Tento stav hroz\u00ed komplikacemi a dokonce i smrt\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Vysok\u00fd cholesterol dok\u00e1\u017eeme sn\u00ed\u017eit pomoc\u00ed l\u00e9k\u016f, ale daleko lep\u0161\u00ed je ho sn\u00ed\u017eit pomoc\u00ed racion\u00e1ln\u00edho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku, pohybu a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm t\u011blesn\u00e9 v\u00e1hy. Hodn\u011b cholesterolu obsahuj\u00ed vaj\u00ed\u010dka a \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9 tuky, jak\u00e9 zn\u00e1me t\u0159eba z vep\u0159ov\u00e9ho, ze s\u00e1dla nebo m\u00e1sla. Rovn\u011b\u017e tak vnit\u0159nosti nebo \u010derven\u00e9 maso. Proto bychom m\u011bli jejich konzumaci omezit. Cholesterol zn\u00e1me dvoj\u00ed: zl\u00fd, tedy LDL a hodn\u00fd, tzv. HDL. Jejich celkovou hladinu zvy\u0161uj\u00ed krom\u011b nadm\u011brn\u00e9 konzumace problematick\u00fdch potravin i nadbyte\u010dn\u00e1 kila a nedostatek pohybu. Bu\u0148ky ob\u00e9zn\u00edch lid\u00ed maj\u00ed hor\u0161\u00ed schopnost z\u00edsk\u00e1vat z krve tuto l\u00e1tku, kter\u00e1 jinak tvo\u0159\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch obal\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Zl\u00fd cholesterol m\u00e1 potom v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed sklon hromadit se v krvi a usazovat se na st\u011bn\u00e1ch tepen.<\/p>\n<p>Sportov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo aktivn\u00ed pohyb zv\u011bt\u0161uj\u00ed koncentraci hodn\u00e9ho HDL cholesterolu.
