Ale tak\u00e9 tvarohy: tu\u010dn\u00fd (366), na strouh\u00e1n\u00ed (152), netu\u010dn\u00fd (101).<\/p>\n<p>Slu\u0161n\u00fd obsah tohoto prvku je tak\u00e9 v b\u00edl\u00e9m jogurtu (180), v kef\u00edru (120), v b\u00edl\u00e9 a ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 \u010dokol\u00e1d\u011b (187 a 103) nebo v kakau (136). Dobr\u00e9 \u00fadaje maj\u00ed rovn\u011b\u017e n\u011bkter\u00e9 o\u0159echy: mandle (240), para (170), l\u00edskov\u00e9 (140), vla\u0161sk\u00e9 (94).<\/p>\n<p>\u0158ada uveden\u00fdch potravin m\u00e1 spolu s v\u00e1pn\u00edkem vysok\u00fd obsah tuku. T\u0159eba u o\u0159ech\u016f jde o tuky zdrav\u00e9, ale i tak jde o kalorick\u00e9 bomby.
