Zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161\u0165ovna ministerstva vnitra (ZPMV) p\u0159ipravila pilotn\u00ed zdravotn\u011b-preventivn\u00ed pobyt, na kter\u00fd d\u00edt\u011b nebo d\u011bti bude doprov\u00e1zet i jeden z rodi\u010d\u016f.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u0158ekl \u0159editel nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed zam\u011bstnaneck\u00e9 poji\u0161\u0165ovny Jarom\u00edr Gajd\u00e1\u010dek.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Nechceme p\u0159ihl\u00ed\u017eet tomu, jak z mal\u00fdch tlou\u0161t\u00edk\u016f rostou ob\u00e9zn\u00ed a nemocn\u00ed dosp\u011bl\u00ed. Rozhodli jsme se zorganizovat zat\u00edm pilotn\u00ed pobyt s n\u00e1zvem Stop nadv\u00e1ze va\u0161eho d\u00edt\u011bte,&#8220; uvedl.<\/p>\n<p>Podle obezitolo\u017eky Radky Jedli\u010dkov\u00e9 jen dv\u011b procenta d\u011btsk\u00e9 obezity zp\u016fsobuje nemoc. V\u011bt\u0161ina d\u011bt\u00ed m\u00e1 podle n\u00ed probl\u00e9m s nadbyte\u010dn\u00fdmi kilogramy proto, \u017ee s kily nav\u00edc maj\u00ed probl\u00e9m tak\u00e9 jejich rodi\u010de. &#8222;D\u00edt\u011b se u\u010d\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00edmu stylu od sv\u00fdch rodi\u010d\u016f, a pokud je nezdrav\u00fd, nem\u00e1 \u0161anci se to nau\u010dit jinak,&#8220; \u0159ekla \u010cTK.<\/p>\n<p>Podle pr\u016fzkumu m\u00e1 norm\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00e1hu v dosp\u011blosti jen 22 procent t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed se pot\u00fdkali s kily nav\u00edc v d\u011btstv\u00ed. Cel\u00fdch 78 procent d\u011bt\u00ed s nadv\u00e1hou a obezitou si nadbyte\u010dn\u00e1 kila nese do dosp\u011blosti.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;V rodin\u00e1ch nar\u00e1\u017e\u00edme na neochotu experimentovat. Zm\u011bna v j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku, kter\u00e1 je spojena s rizikem ztr\u00e1ty pocitu nasycen\u00ed, ka\u017ed\u00e9ho zneklidn\u00ed. U d\u011bt\u00ed se to projev\u00ed rozlad\u011bn\u00edm, ztr\u00e1tou z\u00e1jmu o cokoli jin\u00e9ho ne\u017e j\u00eddlo, \u00fanavou, pla\u010dtivost\u00ed nebo i vztekem,&#8220; doplnila psycholo\u017eka Marta Bou\u010dkov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e9\u010debn\u011b-preventivn\u00ed pobyt po\u0159\u00e1dan\u00fd ZPMV se uskute\u010dn\u00ed od 6. do 20. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2014 v Beskydech a je ur\u010den d\u011btem od \u0161esti do deseti let. &#8222;Nadv\u00e1ha je spojena p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm s nespr\u00e1vn\u00fdmi stravovac\u00edmi n\u00e1vyky a s t\u00edm, \u017ee v rodin\u011b nen\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 se p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 h\u00fdbat. Chceme za t\u011bch 14 dn\u016f d\u011btem, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm i rodi\u010d\u016fm, v\u0161t\u00edpit, jak se to d\u00e1 zm\u011bnit a pro\u010d je to dobr\u00e9,&#8220; uvedl \u0159editel.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159ipomn\u011bl, \u017ee nadv\u00e1ha a obezita jsou spojeny s \u0159adou z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch zdravotn\u00edch rizik, jako jsou nemoci srdce a c\u00e9v, cukrovka, vysok\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak, \u017elu\u010dn\u00edkov\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, ale i rakovina.
