Na podporu jejich zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed poskytl b\u011bhem dev\u00edti m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f leto\u0161n\u00edho roku celkem 3,036 mld. K\u010d.<\/strong><br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nV \u010cesk\u00e9 republice \u017eije zhruba jeden milion lid\u00ed se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm. Ne ka\u017ed\u00e9mu z nich se ale poda\u0159\u00ed naj\u00edt vhodnou pr\u00e1ci. \u201eV zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed osob se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm bychom si m\u011bli vz\u00edt p\u0159\u00edklad z praxe ve vysp\u011bl\u00fdch st\u00e1tech. I tito lid\u00e9 si zaslou\u017e\u00ed dostat \u0161anci. A rozhodn\u011b nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt pro firmy p\u0159\u00edt\u011b\u017e\u00ed,\u201c upozor\u0148uje gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editelka \u00da\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce \u010cR Marie B\u00edlkov\u00e1 a dod\u00e1v\u00e1: \u201e\u010casto sta\u010d\u00ed jen vhodn\u011b upravit pracovn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, za\u0159azen\u00ed nebo pracovn\u00ed dobu a mohou tak z\u00edskat spolehliv\u00e9ho zam\u011bstnance, jeho\u017e pracovn\u00ed v\u00fdkon bude srovnateln\u00fd s t\u00edm, jak\u00fd odv\u00e1d\u00ed jeho \u201ezdrav\u00fd\u201c kolega.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Slova gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editelky potvrzuje i vedouc\u00ed st\u0159ediska 1. SDZP dru\u017estva Jan Pali\u010dka. Ve spole\u010dnosti pracuje a\u017e 98 % zam\u011bstnanc\u016f se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm z celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu pracovn\u00edk\u016f. \u201eMysl\u00edm, \u017ee nen\u00ed rozd\u00edl mezi zdrav\u00fdm a zdravotn\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdm. Jsou prost\u011b ti, co pracovat cht\u011bj\u00ed, a ti, co necht\u011bj\u00ed. \u010clov\u011bk se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm pob\u00edr\u00e1 invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchod, tak\u017ee tak\u00e9 z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, jak ho dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem ze zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed motivuje. My plat\u00edme stejn\u011b lidem s handicapem a stejn\u011b zdrav\u00fdm. Ur\u010dit\u011b ale plat\u00ed, \u017ee kdy\u017e mu pr\u00e1ce a kolektiv \u201esednou\u201c, je \u010dlov\u011bk se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm daleko loaj\u00e1ln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e standardn\u00ed zam\u011bstnanec.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Kv\u016fli za\u017eit\u00fdm stereotyp\u016fm a p\u0159edsudk\u016fm \u0159ada t\u011bch, kter\u00e1 u\u017e n\u011bjakou diagn\u00f3zu m\u00e1, ji rad\u011bji v\u016fbec nep\u0159izn\u00e1. V opa\u010dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se toti\u017e znateln\u011b sni\u017euje jejich \u0161ance na z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u00e1ce. I proto se st\u00e1t sna\u017e\u00ed zam\u011bstnavatele motivovat. Nap\u0159\u00edklad prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvk\u016f, kter\u00e9 poskytuje \u00da\u0159ad pr\u00e1ce \u010cR, a to na vytvo\u0159en\u00ed chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9ho pracovn\u00edho m\u00edsta (CHPM) a n\u00e1sledn\u011b tak\u00e9 na \u00fahradu n\u00e1klad\u016f spojen\u00fdch s jeho provozem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na z\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed CHPM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed o p\u0159izn\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvk\u016f na vytvo\u0159en\u00ed CHPM bere \u00daP \u010cR v potaz celkovou situaci na trhu pr\u00e1ce v dan\u00e9m regionu. K 30. 9. 2014 podpo\u0159il<br \/>\ntouto cestou celkem 1 770 CHPM pro OZP (z toho 60 jich vykon\u00e1valo samostatnou v\u00fdd\u011ble\u010dnou \u010dinnost). Nej\u010dast\u011bji se jednalo o m\u00edsta v administrativ\u011b, pozice ur\u010den\u00e9 \u0159emesln\u00edk\u016fm, osobn\u00ed, \u00faklidov\u00e9 a mas\u00e9rsk\u00e9 slu\u017eby nebo ostrahu objekt\u016f. Na dal\u0161\u00edch 116 chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst poskytl p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na provoz. Celkov\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stka, kterou \u00daP \u010cR vyplatil od ledna do z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2014 v r\u00e1mci t\u00e9to agendy, dos\u00e1hla 50 384 130,4 K\u010d (v roce 2013 to bylo 31 340 037,6 K\u010d).<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na z\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed CHPM je ur\u010den na po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00e9ho vybaven\u00ed. Podm\u00ednkou je, \u017ee takto vytvo\u0159en\u00e9 m\u00edsto mus\u00ed firma obsadit minim\u00e1ln\u011b na t\u0159i roky. Pokud p\u0159ijme \u010dlov\u011bka se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm, m\u016f\u017ee dostat \u010d\u00e1stku odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u011b osmin\u00e1sobku (196 976 K\u010d), a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b osoby s t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00edm zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm pak dvan\u00e1ctin\u00e1sobku (295 464 K\u010d), pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy v n\u00e1rodn\u00edm hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed za 1. a\u017e 3. \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed p\u0159edchoz\u00edho roku (24 622 K\u010d). Jestli\u017ee zam\u011bstnavatel z\u0159izuje 10 a v\u00edce chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst, pak \u010din\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e poskytnut\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku desetin\u00e1sobek uveden\u00e9 pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy (246 220 K\u010d) a \u010dtrn\u00e1ctin\u00e1sobek pro osoby s t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00edm zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm (344 708 K\u010d).<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dnou \u00fahradu provozn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f CHPM<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00daP \u010cR m\u016f\u017ee na chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsto poskytnout zam\u011bstnavateli nebo \u017eivnostn\u00edkovi se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm i p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dnou \u00fahradu provozn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f. \u017d\u00e1dost mohou firma nebo OSV\u010c podat nejd\u0159\u00edve po uplynut\u00ed 12 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f ode dne, kdy takov\u00e9 m\u00edsto z\u0159\u00eddili a obsadili. Ro\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku \u010din\u00ed nejv\u00fd\u0161e 48 tis. K\u010d. B\u011bhem dev\u00edti m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f leto\u0161n\u00edho roku vyplatil \u00da\u0159ad pr\u00e1ce \u010cR zam\u011bstnavatel\u016fm touto cestou celkem 3 497 021,85 K\u010d (v roce 2013 pak 3 258 344 K\u010d).<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na podporu zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed OZP<\/strong><br \/>\nJestli\u017ee ve firm\u011b pracuje na chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch m\u00edstech v\u00edce ne\u017e 50 % OZP z celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, m\u016f\u017ee si zam\u011bstnavatel za\u017e\u00e1dat i o p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na refundaci 75% skute\u010dn\u011b vynalo\u017een\u00fdch n\u00e1klad\u016f na mzdy pracovn\u00edk\u016f se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm. Maxim\u00e1ln\u011b m\u016f\u017ee na ka\u017ed\u00e9ho takov\u00e9ho zam\u011bstnance dostat 8 tis. K\u010d m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b. Pokud bude CHPM obsazeno nejm\u00e9n\u011b po dobu 12 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, m\u016f\u017ee si po\u017e\u00e1dat o dal\u0161\u00ed 2 000 K\u010d na \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9 kryt\u00ed provozn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f. Celkem tak m\u016f\u017ee z\u00edskat na jednoho zam\u011bstnance se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm a\u017e 10 tis. K\u010d m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b. Kdy\u017e zam\u011bstnavatel spln\u00ed ve\u0161ker\u00e9 z\u00e1konem stanoven\u00e9 podm\u00ednky, je tento p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek n\u00e1rokov\u00fd. Od ledna do z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed<br \/>\n2014 takto st\u00e1t poskytl zam\u011bstnavatel\u016fm 2 982 153 868,75 K\u010d (ve stejn\u00e9m obdob\u00ed 2013 to bylo 2 688 607 218,87 K\u010d).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sleva na dani<\/strong><br \/>\nPokud firma zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1 osoby se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm, m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 uplatnit slevu na dani. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b ka\u017ed\u00e9ho pracovn\u00edka s 1. nebo 2. stupn\u011bm invalidity \u010din\u00ed sleva na dani 18 tis. K\u010d, v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zam\u011bstnance ve 3. stupni invalidity pak 60 tis.
