Mohu uplatnit ZTP?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Je mi 62 let, jsem v pln\u00e9m invalidn\u00edm d\u016fchodu, do lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho dubna jsem byl dr\u017eitelem pr\u016fkazu ZTP, potom mi u\u017e nebyla prodlou\u017eena platnost. Ve sv\u00e9m rodinn\u00e9m domku pronaj\u00edm\u00e1m byt 2+1. Jak vysok\u00e1 bude da\u0148?<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dod\u00e1v\u00e1m, \u017ee n\u00e1jemn\u00e9 i s cenou za otop je 5500 K\u010d. Za lo\u0148sk\u00fd rok jsem obdr\u017eel za n\u00e1jemn\u00e9 58 000 K\u010d, inkaso je celkem 16 677 K\u010d (elektrick\u00e1 energie + vodn\u00e9), d\u011bti m\u00e1m dosp\u011bl\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>ODPOV\u011a\u010e:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vzhledem k n\u00edzk\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161i p\u0159\u00edjmu z pron\u00e1jmu a va\u0161im slev\u00e1m na dani nezaplat\u00edte \u017e\u00e1dnou da\u0148, ale p\u0159izn\u00e1n\u00ed mus\u00edte podat. A to proto, \u017ee va\u0161e zdaniteln\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edjmy za cel\u00fd rok p\u0159es\u00e1hly 15 000 K\u010d.<\/p>\n<p>A jak\u00fd bude postup? V p\u0159izn\u00e1n\u00ed, v p\u0159\u00edloze \u010d\u00edslo 2, uvedete p\u0159\u00edjmy z pron\u00e1jmu. Pozor, jen \u010dist\u00e9 n\u00e1jemn\u00e9, tedy po odpo\u010dtu otopu a inkasa. Platby za slu\u017eby se do p\u0159izn\u00e1n\u00ed neuv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>U p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f z pron\u00e1jmu m\u016f\u017eete uplatnit v\u00fddaje pau\u0161\u00e1lem, ten \u010din\u00ed 30 % z p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Od vypo\u010dten\u00e9 dan\u011b pak uplatn\u00edte v p\u0159izn\u00e1n\u00ed svou z\u00e1kladn\u00ed slevu na poplatn\u00edka \u2013 24 840 korun.<\/p>\n<p>Teoreticky m\u016f\u017eete uplatnit i slevu z titulu pob\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed invalidn\u00edho d\u016fchodu pro invaliditu t\u0159et\u00edho stupn\u011b (pln\u00fd invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchod), kter\u00e1 \u010din\u00ed ro\u010dn\u011b 5040 K\u010d, to je m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b 420 K\u010d, av\u0161ak nebude v\u00e1m k ni\u010demu. Vzhledem k v\u00fd\u0161i vypo\u010dten\u00e9 dan\u011b nevy\u010derp\u00e1te ani celou z\u00e1kladn\u00ed slevu, a p\u0159esto v\u00e1m vyjde nulov\u00e1 da\u0148.<\/p>\n<p>Pro \u00faplnost dodejme, \u017ee skute\u010dnost, \u017ee nebyla prodlou\u017eena platnost pr\u016fkazky ZTP, nem\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd vliv na mo\u017enost uplatnit si tuto da\u0148ovou \u00falevu (rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed je pob\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed invalidn\u00edho d\u016fchodu).<\/p>\n<p>Je t\u0159eba v\u0161ak upozornit, \u017ee pokud osoby samostatn\u011b v\u00fdd\u011ble\u010dn\u011b \u010dinn\u00e9 vyu\u017eij\u00ed v\u00fddajov\u00e9 pau\u0161\u00e1ly, <strong>nebudou moci sou\u010dasn\u011b uplatnit da\u0148ov\u00e9 slevy na d\u00edt\u011b a na man\u017eela\/man\u017eelku<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed novinkou, je\u017e plat\u00ed u\u017e pro p\u0159izn\u00e1n\u00ed za rok 2013, je ustanoven\u00ed, \u017ee u \u010dinnost\u00ed spadaj\u00edc\u00edch do pau\u0161\u00e1l\u016f ve v\u00fd\u0161i <strong>40 a 30 procent &#8211; <\/strong>tedy i u<strong> p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f z pron\u00e1jmu<\/strong> &#8211; p\u016fjde vyu\u017e\u00edt tento pau\u0161\u00e1l <strong>pouze u p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f nep\u0159esahuj\u00edc\u00edch dva miliony korun<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>invArena<\/p>\n<p><em>ilustra\u010dn\u00ed foto: PhotoRack<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Je mi 62 let, jsem v pln\u00e9m invalidn\u00edm d\u016fchodu, do lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho dubna jsem byl dr\u017eitelem pr\u016fkazu ZTP, potom mi u\u017e nebyla prodlou\u017eena platnost.
