Vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 to ze studie St\u00e1tn\u00edho zdravotn\u00edho \u00fastavu. To je hluboko pod o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00fdm pod\u00edlem, kdy se uv\u00e1d\u00ed nadv\u00e1ha u sedmi procent a obezita u t\u0159\u00ed procent d\u011bt\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Proto by se miminka nem\u011bla p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u011b a mnohdy neopodstatn\u011bn\u011b dokrmovat. &#8222;P\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b v v\u011bku 6 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f se za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 zpomalovat rychlost, s jakou dosud miminko p\u0159ib\u00fdvalo, co\u017e n\u011bkdy b\u00fdv\u00e1 nespr\u00e1vn\u011b interpretov\u00e1no jako neprosp\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte a zd\u016fvod\u0148ov\u00e1no t\u00edm, \u017ee v\u00fd\u017eiva pouze mate\u0159sk\u00fdm ml\u00e9kem u\u017e d\u00edt\u011bti nesta\u010d\u00ed,&#8220; vysv\u011btluje Mark\u00e9ta Paulov\u00e1 ze SZ\u00da.<\/p>\n<p>Studie podle n\u00ed tak\u00e9 potvrdila, \u017ee maminky, kter\u00e9 d\u00e9le koj\u00ed bez dal\u0161\u00edho dokrmov\u00e1n\u00ed, pak d\u00e9le udr\u017euj\u00ed kojen\u00ed i po zaveden\u00ed dopl\u0148kov\u00e9 stravy.<\/p>\n<p>Sv\u011btov\u00e1 zdravotnick\u00e1 organizace podporuje v\u00fdlu\u010dn\u00e9 kojen\u00ed do \u0161esti m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f v\u011bku d\u00edt\u011bte a zachov\u00e1n\u00ed kojen\u00ed i po zaveden\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 stravy jako jedno z \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch preventivn\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00ed proti \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed d\u011btsk\u00e9 obezity.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s norm\u00e1ln\u00ed populac\u00ed bylo v souboru kojen\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b d\u011bt\u00ed jak s nadv\u00e1hou, tak s obezitou, a tento efekt byl z\u0159ejm\u00fd i po skon\u010den\u00ed v\u00fdlu\u010dn\u00e9ho kojen\u00ed,&#8220; uvedla \u0159e\u0161itelka projektu Jana Vignerov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e9ka\u0159i kojen\u00ed doporu\u010duj\u00ed, proto\u017ee mate\u0159sk\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko je v\u017edy &#8222;po ruce&#8220;, a to v ide\u00e1ln\u00edm slo\u017een\u00ed odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edm v\u011bku d\u00edt\u011bte a ve spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 teplot\u011b. Obsahuje protil\u00e1tky pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 pro zdrav\u00fd v\u00fdvoj miminka, p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k prevenci obezity, cukrovky, alergi\u00ed a vysok\u00e9 hladiny cholesterolu.
