e9 ukazov\u00e1tko. Dal\u0161\u00ed uplatn\u011bn\u00ed je u speci\u00e1ln\u00edch fotodiod (citliv\u00fdch detektor\u016f, pozn. red.) a v oblasti z\u00e1znamov\u00fdch m\u00e9di\u00ed &#8211; nap\u0159\u00edklad magnetick\u00e9 pam\u011bti \u010di \u010dtec\u00ed hlavy. Jedn\u00e1 se i o odv\u011btv\u00ed chemie, kde se nano\u010d\u00e1stice mohou uplatnit p\u0159i zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed samo\u010dist\u00edc\u00edch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f. V oblasti stroj\u00edrenstv\u00ed se pak nanomateri\u00e1ly pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed mechanick\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed. Velmi slibn\u011b se rozv\u00edj\u00ed aplikace v oblasti biomedic\u00edny, zejm\u00e9na diagnostiky, kde pomoc\u00ed nano\u010d\u00e1stic a jin\u00fdch nanostruktur lze oproti klasick\u00fdm metod\u00e1m detekovat l\u00e1tky o velmi mal\u00fdch koncentrac\u00edch. Lze tak s p\u0159edstihem zjistit ran\u00e1 stadia z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 se rovn\u011b\u017e rozv\u00edjet uplatn\u011bn\u00ed nano\u010d\u00e1stic v oblasti l\u00e9\u010dby. Jedn\u00e1 se zejm\u00e9na o takzvanou c\u00edlenou dopravu \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek do posti\u017een\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla, kter\u00e1 je v\u00fdrazn\u011b \u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a \u0161etrn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed k organismu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; HN: Jak vypad\u00e1 studium nanotechnologi\u00ed &#8211; jsou to sp\u00ed\u0161e fyzik\u00e1ln\u00ed vzorce, nebo pokusy v laborato\u0159i?<\/p>\n<p>Pro pochopen\u00ed princip\u016f nanotechnologi\u00ed je t\u0159eba m\u00edt bezesporu solidn\u00ed z\u00e1klady z matematiky, fyziky i chemie. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b oblast nanotechnologi\u00ed je zna\u010dn\u011b \u0161irok\u00e1 a m\u016f\u017ee si v n\u00ed naj\u00edt sv\u00e9 m\u00edsto osoba jak teoreticky, tak i prakticky zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1. V\u0161eobecn\u011b se d\u00e1 \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee p\u0159eva\u017euj\u00ed experiment\u00e1ln\u011b lad\u011bn\u00e9 studentsk\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce a projekty.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; HN: Pracuj\u00ed \u010de\u0161t\u00ed studenti nanotechnologi\u00ed v mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch t\u00fdmech?<\/p>\n<p>Ano. T\u0159eba studenti oboru Fyzik\u00e1ln\u00ed in\u017een\u00fdrstv\u00ed a nanotechnologie vyj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00ed b\u011bhem sv\u00e9ho magistersk\u00e9ho studia na p\u016fl roku na zahrani\u010dn\u00ed univerzity, kde pracuj\u00ed ve v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdch t\u00fdmech na projektech, kter\u00e9 zpravidla tvo\u0159\u00ed i \u010d\u00e1st jejich diplomov\u00fdch prac\u00ed. N\u00e1klady jsou hrazeny z programu Erasmus. Doktorandi z nanotechnologick\u00fdch obor\u016f zpravidla absolvuj\u00ed zahrani\u010dn\u00ed st\u00e1\u017ee v partnersk\u00fdch t\u00fdmech ze zahrani\u010dn\u00edch univerzit nebo v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdch instituc\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; HN: Jak v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 centrum CEITEC rozproudilo v\u00fdzkum nanotechnologi\u00ed a nanomateri\u00e1l\u016f v Brn\u011b?<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 t\u00fdmy se za\u010daly d\u00edky centru systematicky zab\u00fdvat v\u00fdzkumem v t\u00e9to oblasti. Projekt EU spojen\u00fd s t\u00edmto centrem jednak zaji\u0161\u0165uje pen\u00edze na vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u00edch laborato\u0159\u00ed vybaven\u00fdch pot\u0159ebn\u00fdmi modern\u00edmi p\u0159\u00edstroji, jednak umo\u017e\u0148uje vychov\u00e1vat talentovan\u00e9 mlad\u00e9 v\u011bdeck\u00e9 pracovn\u00edky.
