Telefonicky kontaktovalo pracovn\u00edky CC 74 010 lid\u00ed. Dal\u0161\u00edch 34 337 z\u00e1jemc\u016f pak zvolilo k pod\u00e1n\u00ed dotazu elektronickou cestu.<\/strong><br \/>\n<!--more-->foto: PhotoRack<\/p>\n<p>I nad\u00e1le p\u0159eva\u017eovaly mezi tazateli \u017eeny. Nej\u010dast\u011bji se jednalo o maminky na rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9, uchaze\u010de o zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed \u010di zam\u011bstnavatele.<\/p>\n<p>S koncem pr\u00e1zdnin se zv\u00fd\u0161il po\u010det dotaz\u016f absolvent\u016f st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol k nutnosti evidence na \u00daP \u010cR nebo cht\u011bli v\u011bd\u011bt, jak maj\u00ed postupovat v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b ne\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9ho slo\u017een\u00ed maturitn\u00edch zkou\u0161ek.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00edky nastartov\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch projekt\u016f spolufinancovan\u00fdch z Evropsk\u00e9ho soci\u00e1ln\u00edho fondu se zv\u00fd\u0161il i z\u00e1jem klient\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed cht\u011bj\u00ed do program\u016f vstoupit. Matky mal\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed zas zaj\u00edm\u00e1 co d\u011blat, kdy\u017e jim sou\u010dasn\u011b kon\u010d\u00ed rodi\u010dovsk\u00e1 dovolen\u00e1 i pracovn\u00ed pom\u011br.<\/p>\n<p>V neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b se na zam\u011bstnance Call centra obracej\u00ed lid\u00e9, jejich\u017e zam\u011bstnavatel skon\u010dil v insolvenci, nevyplatil jim mzdy ani odstupn\u00e9 a z\u00e1rove\u0148 jim ani nevydal pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 doklady pro evidenci na \u00daP \u010cR a p\u0159izn\u00e1n\u00ed podpory v nezam\u011bstnanosti.<\/p>\n<p>V posledn\u00ed dob\u011b se tak\u00e9 mno\u017e\u00ed dotazy z pracovn\u011b-pr\u00e1vn\u00ed oblasti, kter\u00e1 ale do kompetence Call centra nespad\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eSkladbu nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edch dotaz\u016f ovliv\u0148uje p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ro\u010dn\u00ed doba. V lednu p\u0159eva\u017euje ne\/zam\u011bstnanost v souvislosti s ukon\u010den\u00edm pracovn\u00edch pom\u011br\u016f ke konci p\u0159edchoz\u00edho roku. V l\u00e9t\u011b zase vedou ot\u00e1zky zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na \u010dinnost pracovn\u00edch agentur, jejich ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed a nab\u00eddky \u201ebrig\u00e1d\u201c. Za\u010d\u00e1tkem pr\u00e1zdnin a na podzim se pak \u010dasto obracej\u00ed na Call centrum absolventi \u0161kol,\u201c popisuje Old\u0159i\u0161ka N\u011bmcov\u00e1, supervizor Call centra.<\/p>\n<p>Lidem je k dispozici celkem 29 pracovn\u00edk\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou rozm\u00edst\u011bni v r\u00e1mci cel\u00e9 republiky. Deset lid\u00ed sed\u00ed na centr\u00e1le v Praze a pracuj\u00ed ve dvousm\u011bnn\u00e9m provozu. Jsou p\u0159ipraveni odpov\u00eddat na dotazy denn\u011b od pond\u011bl\u00ed do p\u00e1tku od 8.00 do 20.00 hodin na telefonn\u00edm \u010d\u00edsle 844 844 803. Dal\u0161\u00edch 22 oper\u00e1tor\u016f pak funguje na krajsk\u00fdch pobo\u010dk\u00e1ch \u00daP \u010cR.<\/p>\n<p>Dotazy klient\u016f p\u0159ij\u00edmaj\u00ed b\u011bhem \u00fa\u0159edn\u00edch hodin. Po jejich skon\u010den\u00ed jsou pak hovory p\u0159esm\u011brov\u00e1ny na centr\u00e1lu, kde klienty obslou\u017e\u00ed tamn\u00ed pracovn\u00edci. Z\u00e1jemci mohou sv\u00e9 dotazy pos\u00edlat tak\u00e9 elektronickou cestou na e-mail kontaktni.centrum@mpsv.cznebo callcentrum@mpsv.cz.<\/p>\n<p>Za dobu, kdy je Call centrum v provozu, zodpov\u011bd\u011bli jeho pracovn\u00edci t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 300 tis\u00edc dotaz\u016f. Letos se na n\u011b v pr\u016fm\u011bru obrac\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u011bs\u00edc prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm telefonu \u010di elektronickou cestou 12 038 klient\u016f s \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed o radu.<\/p>\n<p>Jeden telefonn\u00ed hovor trv\u00e1 pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b 4 minuty. Denn\u00ed \u010di m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed po\u010det dotaz\u016f a jejich obsah se m\u011bn\u00ed na z\u00e1klad\u011b n\u011bkolika faktor\u016f. V prvn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b je to medializace ur\u010dit\u00e9 problematiky. Jakmile televize odvys\u00edl\u00e1 report\u00e1\u017e zam\u011b\u0159enou na oblast \u00daP \u010cR nebo se v novin\u00e1ch objev\u00ed obs\u00e1hlej\u0161\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nek k problematice spadaj\u00edc\u00ed do p\u016fsobnosti resortu pr\u00e1ce a soci\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed, odraz\u00ed se to v\u017edy na skladb\u011b ot\u00e1zek. Stejn\u00e9 je to i p\u0159i legislativn\u00edch zm\u011bn\u00e1ch. Nej\u010dast\u011bji lid\u00e9 volaj\u00ed hned r\u00e1no po 8. hodin\u011b a pak mezi 10.30 \u2013 13.00 hodinou.<\/p>\n<p>Ze \u010dty\u0159 p\u011btin jsou tazatel\u00e9 z \u0159ad zam\u011bstnanc\u016f \u010di uchaze\u010d\u016f o zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed. Zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed p\u011btinu pak tvo\u0159\u00ed zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9. Pokud jde o zp\u016fsob dotazov\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159eva\u017euj\u00ed telefon\u00e1ty nad elektronickou komunikac\u00ed. Podrobn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed statistika je uvedena na integrovan\u00e9m port\u00e1lu MPSV http:\/\/portal.mpsv.cz\/sz\/call_centrum\/kcstat\/.<\/p>\n<p>Lid\u00e9 mohou do Call centra ps\u00e1t a volat v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee budou pot\u0159ebovat radu t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se zprost\u0159edkov\u00e1n\u00ed zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, evidence na \u00daP \u010cR, vypl\u00e1cen\u00ed podpory v nezam\u011bstnanosti nebo rekvalifikace. K dispozici jsou tak\u00e9 informace z oblasti aktivn\u00ed politiky zam\u011bstnanosti. Pracovn\u00edci kontaktn\u00edho centra porad\u00ed i zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm, jejich\u017e zam\u011bstnavatel jim nevypl\u00e1c\u00ed mzdu z d\u016fvodu platebn\u00ed neschopnosti. Z\u00e1jemci z\u00edskaj\u00ed informace tak\u00e9 o soci\u00e1ln\u00edch d\u00e1vk\u00e1ch, zp\u016fsobech, jak o n\u011b \u017e\u00e1dat a o z\u00e1konn\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch nutn\u00fdch pro jejich z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed. Dozv\u00ed se i to, zda jim u\u017e \u00fa\u0159ad p\u0159iznanou d\u00e1vku odeslal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eAbychom v r\u00e1mci dotaz\u016f t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se term\u00ednu odesl\u00e1n\u00ed d\u00e1vky uleh\u010dili pracovn\u00edk\u016fm jednotliv\u00fdch pobo\u010dek \u00daP \u010cR a z\u00e1rove\u0148 vy\u0161li maxim\u00e1ln\u011b vst\u0159\u00edc klientovi, z\u0159\u00eddili jsme na\u0161im oper\u00e1tor\u016fm aplikaci \u201ekuk\u00e1tko\u201c. Pokud n\u00e1m doty\u010dn\u00fd sd\u011bl\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 identifika\u010dn\u00ed \u00fadaje, jsme schopni nahl\u00e9dnout do syst\u00e9mu a sd\u011blit mu, zda a kdy byl do syst\u00e9mu zad\u00e1n po\u017eadavek na v\u00fdplatu d\u00e1vky a do kolika pracovn\u00edch dn\u016f by m\u011bla b\u00fdt vyplacena. V \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b konzultanti nesm\u00ed sd\u011blovat v\u00fd\u0161i d\u00e1vky ani pod\u00e1vat informace pro jin\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edjemce, pokud se nejedn\u00e1 o z\u00e1konn\u00e9 z\u00e1stupce,\u201c vysv\u011btluje Old\u0159i\u0161ka N\u011bmcov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Call centrum zah\u00e1jilo svou \u010dinnost 15. 6. 2006. Od t\u00e9 doby u\u017e nemus\u00ed z\u00e1jemci o obecn\u00e9 informace z oblasti zam\u011bstnanosti a nepojistn\u00fdch soci\u00e1ln\u00edch d\u00e1vek chodit osobn\u011b na pobo\u010dku \u00da\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce \u010cR. Sta\u010d\u00ed jen pohodln\u011b \u2013 z domova \u010di kancel\u00e1\u0159e \u2013 zvednout telefon nebo poslat email.<\/p>\n<p>Od \u010dervence 2012 funguje Call centrum \u00daP \u010cR v r\u00e1mci projektu Ministerstva pr\u00e1ce a soci\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed a Gener\u00e1ln\u00edho \u0159editelstv\u00ed \u00daP \u010cR, kter\u00fd je hrazen\u00fd z prost\u0159edk\u016f Evropsk\u00e9ho soci\u00e1ln\u00edho fondu prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm Opera\u010dn\u00edho programu Lidsk\u00e9 zdroje a zam\u011bstnanost a st\u00e1tn\u00edho rozpo\u010dtu \u010cR.<\/p>\n<p>Kate\u0159ina Ber\u00e1nkov\u00e1, tiskov\u00e1 mluv\u010d\u00ed \u00daP \u010cR<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>B\u011bhem ledna a\u017e z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed leto\u0161n\u00edho roku se obr\u00e1tilo na Call centrum \u00da\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce \u010cR celkem 108 347 klient\u016f.
