Na vin\u011b m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nevhodn\u00e1 matrace, kter\u00e1 neposkytuje p\u00e1te\u0159i dostate\u010dnou oporu.<!--more--><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1sledkem je nejen nekvalitn\u00ed sp\u00e1nek, ale tak\u00e9 \u0161patn\u00e9 rozlo\u017een\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00e9 v\u00e1hy, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee pozd\u011bji v\u00e9st k trvalej\u0161\u00edm zm\u011bn\u00e1m na p\u00e1te\u0159i,&#8220; upozornila rehabilita\u010dn\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159ka MUDr. Jana Posp\u00ed\u0161ilov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Neexistuje jedna univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed matrace vhodn\u00e1 pro v\u0161echny. Lid\u00e9 maj\u00ed individu\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1roky podm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 jejich t\u011blesnou v\u00e1hou i zdravotn\u00edm stavem.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru matrace je t\u0159eba se zaj\u00edmat o jej\u00ed <strong>tvrdost<\/strong>. &#8222;Pokud je p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 tvrd\u00e1, nebude se moci p\u0159izp\u016fsobit tvaru t\u011bla, co\u017e vede ke \u0161patn\u00e9 poloze p\u00e1te\u0159e a n\u00e1sledn\u011b i mo\u017en\u00fdm bolestem. Kdy\u017e je matrace naopak p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 m\u011bkk\u00e1 \u010di prole\u017eel\u00e1, t\u011blo nem\u00e1 dostate\u010dnou oporu. Ale nejde jen o p\u00e1te\u0159. Nekvalitn\u00ed a nedostate\u010dn\u00fd sp\u00e1nek m\u00e1 negativn\u00ed vliv na psychiku a sni\u017euje i obranyschopnost,&#8220; podotkla l\u00e9ka\u0159ka.<\/p>\n<p>Je rovn\u011b\u017e dobr\u00e9 se spol\u00e9hat na vlastn\u00ed rozum a pocit.<\/p>\n<p>Ne\u017e matraci zakoup\u00edte, m\u011bli byste si ji nejd\u0159\u00edve sami zkusit a aspo\u0148 n\u011bkolik minut na n\u00ed le\u017eet. Doporu\u010duje se zejm\u00e9na vyzkou\u0161et polohy, ve kter\u00fdch obvykle sp\u00edme. Kdy\u017e se propad\u00e1te, matrace je p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 m\u011bkk\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Pro spr\u00e1vnou polohu p\u00e1te\u0159e jsou vhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e <strong>st\u0159edn\u011b tvrd\u00e9<\/strong> a tvrd\u0161\u00ed matrace, na stupnici tvrdosti matrac\u00ed 1\u20135 jsou ozna\u010deny \u010d\u00edslem 3 a 4.<\/p>\n<p>K z\u00e1sad\u00e1m zdrav\u00e9ho span\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed tak\u00e9 v\u00fdb\u011br <strong>pol\u0161t\u00e1\u0159e<\/strong>.
