V popisu jejich pr\u00e1ce je individu\u00e1ln\u00ed a aktivn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup ke v\u0161em slo\u017ek\u00e1m trhu pr\u00e1ce,\u201c vysv\u011btluje n\u00e1m\u011bstek pro zam\u011bstnanost \u00daP \u010cR Josef St\u0159\u00edteck\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eC\u00edlem je firmy informovat o n\u00e1stroj\u00edch APZ, ale tak\u00e9 z\u00edskat co nejv\u00edce informac\u00ed o stavu a o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00e9m v\u00fdvoji zam\u011bstnanosti v regionu, tedy o pl\u00e1novan\u00e9m propou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed \u010di p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. Jde o \u00fadaje, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m pom\u00e1haj\u00ed v anal\u00fdze budouc\u00edho v\u00fdvoje zam\u011bstnanosti a pot\u0159eb zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f,\u201c up\u0159es\u0148uje Kate\u0159ina Sad\u00edlkov\u00e1, pov\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 \u0159\u00edzen\u00edm \u00daP \u010cR.<\/p>\n<p>Ter\u00e9nn\u00ed pracovn\u00edci \u00fa\u0159adu nejd\u0159\u00edve zam\u011bstnavatele telefonicky nebo emailem kontaktuj\u00ed a nab\u00eddnou mu osobn\u00ed sch\u016fzku. \u201eB\u011bhem n\u00ed mu podaj\u00ed podrobn\u00e9 informace t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se mo\u017enost\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvk\u016f v r\u00e1mci APZ, hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed voln\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst nebo t\u0159eba rekvalifikac\u00ed,\u201c popisuje praxi \u0159editel Odboru trhu pr\u00e1ce \u00daP \u010cR Jan Karmaz\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p>Hlavn\u00edm plusem monitorovac\u00ed \u010dinnosti je, \u017ee se ve\u0161ker\u00e9 \u00fadaje dostanou p\u0159\u00edmo na st\u016fl jednotliv\u00fdm zam\u011bstnavatel\u016fm. Dozv\u00ed se, co konkr\u00e9tn\u011b v jejich p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b mohou vyu\u017e\u00edt. Tedy informace, kter\u00e9 obvykle nemaj\u00ed \u010das sledovat. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b osobn\u00edho jedn\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee \u00da\u0159ad pr\u00e1ce \u010cR u\u0161\u00edt nab\u00eddku firm\u011b skute\u010dn\u011b na m\u00edru. A nejde jen o finan\u010dn\u00ed pomoc. \u00daP \u010cR je schopen nab\u00eddnout zam\u011bstnavatel\u016fm nap\u0159\u00edklad sou\u010dinnost p\u0159i organizaci a realizaci v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eOce\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee se mohou obr\u00e1tit na konkr\u00e9tn\u00edho z\u00e1stupce \u00daP \u010cR, kter\u00fd jim p\u0159ed\u00e1 pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 informace o na\u0161ich slu\u017eb\u00e1ch. P\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fd ohlas jsme zaznamenali zejm\u00e9na u men\u0161\u00edch zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f a OSV\u010c, kte\u0159\u00ed oce\u0148uj\u00ed osobn\u00ed z\u00e1jem \u00daP \u010cR a jsou p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b p\u0159ekvapeni nab\u00eddkou na\u0161ich slu\u017eeb,\u201c shrnuje \u0159editelka KrP \u00daP \u010cR ve Zl\u00edn\u011b Miriam Majdy\u0161ov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Praxe skl\u00edz\u00ed skute\u010dn\u011b velk\u00fd ohlas. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b firem boduj\u00ed spole\u010densky \u00fa\u010deln\u00e1 pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsta (S\u00daPM), v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b obc\u00ed pak hlavn\u011b ve\u0159ejn\u011b prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce (VPP). \u201eO VPP za\u010daly \u017e\u00e1dat i obce, kter\u00e9 doposud z\u00e1jem nem\u011bly. A to nejen d\u00edky v\u00fd\u0161i p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku, ale hlavn\u011b d\u00edky pozitivn\u00edm zku\u0161enostem okoln\u00edch obc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 tuto mo\u017enost vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed dlouhodob\u011b,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 \u0159editel KrP \u00daP \u010cR v Plzni Zden\u011bk Novotn\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 maj\u00ed z\u00e1jem i o \u00fa\u010dast v \u0159ad\u011b program\u016f spolufinancovan\u00fdch z evropsk\u00fdch pen\u011bz. \u201eSt\u00e1le v\u00edce se jich zapojuje do projekt\u016f Evropsk\u00e9ho soci\u00e1ln\u00edho fondu (ESF). Monitoring trhu v\u00fdznamn\u011b p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k n\u00e1r\u016fstu po\u010dt\u016f voln\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst a pozitivn\u011b tak ovliv\u0148uje pracovn\u00ed trh,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed \u0159editel KrP v Jihlav\u011b Ji\u0159\u00ed Hrdli\u010dka.<\/p>\n<p>V kurzu jsou p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm programy Odborn\u00e9 praxe pro mlad\u00e9, Vzd\u011bl\u00e1vejte se pro r\u016fst nebo Podpora odborn\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. P\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ekou pro jejich je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed je n\u00edzk\u00e1 orientace firem v t\u00e9to oblasti. A pr\u00e1v\u011b pomocn\u00e1 ruka ze strany \u00daP \u010cR jim nab\u00edz\u00ed mo\u017enosti, o kter\u00fdch doned\u00e1vna je\u0161t\u011b netu\u0161ily.<\/p>\n<p>\u201ePodnikatel\u00e9 nemaj\u00ed dostatek \u010dasu na sezn\u00e1men\u00ed se s projekty ESF a ztr\u00e1cej\u00ed tak p\u0159ehled o tom, co vlastn\u011b mohou vyu\u017e\u00edt. My jsme p\u0159ipraveni jim v\u0161e vysv\u011btlit a pomoci s v\u00fdb\u011brem t\u00e9 nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed varianty,\u201c upozor\u0148uje \u0159editelka KrP \u00daP \u010cR v P\u0159\u00edbrami Renata Malichov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1jem zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f o dal\u0161\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ci potvrzuj\u00ed i rostouc\u00ed po\u010dty voln\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst, kter\u00e1 firmy p\u0159es \u00da\u0159ad pr\u00e1ce \u010cR zve\u0159ej\u0148uj\u00ed. Jednotliv\u00e9 kraje jich hl\u00e1s\u00ed stovky a\u017e tis\u00edce. Tak nap\u0159\u00edklad na Karlovarsku si jich mohl od ledna do z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed leto\u0161n\u00edho roku \u00daP \u010cR p\u0159ipsat d\u00edky monitoringu 879, v Libereck\u00e9m kraji 311, na Olomoucku zhruba 2 000, na Zl\u00ednsku 1 130, v Jiho\u010desk\u00e9m kraji 1 700, ve St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9m kraji dokonce 2 950 a na Plze\u0148sku v\u00edce ne\u017e 1 200. Pardubick\u00fd kraj jich hl\u00e1s\u00ed 1 400, Vyso\u010dina v\u00edce ne\u017e 700, Moravskoslezsk\u00fd kraj 1 500, Kr\u00e1lovehradeck\u00fd kraj 1 451, \u00dastecko 800 \u2013 1 000 a Praha 621.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159itom\u00a0 existuje velk\u00fd p\u0159edpoklad, \u017ee firma, kter\u00e1 nahl\u00e1s\u00ed \u00daP \u010cR voln\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsto prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm monitorovac\u00ed n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy, bude tak postupovat i v budoucnu.<\/p>\n<p>Zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 nab\u00edzej\u00ed v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b nejv\u00edce m\u00edst v gastronomii, ve stavebnictv\u00ed, maj\u00ed z\u00e1jem o prodava\u010de, \u0161i\u010dky, obchodn\u00ed z\u00e1stupce, administrativn\u00ed pracovn\u00edky, manipula\u010dn\u00ed d\u011bln\u00edky, pomocn\u00e9 pracovn\u00edky ve v\u00fdrob\u011b, ostrahu objekt\u016f, oper\u00e1tory call center, ukl\u00edze\u010de, kosmeti\u010dky, obchodn\u00ed z\u00e1stupce, finan\u010dn\u00ed a poji\u0161\u0165ovac\u00ed poradce, skladn\u00edky, obsluhu vysokozdvi\u017en\u00fdch voz\u00edk\u016f, je\u0159\u00e1bn\u00edky, kamn\u00e1\u0159e, dla\u017edi\u010de, tesa\u0159e, truhl\u00e1\u0159e, elektrik\u00e1\u0159e, policisty nebo \u0159idi\u010de n\u00e1kladn\u00edch automobil\u016f a autobus\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Tradi\u010dn\u011b velk\u00e1 popt\u00e1vka je po technick\u00fdch profes\u00edch nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d v\u0161emi obory (nap\u0159. obr\u00e1b\u011b\u010d kov\u016f, z\u00e1me\u010dn\u00edk, soustru\u017en\u00edk, sv\u00e1\u0159e\u010d a \u0159eza\u010d plamenem, se\u0159izova\u010d, stroj\u00edren\u0161t\u00ed technici, mont\u00e1\u017en\u00ed d\u011bln\u00edci a obsluha CNC \u010di d\u016fln\u00edch stroj\u016f). Hlavn\u011b proto, \u017ee mohu velice rychle \u0159e\u0161it p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 person\u00e1ln\u00ed zm\u011bny v na\u0161\u00ed organizaci a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm mohu s pomoc\u00ed \u00daP \u010cR vyhledat vhodn\u00e9 potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1jemce o zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed v r\u00e1mci na\u0161eho regionu,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed \u0159editel domova Jarom\u00edr Kaplan.<\/p>\n<p>\u00da\u0159ad pr\u00e1ce \u010cR opakovan\u011b zaji\u0161\u0165uje p\u0159edv\u00fdb\u011br budouc\u00edch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f i pro spole\u010dnosti KOH-I-NOOR HARDTMUTH a.s. v \u010cesk\u00fdch Bud\u011bjovic\u00edch. \u201eTato spolupr\u00e1ce znamen\u00e1 pro na\u0161i firmu p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm \u00fasporu \u010dasu i n\u00e1klad\u016f.
