Jen ke komunikaci pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed znakovou \u0159e\u010d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nejv\u00edc pr\u00e1ce daly rolky<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mlad\u0161\u00ed, devaten\u00e1ctilet\u00e1 Jana, z\u00edskala v N\u011bmecku st\u0159\u00edbrnou medaili v kategorii p\u0159edkrm\u016f. Porotu zaujala kv\u011bt\u00e1kov\u00fdm pyr\u00e9 a paprikov\u00fdm kompotem, do n\u011bho\u017e p\u0159ilo\u017eila ryb\u00ed rolku, raka a k\u0159epel\u010d\u00ed prs\u00ed\u010dka pe\u010den\u00e1 v portsk\u00e9m v\u00edn\u011b s \u010derstv\u00fdm \u0161pen\u00e1tem a ope\u010den\u00fdm bramborem. &#8222;Cht\u011bla jsem zkusit tepl\u00e9 p\u0159edkrmy, s kter\u00fdmi jsem d\u0159\u00edv nesout\u011b\u017eila. Nejv\u00edc \u010dasu mi zabrala p\u0159\u00edprava rolky, kterou jsem cht\u011bla nejd\u0159\u00edve obalit v cuket\u011b,&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Zku\u0161en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed t\u0159iadvacetilet\u00e1 Helena z\u00edskala zlato v kategorii slavnostn\u00edch oblo\u017een\u00fdch m\u00eds. Pomohla j\u00ed k n\u011bmu pa\u0161tika z uzen\u00e9ho jazyka, pe\u010den\u00e1 panenka v chorizo sal\u00e1mu a troj\u00faheln\u00edky z ku\u0159ec\u00edho masa ko\u0159en\u00e9 tandori masalou. To doplnila zeleninovou p\u0159\u00edlohou, houbovou huspeninou ve smetanov\u00e9m kopru, mrkvov\u00fdm pyr\u00e9 ve tvaru k\u0159epel\u010d\u00edch vaj\u00ed\u010dek na bramborov\u00e9 placi\u010dce a jako cuketov\u00e9 soudky pln\u011bn\u00e9 koz\u00edm s\u00fdrem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Va\u0159ily z nov\u00fdch recept\u016f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Vyzkou\u0161ela jsem n\u011bkter\u00e9 recepty osv\u011bd\u010den\u00e9 z hradeck\u00e9ho Gastra a k tomu p\u0159idala p\u00e1r nov\u00fdch poznatk\u016f. Pojala jsem sv\u016fj v\u00fdb\u011br jinak ne\u017e na hradeck\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ei, z p\u016fvodn\u00edho seznamu jsem si ponechala pa\u0161tiku z uzen\u00e9ho jazyka, kterou zvl\u00e1d\u00e1m dob\u0159e,&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Helena. U\u010ditel Luk\u00e1\u0161 Ende d\u00edv\u010d\u00ed n\u00e1pady korigoval.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Je\u0161t\u011b nejsou ve stadiu, kdy se se mnou o n\u00e1paditost a u\u017eite\u010dnost recept\u016f p\u0159etla\u010duj\u00ed. N\u011bkdy si v\u0161ak velice pevn\u011b stoj\u00ed za sv\u00fdm n\u00e1zorem. Kucha\u0159 ale mus\u00ed m\u00edt ostr\u00e9 lokty. Proto ob\u010das jejich novinky vyzkou\u0161\u00edme. Kdy\u017e je jejich slo\u017een\u00ed lep\u0161\u00ed, uzn\u00e1m to,&#8220; p\u0159izn\u00e1v\u00e1 pedagog. Vybran\u00fdmi recepty z\u016fstaly v \u010desk\u00e9 kuchyni. Na ocen\u011bn\u00fdch pokrmech pracovaly a\u017e dva dny, narychlo zaji\u0161\u0165ovaly n\u011bkter\u00e9 m\u00e9n\u011b dostupn\u00e9 suroviny.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Ostatn\u00ed jsme skladbou pod\u00e1van\u00fdch pokrm\u016f p\u0159ed\u010dili. U\u017e spolu jezd\u00edme na sout\u011b\u017ee dlouho a m\u016f\u017eu \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee jsme na velmi dobr\u00e9 \u00farovni. Komisa\u0159i na\u0161e holky chv\u00e1lili, ani nebyli p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 kriti\u010dt\u00ed,&#8220; chv\u00e1l\u00ed u\u010denky Ende.<\/p>\n<p>Porotci do celkov\u00e9ho v\u00fdsledku zapo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1vaj\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed surovin, sm\u011bs chut\u00ed, ale hodnot\u00ed i celkov\u00e9 aran\u017em\u00e1 stol\u016f. &#8222;Princip hodnocen\u00ed je podobn\u00fd jako v krasobruslen\u00ed,&#8220; podot\u00fdk\u00e1 kantor. &#8222;Tuhle \u010d\u00e1st m\u00e1me r\u00e1dy. Je to p\u0159ece hol\u010di\u010d\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitost,&#8220; shoduj\u00ed se d\u00edvky.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Va\u0159\u00ed r\u00e1dy a \u010desk\u00e1 j\u00eddla<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O \u010desk\u00e9 kuchyni se v zahrani\u010d\u00ed \u0159\u00edk\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee je vra\u017eedn\u00e1, nezdrav\u00e1 a ze star\u00fdch \u010das\u016f. Um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed d\u00edvek to p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 nepotvrzuje. &#8222;Jsem zast\u00e1nkyn\u011b \u010desk\u00fdch j\u00eddel. V\u017edy\u0165 sv\u00ed\u010dkov\u00e1 na smetan\u011b je v\u00fdborn\u00e1 z\u00e1le\u017eitost,&#8220; oce\u0148uje Helena. Jana Dvo\u0159\u00e1kov\u00e1 ale nesouhlas\u00ed: &#8222;Na\u0161e kuchyn\u011b je v\u00e1\u017en\u011b t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1, v oblib\u011b m\u00e1m sp\u00ed\u0161 zahrani\u010dn\u00ed.&#8220; Doma v\u0161ak r\u00e1dy va\u0159\u00ed hlavn\u011b \u010desk\u00e1 j\u00eddla ob\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Z N\u011bmecka si d\u00edvky p\u0159ivezly poznatky, jak sv\u00e9 um\u011bn\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b vylep\u0161it. &#8222;P\u0159edkrmy sout\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00edch z Nizozemska byly v\u00fdborn\u00e9. Nab\u00eddli nov\u00e9 trendy a zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 finger foody (pokrmy nevy\u017eaduj\u00edc\u00ed ke konzumaci \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 pom\u016fcky ani p\u0159\u00edbory, pozn. red.),&#8220; pokra\u010duje Jana.<\/p>\n<p>Helenu p\u0159ekvapil p\u0159\u00edstup hodnot\u00edc\u00edch komisa\u0159\u016f, kter\u00fd je odli\u0161n\u00fd od toho zab\u011bhnut\u00e9ho v \u010cesku. &#8222;Byli \u00fa\u017easn\u00ed. Dob\u0159e se s nimi p\u0159i hodnocen\u00ed pov\u00eddalo. Rozebrali jsme chyby, kter\u00fdch se p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b vyvarujeme. Na \u010desk\u00fdch sout\u011b\u017e\u00edch to nen\u00ed obvykl\u00e9, otev\u0159enost a vst\u0159\u00edcnost na\u0161im porotc\u016f chyb\u00ed,&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Helena.<\/p>\n<p>Ob\u011b studentky je\u0161t\u011b zdaleka ne\u0159ekly posledn\u00ed slovo. Chystaj\u00ed se znovu do N\u011bmecka na sout\u011b\u017e v Norimberku a mo\u017en\u00e1 do Rakouska a Lucemburska.
