Po p\u0159echodu na zimn\u00ed \u010das jich naopak prakticky stejn\u00fdm pom\u011brem ub\u00fdv\u00e1. <!--more--><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 to ze studie americk\u00fdch v\u011bdc\u016f, kter\u00e1 byla zve\u0159ejn\u011bna v online revue Open Heart a prezentov\u00e1na na konferenci americk\u00fdch kardiolog\u016f ve Washingtonu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161ina evropsk\u00fdch zem\u00ed p\u0159ech\u00e1z\u00ed na letn\u00ed \u010das o nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed noci na ned\u011bli.<\/p>\n<p>Americk\u00e1 studie hodnotila \u00fadaje za \u010dty\u0159i roky z nemocnic v americk\u00e9m st\u00e1t\u011b Michigan. V pond\u011bl\u00ed po zaveden\u00ed letn\u00edho \u010dasu, kdy se den o hodinu zkr\u00e1t\u00ed, se po\u010det infarkt\u016f zv\u00fd\u0161il oproti jin\u00fdm pond\u011blk\u016fm o 25 procent. Naopak, kdy\u017e se zav\u00e1d\u00ed zimn\u00ed \u010das a den se o hodinu prodlou\u017e\u00ed, po\u010det srde\u010dn\u00edch z\u00e1chvat\u016f poklesl o 21 procent.<\/p>\n<p>Studie zjistila, \u017ee b\u011bhem cel\u00e9ho t\u00fddne po jak\u00e9koli zm\u011bn\u011b \u010dasu, se ale po\u010det infarkt\u016f nem\u011bn\u00ed. Prvn\u00ed den po p\u0159echodu na letn\u00ed \u010das t\u011bchto p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1 a v dal\u0161\u00edch dnech jich ub\u00fdv\u00e1, \u0159ekl hlavn\u00ed autor studie kardiolog Amneet Sandhu z Coloradsk\u00e9 univerzity v Denveru.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159ipomn\u011bl, \u017ee p\u0159edch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed studie uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee v pond\u011bl\u00ed je tradi\u010dn\u011b nejv\u00edce infarkt\u016f. Porovn\u00e1n\u00edm z\u00e1znam\u016f z posledn\u00edch \u010dty\u0159 let ale zjistil, \u017ee v pond\u011bl\u00ed po p\u0159echodu na letn\u00ed \u010das je srde\u010dn\u00edch z\u00e1chvat\u016f je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edc.<\/p>\n<p>Studie uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee nem\u016f\u017ee s jistotou ur\u010dit p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny n\u00e1r\u016fstu \u010di poklesu infarkt\u016f po zm\u011bn\u00e1ch \u010dasu. &#8222;N\u00e1r\u016fst v pond\u011bl\u00ed r\u00e1no je z\u0159ejm\u011b d\u016fsledkem kombinace faktor\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b stresu ze za\u010d\u00e1tku nov\u00e9ho pracovn\u00edho t\u00fddne,&#8220; \u0159ekl Sandhu novin\u00e1\u0159\u016fm. &#8222;Se zaveden\u00edm letn\u00edho \u010dasu se v\u0161echny tyto faktory posiluj\u00ed ztr\u00e1tou jedn\u00e9 hodiny sp\u00e1nku. Mo\u017en\u00e1 lid\u00e9 s probl\u00e9my se srdcem jsou vystaveni p\u0159i zm\u011bn\u011b \u010dasu v\u011bt\u0161\u00edmu riziku. Je tak\u00e9 mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee lid\u00e9 v\u016fbec jsou velmi citliv\u00ed na ztr\u00e1tu i jedin\u00e9 hodiny sp\u00e1nku,&#8220; dodal.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;A\u0165 jsou v\u0161ak p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny jak\u00e9koli, z\u00e1v\u011bry studie z\u0159ejm\u011b ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee v pond\u011bl\u00ed po zaveden\u00ed letn\u00edho \u010dasu by mohl b\u00fdt pos\u00edlen person\u00e1l nemocnic,&#8220; \u0159ekl Sandhu.
