Nap\u0159\u00edklad z\u00a0hlediska srde\u010dn\u011b-c\u00e9vn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edhod byla k\u00e1va pom\u011brn\u011b dlouho prokl\u00ednan\u00fdm n\u00e1pojem a visela na v\u0161ech zatyka\u010d\u00edch preventist\u016f t\u011bchto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Jak je tomu podle odborn\u00edk\u016f z F\u00f3ra zdrav\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eivy?<br \/>\n<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>foto: David Leo Veksler \/ Flickr.com<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1sledn\u011b bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee za \u0161patnou pov\u011bst k\u00e1vy mohou p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm cigarety. Ty jsou pom\u011brn\u011b \u010dast\u00fdm pr\u016fvodcem pit\u00ed k\u00e1vy, a ku\u0159\u00e1ci v\u011bt\u0161inou nep\u0159ekypuj\u00ed zdrav\u00edm. Pokud se ku\u0159\u00e1ci ze statistik ode\u010detli, objevila se p\u0159ed v\u00fdzkumn\u00edky mnohem p\u0159\u00e1tel\u0161t\u011bj\u0161\u00ed tv\u00e1\u0159 tohoto n\u00e1poje.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eP\u0159ed p\u011bti lety bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee zdravotn\u00ed sestry ve Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1tech americk\u00fdch, kter\u00e9 pravideln\u011b pily v\u00edce ne\u017e 4 k\u00e1vy denn\u011b a nekou\u0159ily, m\u011bly o 40 % m\u00e9n\u011b mozkov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edhod (mrtvic) ne\u017e ty, kter\u00e9 k\u00e1vu nepily. Tento nad\u011bjn\u00fd v\u00fdsledek pro konzumenty k\u00e1vy byl nav\u00edc ned\u00e1vno (v kv\u011btnu 2013) potvrzen v japonsk\u00e9 populaci s\u00a0v\u00edce ne\u017e milionem \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f. P\u0159ed t\u00fddnem pak byla k\u00e1va d\u00e1le rehabilitov\u00e1na v\u00a0rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 anal\u00fdze v\u0161ech dostupn\u00fdch spolehliv\u00fdch studi\u00ed, kdy byl op\u011bt potvrzen jej\u00ed p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek i na celkovou \u00famrtnost,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed MUDr. Jan Pi\u0165ha, CSc., p\u0159edseda F\u00f3ra zdrav\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eivy.<\/p>\n<p>Za b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 se pokl\u00e1d\u00e1 pit\u00ed 4 a\u017e 6 \u0161\u00e1lk\u016f k\u00e1vy, to je kolem 300 mg kofeinu denn\u011b. \u010ce\u0161i jsou pom\u011brn\u011b slab\u00fdmi konzumenty k\u00e1vy \u2013 v \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dku z roku 2011 skon\u010dila \u010cesk\u00e1 republika s\u00a0konzumac\u00ed 3,26 kg k\u00e1vy na osobu a rok na 35. m\u00edst\u011b. Na prvn\u00edch p\u0159\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1ch se um\u00edstily skandin\u00e1vsk\u00e9 st\u00e1ty \u2013 Finsko s\u00a0konzumac\u00ed 12,17 kg k\u00e1vy na osobu a rok, Norsko s 9,51 kg a D\u00e1nsko s 8,21 kg.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eSemena k\u00e1vy obsahuj\u00ed kofein, kter\u00fd povzbuzuje \u010dinnost srdce, mozku, nerv\u016f, ledvin a sval\u016f. Kofein je v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a nejl\u00e9pe popsanou \u00fa\u010dinnou l\u00e1tkou v k\u00e1v\u011b, ale tento n\u00e1poj obsahuje \u0159adu dal\u0161\u00edch l\u00e1tek, prosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch lidsk\u00e9mu organizmu,\u201c vysv\u011btluje \u010dlen F\u00f3ra zdrav\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eivy a zakladatel Institutu k\u00e1vy Doc. MUDr. Pavel Kohout, PhD., a dod\u00e1v\u00e1: \u201ek\u00e1va jako \u010dist\u011b p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed produkt je v\u00fdborn\u00fdm zdrojem antioxidant\u016f pod\u00edlej\u00edc\u00edch se na neutralizaci voln\u00fdch radik\u00e1l\u016f. V\u011bdci odhaduj\u00ed, \u017ee k\u00e1va m\u016f\u017ee dod\u00e1vat a\u017e 70 % antioxidant\u016f p\u0159ij\u00edman\u00fdch v\u00a0potrav\u011b, a t\u00edm chr\u00e1nit kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed syst\u00e9m, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eit riziko vzniku rakoviny.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>K\u00e1vovn\u00edk zahrnuje velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed druh\u016f, hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd v\u00fdznam m\u00e1 pouze n\u011bkolik z nich. Pro neodborn\u00edka je v\u00fdb\u011br k\u00e1vy velmi slo\u017eit\u00fd, m\u011bl by se proto \u0159\u00eddit cenou, radou odborn\u00edka nebo vlastn\u00edmi zku\u0161enostmi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eK\u00e1va je pom\u011brn\u011b drahou surovinou, a tak se \u010dasto fal\u0161uje \u2013 nap\u0159. se \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b m\u00edch\u00e1 s k\u00e1vovinami (v\u00fdrobky z\u00edskan\u00e9 pra\u017een\u00edm rostlin bohat\u00fdch na sacharidy, jako je \u010dekanka, je\u010dmen, \u017eito, p\u0161enice, f\u00edky aj.), robusta se vyd\u00e1v\u00e1 za dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed arabiku.
