Budeme si pov\u00eddat zejm\u00e9na o slu\u017eb\u00e1ch Domova Radost pro osoby s posti\u017een\u00edm, kter\u00fd s\u00eddl\u00ed v Merkl\u00edn\u011b na Plze\u0148sku.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> D\u00e1my, nejprve popros\u00edm o z\u00e1kladn\u00ed p\u0159edstaven\u00ed va\u0161ich organizac\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mark\u00e9ta BERE\u0160OV\u00c1, vedouc\u00ed ran\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010de organizace Mot\u00fdl Plze\u0148:<br \/>\nZa tu dobu, co fungujeme, tak se z p\u016fvodn\u00ed rehabilita\u010dn\u00ed slu\u017eby Mot\u00fdl p\u0159eklopil ve dv\u011b soci\u00e1ln\u00ed slu\u017eby a rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 centrum, do kter\u00e9ho pr\u00e1v\u011b integrujeme d\u011bti, nap\u0159\u00edklad z ran\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010de, co\u017e je jedna z t\u011bch slu\u017eeb. V ran\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010di pracujeme i s autisty, pracujeme i s d\u011btmi s jin\u00fdm posti\u017een\u00edm, krom\u011b d\u011bt\u00ed, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed smyslov\u00e9 posti\u017een\u00ed. S t\u011bmito neum\u00edme, nejsme na to za\u0159\u00edzeni. Ta ran\u00e1 p\u00e9\u010de je slu\u017eba pro rodiny cel\u00e9, mohou k n\u00e1m p\u0159ij\u00edt, kdy\u017e maj\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9 podez\u0159en\u00ed, \u017ee d\u00edt\u011b je odli\u0161n\u00e9, \u017ee se n\u011bjak nepodob\u00e1 sv\u00fdm vrstevn\u00edk\u016fm a my pak pracujeme s celou rodinou. Druhou slu\u017ebou jsou terapeutick\u00e9 d\u00edlny, kter\u00e9 jsou pro dosp\u011bl\u00e9 klienty s posti\u017een\u00edm<\/p>\n<p><strong>Te\u010f popros\u00edm o p\u0159edstaven\u00ed Domova Radost v Merkl\u00edn\u011b na Plze\u0148sku. M\u00fdm druh\u00fdm hostem je Zdislava Svit\u00e1kov\u00e1.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zdislava SVIT\u00c1KOV\u00c1, koordin\u00e1torka pobytov\u00fdch slu\u017eeb p\u00e9\u010de Diakonie Z\u00e1pad:<br \/>\nTak Domov radost je pobytov\u00e1 soci\u00e1ln\u00ed slu\u017eba, kter\u00e1 s\u00eddl\u00ed v Merkl\u00edn\u011b, co\u017e je Plze\u0148-jih a je to 2 kilometry od Merkl\u00edna, je to tak trochu na samot\u011b. Zam\u011b\u0159ujeme se na dosp\u011bl\u00e9 lidi s autismem, a s ment\u00e1ln\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm, nab\u00edz\u00edme jim ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed, stravu, sna\u017e\u00edme se o smyslupln\u00e9 aktivn\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed voln\u00e9ho \u010dasu, na\u0161i u\u017eivatel\u00e9 jezd\u00ed i do denn\u00edch slu\u017eeb, \u017ee se jim sna\u017e\u00edme nab\u00eddnout i takov\u00fd\u00a0 norm\u00e1ln\u00ed a klasick\u00fd zp\u016fsob \u017eivota, \u017ee r\u00e1no vstanu a jdu do pr\u00e1ce, na\u0161i u\u017eivatel\u00e9 jdou do denn\u00edch slu\u017eeb, co\u017e je denn\u00ed stacion\u00e1\u0159 v Sob\u011bkurech nebo Centrum denn\u00edch slu\u017eeb Plam\u00ednek v Merkl\u00edn\u011b. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed z nich tak\u00e9 je\u0161t\u011b chod\u00ed do \u0161koly, do speci\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0161koly v Merkl\u00edn\u011b. Tak\u017ee tam tr\u00e1v\u00ed zhruba ten \u010das do 2, 3 hodin odpoledne, posl\u00e9ze se vrac\u00ed do Domova Radost, kde maj\u00ed odpoledn\u00ed program. Domov je rozd\u011blen na 4 dom\u00e1cnosti, ka\u017ed\u00e1 z t\u011bch dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed se c\u00edl\u00ed v podstat\u011b na jinou skupinu, m\u00e1me tam jak lidi s n\u00edzkofunk\u010dn\u00edm autismem, tak i s vysokofunk\u010dn\u00edm, m\u00e1me tam lidi s leh\u010d\u00edm ment\u00e1ln\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm i s t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00edm, a v ka\u017ed\u00e9 t\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti prob\u00edh\u00e1 odpoledn\u00ed program, p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed z t\u011bch denn\u00edch slu\u017eeb, daj\u00ed si n\u011bjakou sva\u010dinu, a pak dle jejich p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed se odv\u00edj\u00ed ten program. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed z nich cht\u011bj\u00ed odpo\u010d\u00edvat, n\u011bkdo z nich je na zahrad\u011b, n\u011bkdo ten \u010das tr\u00e1v\u00ed t\u0159eba u televize, poslechem hudby, zp\u011bvem, tak\u017ee tak r\u016fzn\u011b podle toho, co kdo chce nebo pot\u0159ebuje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>j\u00e1 se chci zeptat, co v\u0161echno v souvislosti s autisty pova\u017eujete za smyslupln\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed voln\u00e9ho \u010dasu\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mark\u00e9ta BERE\u0160OV\u00c1<br \/>\nTak u n\u00e1s je to trochu specifick\u00e9 v r\u00e1mci t\u00e9 slu\u017eby, proto\u017ee my pracujeme hlavn\u011b s rodinou, kdy\u017e bych se zam\u011b\u0159ila p\u0159\u00edmo na d\u011bti s autismem, tak u n\u00e1s je to o tom, proto\u017ee p\u0159i Mot\u00fdl, o. s. funguje je\u0161t\u011b rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 centrum Vlnka, co\u017e je klasick\u00e9 rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 centrum, kde prob\u00edhaj\u00ed krou\u017eky pro d\u011bti s rodi\u010di nebo d\u011bti samotn\u00e9, a my se pr\u00e1v\u011b d\u011bti p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b s autismem z ran\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010de, sna\u017e\u00edme integrovat do rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9ho centra, to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee pokud je to pot\u0159eba, tak jim se\u017eeneme asistenta z \u0159ad dobrovoln\u00edk\u016f, kter\u00fd s nima je v n\u011bjak\u00e9m tom krou\u017eku, s rodi\u010di se v\u017edycky domlouv\u00e1me,\u00a0 co pro to d\u00edt\u011b bude nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, jestli ho bav\u00ed pohyb, jestli pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed, aby se vyb\u011bhal n\u011bkde a doma byl relativn\u011b v klidu, nebo jestli ho bav\u00ed kreslen\u00ed, pr\u00e1ce s hl\u00ednou a tak podobn\u011b, tak\u017ee vybereme vhodn\u00fd krou\u017eek, sezn\u00e1m\u00edme rodinu s asistentem, pak sezn\u00e1m\u00edme d\u00edt\u011b s asistentem, a to d\u00edt\u011b jde do krou\u017eku. Tam v podstat\u011b u t\u011bch d\u011bt\u00ed je to jako u norm\u00e1ln\u00edho zdrav\u00e9ho d\u00edt\u011bte, kdy\u017e je pot\u0159eba, tak je tam\u00a0 asistent, aby n\u011bjak zas\u00e1hl, aby t\u0159eba vymyslel jinou \u010dinnost, ale to\u00a0 smyslupln\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed voln\u00e9ho \u010dasu prob\u00edh\u00e1 tak jako u zdrav\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed, nen\u00ed to ur\u010dit\u011b n\u011bjak odli\u0161n\u00e9, tak si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee to je \u00fa\u017easn\u00fd, proto\u017ee z\u00e1rove\u0148 ty d\u011bti s autismem se nau\u010d\u00ed prost\u011b n\u011bjak fungovat mezi zdrav\u00fdmi d\u011btmi, a naopak ty zdrav\u00e9 d\u011bti se nau\u010d\u00ed prost\u011b fungovat s n\u011bk\u00fdm, kdo m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tro\u0161ku jin\u00fd a m\u016f\u017ee se projevovat jinak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cht\u011bj\u00ed z Merkl\u00edna je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bco doplnit?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zdislava SVIT\u00c1KOV\u00c1:<br \/>\nu n\u00e1s se sna\u017e\u00edme hodn\u011b individu\u00e1ln\u011b k tomu p\u0159istupovat, co kter\u00fd z nich z t\u011bch na\u0161ich u\u017eivatel\u016f m\u00e1 r\u00e1d, tak\u017ee zam\u011b\u0159it se na jejich p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed, tomu se p\u0159izp\u016fsobovat. A do ni\u010deho je netla\u010dit, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b lidi s autismem tohle nezvl\u00e1daj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010deho by se v\u011bt\u0161inov\u00e1 ve\u0159ejnost v kontaktu s autisty mohla nejv\u00edce vylekat, to znamen\u00e1, \u010d\u00edm je tato skupina lid\u00ed specifick\u00e1?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zdislava SVIT\u00c1KOV\u00c1,<br \/>\nSpecifick\u00fdm chov\u00e1n\u00edm, ob\u010das n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed z nich n\u00e1s p\u0159ekvap\u00ed t\u00edm, jak komunikuj\u00ed, j\u00e1 jsem kolegyni tady vypr\u00e1v\u011bla p\u0159ed t\u00edm, ne\u017e jsme \u0161ly do studia, o tom, jak mi v\u010dera jedna na\u0161e u\u017eivatelka, kdy j\u00e1 jsem j\u00ed pop\u0159\u00e1la hezk\u00e9 r\u00e1no, \u0159ekla, skoro na m\u011b za\u010dala k\u0159i\u010det, \u017ee to se takhle ne\u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 dobr\u00e9 po no\u010dn\u00ed, tak\u017ee oni opravdu i pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed t\u0159eba svoje slova a od n\u00e1s to vy\u017eaduj\u00ed, zase z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed, jestli jde o lidi s vysokofunk\u010dn\u00edm autismem nebo s n\u00edzkofunk\u010dn\u00edm autismem. V\u011bt\u0161inou lidi s n\u00edzkofunk\u010dn\u00edm autismem nekomunikuj\u00ed v\u016fbec, tak\u017ee n\u00e1s t\u0159eba vod\u00ed rukou a ukazuj\u00ed n\u00e1m, co cht\u011bj\u00ed, co pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed, my jim poskytujeme ve\u0161kerou p\u00e9\u010di o jejich osobu, n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed krmit, ve\u0161kerou hygienu a tak d\u00e1le. Lidi s vysokofunk\u010dn\u00edm autismem, ty maj\u00ed hodn\u011b velk\u00fd probl\u00e9m za\u010dlenit se do spole\u010dnosti, tak\u017ee pro n\u011b je probl\u00e9mem, kdy\u017e maj\u00ed t\u0159eba j\u00edt k l\u00e9ka\u0159i, jeden z na\u0161ich u\u017eivatel\u016f si hodinu t\u0159eba p\u0159ipravuje, co pan\u00ed doktorce \u0159ekne, proto\u017ee to ho znejis\u0165uje, nev\u00ed, co ona od n\u011bj o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee opravdu to, co my jim t\u0159eba \u0159\u00edk\u00e1me, oni vn\u00edmaj\u00ed opravdu \u00fapln\u011b jinak a n\u011bkdy je pro n\u011b hrozn\u011b t\u011b\u017ek\u00fd s n\u00e1ma komunikovat a i pro n\u00e1s s nima<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd je pro n\u011b ten pevn\u00fd \u0159\u00e1d, o kter\u00e9m jsem se zmi\u0148oval v \u00favodu a do jak\u00e9 m\u00edry jsou t\u00edm pak ovlivn\u011bny va\u0161e slu\u017eby,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mark\u00e9ta BERE\u0160OV\u00c1<br \/>\nTen \u0159\u00e1d je ur\u010dit\u011b hodn\u011b nutn\u00fd. Ale je to sp\u00ed\u0161 o konzultac\u00edch. Do t\u00e9 ran\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010de se doch\u00e1z\u00ed na konzultaci, ten \u0159\u00e1d je sp\u00ed\u0161 vid\u011bt ve chv\u00edli, kdy na\u0161e poradkyn\u011b jde do dom\u00e1cnosti, proto\u017ee my m\u016f\u017eeme chodit i k lidem dom\u016f, a tam je vid\u011bt, \u017ee za prv\u00e9 to d\u00edt\u011b t\u0159eba hodn\u011b znejist\u00ed, proto\u017ee p\u0159i\u0161el n\u011bkdo, koho zn\u00e1 z organizace, koho zn\u00e1 v m\u00edstnosti pro ranou p\u00e9\u010di, tak p\u0159i\u0161el k nim, a v tu chv\u00edli t\u0159eba reaguje \u00fapln\u011b jinak, ne\u017e by reagoval, kdy\u017e by zase p\u0159i\u0161el k n\u00e1m do Mot\u00fdla. To je pr\u00e1v\u011b ten \u0159\u00e1d, proto\u017ee je zvykl\u00e9 potk\u00e1vat ur\u010dit\u00e9 lidi n\u011bkde, najednou prost\u011b se s nima setk\u00e1v\u00e1 v \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00e9 situaci. Kdy\u017e bych to t\u0159eba st\u00e1hla na ty krou\u017eky, kam d\u011bti integrujeme, tak ve chv\u00edli, kdy je v krou\u017eku d\u00edt\u011b s autismem, tak ten krou\u017eek je opravdu na\u010dasovan\u00fd, mus\u00ed se za\u010d\u00edt t\u0159eba stejnou b\u00e1sni\u010dkou, potom mus\u00ed n\u00e1sledovat\u00a0 nap\u0159\u00edklad b\u011bh\u00e1n\u00ed, potom p\u00edsni\u010dka, i opravdu mus\u00ed to b\u00fdt takhle hodn\u011b p\u0159esn\u011b a ty d\u011bti to vy\u017eaduj\u00ed, tak\u017ee kdy\u017e je n\u011bjak\u00e1 zm\u011bna, tak prost\u011b se seknou a t\u0159eba nefunguj\u00ed. My pro autisty d\u011bl\u00e1me i n\u00e1cviky soci\u00e1ln\u00edch dovednost\u00ed, co\u017e je takov\u00fd ucelen\u00fd komplex, je to v podstat\u011b kurz pro ty d\u011bti, je to 10 lekc\u00ed, kdy se u\u010d\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b tomu, jak soci\u00e1ln\u011b fungovat. Jak nav\u00e1zat kontakt s kamar\u00e1dem, jak fungovat prost\u011b v tramvaji, proto\u017ee u autist\u016f je t\u0159eba velk\u00fd probl\u00e9m, \u017ee nerozli\u0161\u00ed to, co vlastn\u011b maj\u00ed \u0159\u00edct nahlas a co si maj\u00ed nechat jenom v hlav\u011b, tak\u017ee kolikr\u00e1t vznikaj\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b \u00fa\u017easn\u00fd situace, kdy vleze maminka s chlape\u010dkem do tramvaje a chlape\u010dek zak\u0159i\u010d\u00ed &#8211; je\u017ei\u0161, tady n\u011bkdo hrozn\u011b smrd\u00ed. Tak i o tomhle prost\u011b jsou t\u0159eba ty n\u00e1cviky. A i v r\u00e1mci t\u011bch n\u00e1cvik\u016f se n\u00e1m st\u00e1valo, \u017ee d\u011bti vy\u017eadovaly p\u0159esn\u011b \u010dinnosti, t\u0159eba jenom zm\u011bnu n\u011bjak\u00fd hry, ale musela ta hra b\u00fdt ve stejnou dobu. J\u00e1 je\u0161t\u011b bych mo\u017en\u00e1 jenom nav\u00e1zala na to specifick\u00fd chov\u00e1n\u00ed, o kter\u00e9m mluvila kolegyn\u011b, ty autisti m\u016f\u017eou t\u0159eba n\u011bkdy b\u00fdt a\u017e jako d\u011bsiv\u00fd, n\u00e1m se pr\u00e1v\u011b v r\u00e1mci t\u011bch n\u00e1cvik\u016f stalo, \u017ee 8-let\u00fd chlape\u010dek, u\u017e nev\u00edm, jak se jmenoval, ale vypr\u00e1v\u011bl n\u00e1m, \u017ee by hrozn\u011b cht\u011bl j\u00edt s maminkou po tramvajov\u00fd zast\u00e1vce, cht\u011bl by, aby p\u0159ijela ta tramvaj a maminku srazila, stra\u0161n\u00fd, prost\u011b v n\u00e1s \u00fapln\u011b jako hrklo, \u0159\u00edkali jsme si, je\u017ei\u0161marja, co tady m\u00e1me za d\u00edt\u011b, tak jsme se ho ptali jako a pro\u010d prost\u011b, v\u017edy\u0165 by to maminku bolelo a mohla by b\u00fdt v nemocnici, a chlape\u010dek \u0159ekl, pr\u00e1v\u011b, j\u00e1 m\u00e1m r\u00e1d ty sanitky, kdy\u017e p\u0159ijedou a houkaj\u00ed. Tak\u017ee on prost\u011b jenom, aby vid\u011bl tu sanitku, kterou m\u00e1 r\u00e1d, tak v\u016fbec nedomysl\u00ed tu situaci, proto\u017ee mu jde jenom o ten v\u00fdsledek vid\u011bt tu sanitku, samoz\u0159ejm\u011b to nejsou n\u011bjak\u00fd n\u00e1siln\u00fd lidi v\u011bt\u0161inou, tak\u017ee by ur\u010dit\u011b maminku nestr\u010dil, ale opravdu mu jde jenom o ten v\u00fdsledek, tohle, kdy\u017e \u0159ekne n\u011bkde na ve\u0159ejnosti, tak je zle, v\u016fbec u\u017e s n\u00edm nikdo nebude komunikovat, v\u0161ichni ho vezmou, jako ji\u017ei\u0161marj\u00e1, to je n\u011bjak\u00fd gr\u00e1zl a je zle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mark\u00e9ta BERE\u0160OV\u00c1<br \/>\nTak my jsem p\u0159ipravili osv\u011btovou akci pro d\u011bti ze \u0161kol, p\u0159ihl\u00e1sily se n\u00e1m dv\u011b \u0161koly. A vzali jsme to trochu netradi\u010dn\u00ed formou, cht\u011bli, aby si zdrav\u00e9 d\u011bti vyzkou\u0161ely, jak\u00e9 to je b\u00fdt autistou. Tak\u017ee jsme formou r\u016fzn\u00fdch vide\u00ed p\u0159ipravili pro d\u011bti takov\u00fd program. Napad\u00e1 m\u011b t\u0159eba jedno stanovi\u0161t\u011b, kde si, se pod\u00edvaj\u00ed na poh\u00e1dku O \u010cerven\u00e9 Karkulce, kter\u00e1 je kreslen\u00e1 a je trochu specifick\u00e1 t\u00edm, \u017ee tam vyb\u00edhaj\u00ed v sekundov\u00fdch z\u00e1b\u011brech informace o tom t\u0159eba, kolik zaj\u00edc\u016f se vyskytuje v lese, kter\u00fdm Karkulka proch\u00e1z\u00ed, jak dlouh\u00e1 byla cesta od Karkul\u010dina domu do domu babi\u010dky. Autista opravdu vn\u00edm\u00e1 spoustu v\u011bc\u00ed, kter\u00fdch my si v\u016fbec nev\u0161imneme, tak\u017ee m\u00e1me te\u010fko zku\u0161enost s t\u00edm, \u017ee kdy\u017e jsme pustili tu poh\u00e1dku autistovi, tak si opravdu v\u0161imnul, kolik t\u011bch zaj\u00edc\u016f v tom lese je. My to v\u016fbec neregistrujeme, zaregistrovali jsme obr\u00e1zek zaj\u00edce, ale jako po\u010det, to v\u016fbec , dokonce tam na\u0161el i n\u011bjak\u00fd chyby v tom videu, co\u017e bylo hodn\u011b zaj\u00edmav\u00fd, tak\u017ee t\u0159eba na tomhle si ty d\u011bti vyzkou\u0161\u00ed , co v\u0161echno ten autista vn\u00edm\u00e1, co v\u0161echno ho ovliv\u0148uje a co pak m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobovat to, \u017ee se chov\u00e1 jinak, proto\u017ee t\u011bch vliv\u016f, kter\u00fd na n\u011bj p\u016fsob\u00ed, je opravdu obrovsk\u00fd mno\u017estv\u00ed, proto to chov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u011bkdy \u00fapln\u011b neodpov\u00edd\u00e1 na\u0161emu chov\u00e1n\u00ed. zase je dal\u0161\u00ed v\u011bc, \u017ee autista t\u0159eba b\u011b\u017en\u00fd slova, kter\u00fd my \u0159\u00edk\u00e1me, zase zn\u00e1 jenom v ur\u010dit\u00fdch kontextech, tak\u017ee t\u0159eba nemus\u00ed v\u016fbec rozum\u011bt tomu, co \u0159\u00edk\u00e1me. Ob\u010das je u autist\u016f hodn\u011b dlouh\u00e1 reak\u010dn\u00ed doba, ne\u017e odpov\u00ed, proto\u017ee si mus\u00ed v hlav\u011b p\u0159erovnat to, co sly\u0161eli, co to znamen\u00e1 pro n\u011b, co maj\u00ed ud\u011blat a tak. Tak\u017ee takovouhle formou si d\u011bti vyzkou\u0161\u00ed, jak\u00fd to je b\u00fdt autistou, proto\u017ee d\u011bti s autismem jsou hodn\u011b \u010dasto integrovan\u00fd do b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch \u0161kol, tak\u017ee d\u011bti se s nimi setk\u00e1vaj\u00ed naprosto b\u011b\u017en\u011b, tak bychom r\u00e1di, aby t\u0159eba pochopily, pro\u010d se hovaj\u00ed jinak a um\u011bly na to tak n\u011bjak reagovat.<\/p>\n<p>Mark\u00e9ta BERE\u0160OV\u00c1:<br \/>\njedno d\u00edt\u011b ze 100 u\u017e se v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b rod\u00ed s n\u011bjakou poruchou autistick\u00e9ho spektra<\/p>\n<p>Zdislava SVIT\u00c1KOV\u00c1<br \/>\njak se autismus projevuje.
