Spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 v\u00fd\u017eiva m\u016f\u017ee podle odborn\u00e9 studie zpomalit nebo dokonce zastavit po\u0161kozov\u00e1n\u00ed ment\u00e1ln\u00edch funkc\u00ed.<!--more--><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>V praxi v\u0161ak nemocn\u00e9 st\u00e1le postihuje t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 podv\u00fd\u017eiva, kter\u00e1 vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed komplikace a p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b ve \u010dtvrtin\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f se st\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou \u00famrt\u00ed. \u0158ekla to l\u00e9ka\u0159ka Fakultn\u00ed nemocnice Brno a odbornice na v\u00fd\u017eivu Miroslava Navr\u00e1tilov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Pacienti s Alzheimerovou chorobou maj\u00ed z dosud ne zcela jasn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed energetickou pot\u0159ebu ne\u017e zdrav\u00ed lid\u00e9 stejn\u00e9ho v\u011bku. Musej\u00ed tedy v\u00edce j\u00edst, ov\u0161em vzhledem ke sv\u00e9mu stavu \u010dasto ztr\u00e1cej\u00ed chu\u0165 i motivaci, jed\u00ed pomalu, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed asistenci p\u0159i krmen\u00ed. &#8222;Je t\u0159eba na to myslet od okam\u017eiku diagn\u00f3zy Alzheimerovy choroby, i kdy\u017e m\u00e1 pacient t\u0159eba sto kilogram\u016f,&#8220; zd\u016fraznila Navr\u00e1tilov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je p\u0159\u00edjem dostate\u010dn\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed b\u00edlkovin, kter\u00e9 si t\u011blo nedok\u00e1\u017ee ukl\u00e1dat do z\u00e1soby. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 mus\u00ed pacientovi bl\u00edzc\u00ed nebo o\u0161et\u0159ovatel\u00e9 db\u00e1t na to, aby v\u017edy sn\u011bdl celou porci, by\u0165 t\u0159eba rozd\u011blenou na v\u00edce \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed, plus vhodn\u00e9 sva\u010diny a dal\u0161\u00ed dopl\u0148ky podle chuti nemocn\u00e9ho. Nen\u00ed pr\u00fd vhodn\u00e9 hr\u00e1t si na zdravou v\u00fd\u017eivu, d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je dostate\u010dn\u00e1 kalorick\u00e1 hodnota a pestr\u00e1 skladba stravy.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Nemocn\u00fd si klidn\u011b m\u016f\u017ee d\u00e1t po ob\u011bd\u011b k\u00e1vu, z\u00e1kusek, chleb\u00ed\u010dek, stejn\u011b jako dopoledn\u00ed a odpoledn\u00ed sva\u010diny, druh\u00e9 ve\u010de\u0159e,&#8220; \u0159ekla Navr\u00e1tilov\u00e1. Nelze podle n\u00ed \u010dekat na to, a\u017e pacient za\u010dne hubnout. Ztr\u00e1ta v\u00edce ne\u017e p\u011bti procent t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmoty u\u017e podle studie obvykle znamenala, \u017ee pacient brzy zem\u0159e. V sou\u010dasnosti se podle Navr\u00e1tilov\u00e9 vol\u00e1 l\u00e9ka\u0159 \u010dasto a\u017e v situaci, kdy se pacient dostane do stavu t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 podv\u00fd\u017eivy &#8211; a to u\u017e obvykle b\u00fdv\u00e1 pozd\u011b na zvrat nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9ho v\u00fdvoje.<\/p>\n<p>Nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 prevence podv\u00fd\u017eivy p\u0159edstavuje probl\u00e9m tak\u00e9 v n\u011bkter\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch, je\u017e pe\u010duj\u00ed o seniory s demenc\u00ed. P\u0159i lo\u0148sk\u00fdch kontrol\u00e1ch to zjistila Kancel\u00e1\u0159 ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho ochr\u00e1nce pr\u00e1v. Pe\u010dovatel\u00e9 \u010dasto nezaznamen\u00e1vaj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem stravy a tekutin, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b pod\u00e1vaj\u00ed nevhodn\u00e9 pokrmy. Opom\u00edjena by nem\u011bla b\u00fdt ani spole\u010densk\u00e1 nebo estetick\u00e1 rovina stolov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;V\u00fd\u017eiva je prub\u00ed\u0159sk\u00fd k\u00e1men spr\u00e1vn\u011b poskytovan\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010de,&#8220; uvedla Marie Lukasov\u00e1, kter\u00e1 se v kancel\u00e1\u0159i ombudsmanky zab\u00fdv\u00e1 situac\u00ed v za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch pe\u010duj\u00edc\u00edch o seniory trp\u00edc\u00ed demenc\u00ed. &#8222;P\u0159iznejme si, \u017ee u lid\u00ed s pokro\u010dilou demenc\u00ed je strava jeden z posledn\u00edch po\u017eitk\u016f \u017eivota.
