Bylo by pr\u00fd chybn\u00e9 vyvodit z toho, \u017ee pit\u00ed ml\u00e9ka vede ke zlomenin\u00e1m, ale rozhodn\u011b to nepotvrzuje p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00fdch lid\u00ed, \u017ee je p\u0159ed \u0159\u00eddnut\u00edm kost\u00ed chr\u00e1n\u00ed. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zlomenin se nav\u00edc musej\u00ed br\u00e1t v \u00favahu i jin\u00e9 faktory, nap\u0159\u00edklad konzumace alkoholu nebo t\u011blesn\u00e1 v\u00e1ha.<\/p>\n<p>\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci studie vypl\u0148ovali po dobu jednoho roku dotazn\u00edky na t\u00e9ma, jak \u010dasto konzumovali b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 potraviny jako ml\u00e9ko, jogurty nebo s\u00fdry. Pak se n\u011bkolik let sledoval jejich zdravotn\u00ed stav v\u010detn\u011b zlomenin nebo \u00famrtnosti. Mezi \u017eenami trp\u011bly zlomeninami v\u00edce ty, kter\u00e9 denn\u011b pily p\u0159es 680 mililitr\u016f ml\u00e9ka. Ve skupin\u011b &#8222;pij\u00e1k\u016f&#8220; tohoto n\u00e1poje byla tak\u00e9 dvakr\u00e1t vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u00famrtnost. U mu\u017e\u016f byl trend podobn\u00fd, i kdy\u017e ne tak markantn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159esn\u011b opa\u010dn\u00fd vliv pak m\u00e1 podle studie konzumace fermentovan\u00fdch ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f, nap\u0159\u00edklad jogurt\u016f. Nebezpe\u010d\u00ed fraktur se sni\u017eovalo s vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed konzumac\u00ed t\u011bchto potravin.<\/p>\n<p>Profesor z univerzity v Uppsale Karl Michaelsson se domn\u00edv\u00e1, \u017ee v\u00fdsledky mohou souviset s obsahem cukru v ml\u00e9ce. Jin\u00e9 studie na zv\u00ed\u0159atech prok\u00e1zaly vliv tohoto cukru na urychlen\u00ed projev\u016f st\u00e1rnut\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Profesorce Sue Lanhamov\u00e9-Newov\u00e9 ze Surreysk\u00e9 univerzity ve studii chyb\u00ed zahrnut\u00ed vlivu fyzick\u00e9 aktivity a dal\u0161\u00edch aspekt\u016f \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu, je\u017e ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed kvalitu kost\u00ed. St\u00e1le pr\u00fd plat\u00ed, \u017ee v Brit\u00e1nii je ml\u00e9ko a v\u00fdrobky z n\u011bj zdrojem a\u017e 60 procent v\u00e1pn\u00edku.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;V\u00edme, \u017ee nedostatek v\u00e1pn\u00edku je rizikov\u00fdm faktorem pro osteopor\u00f3zu. St\u00e1le je t\u0159eba lidi v\u00e9st k tomu, aby jedli z\u00e1kladn\u00ed potraviny v n\u00e1le\u017eit\u00e9m pom\u011bru, a ml\u00e9ko je jednou z nich,&#8220; \u0159ekla.<\/p>\n<p>V \u010cR je spot\u0159eba ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f podle Spole\u010dnosti pro v\u00fd\u017eivu pod evropsk\u00fdm pr\u016fm\u011brem.
