Chyb\u00ed jim v\u0161ak informace"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Zhruba 75 procent obyvatel \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky je obecn\u011b s l\u00e9ka\u0159skou p\u00e9\u010d\u00ed v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice spokojeno, by\u0165 s v\u00fdhradami k nedostatku informac\u00ed. Potvrdily to v\u00fdsledky pilotn\u00edho pr\u016fzkumu Kancel\u00e1\u0159e Ombudsmana pro zdrav\u00ed mezi 1028 respondenty.<\/strong><br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nCelkem 50 procent z nich hodnot\u00ed sv\u00e9 l\u00e9ka\u0159e jako p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9, trp\u011bliv\u00e9 a naslouchaj\u00edc\u00ed. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u0161ak 71 procent p\u0159ipou\u0161t\u00ed, \u017ee nem\u00e1 od l\u00e9ka\u0159e dostatek informac\u00ed o sv\u00e9m zdravotn\u00edm stavu. Vysloven\u011b nespokojeno je 16 procent, zat\u00edmco pouze 9 procent je velmi spokojeno.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eV\u00fdsledky dotazn\u00edkov\u00e9ho \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm poukazuj\u00ed na nutnost zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed pov\u011bdom\u00ed o pr\u00e1vech nejen na stran\u011b pacient\u016f, ale i na stran\u011b zdravotn\u00edk\u016f. Pr\u00e1v\u011b takov\u00e9to nedostatky v komunikaci jsou v ka\u017ed\u00e9 kultu\u0159e zdrojem po\u0161kozen\u00fdch vztah\u016f, kter\u00e9 negativn\u011b ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 zdravotnick\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010de. Zlep\u0161en\u00ed komunikace s n\u00e1sledn\u00fdm zlep\u0161en\u00edm p\u00e9\u010de je hlavn\u00edm c\u00edlem na\u0161\u00ed kancel\u00e1\u0159e,\u201c konstatuje MUDr. Martin Jan Str\u00e1nsk\u00fd (na sn\u00edmku), zakladatel Kancel\u00e1\u0159e Ombudsmana pro zdrav\u00ed. \u201eZlep\u0161en\u00ed komunikace, znalosti pr\u00e1v a mo\u017enost\u00ed ve zdravotnictv\u00ed na obou stran\u00e1ch je ta hlavn\u00ed cesta vedouc\u00ed k omezen\u00ed, nedorozum\u011bn\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u00fdch spor\u016f mezi pacienty a zdravotn\u00edky. V\u011b\u0159\u00edme, \u017ee p\u0159isp\u011bjeme k otev\u0159en\u00ed konstruktivn\u00edho dialogu pacient\u016f se zdravotn\u00edky, ministerstvem zdravotnictv\u00ed a parlamentn\u00edmi a sen\u00e1tn\u00edmi v\u00fdbory,\u201c dodal l\u00e9ka\u0159.<\/p>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed f\u00e1ze pr\u016fzkumu se zam\u011b\u0159ila na \u017eeny<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u016fzkum se ve sv\u00e9 pilotn\u00ed f\u00e1zi soust\u0159edil na \u017eeny, \u010dten\u00e1\u0159ky internetov\u00e9ho \u017eensk\u00e9ho magaz\u00ednu \u017dena-in, \u010dlenky \u010cesk\u00e9ho svazu \u017een a pacientsk\u00fdch organizac\u00ed sdru\u017een\u00fdch v Alianci \u017een s rakovinou prsu. Dal\u0161\u00ed f\u00e1ze se zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm nejen na \u0161irokou ve\u0159ejnost a \u00farove\u0148 zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de komplexn\u011b, ale i na zdravotn\u00edky, se uskute\u010dn\u00ed na po\u010d\u00e1tku roku 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Nejv\u00edce dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch bylo ve v\u011bku mezi 30 a 40 lety (24,5 procent), 40 a 50 lety (21,2 procenta), 50 a 60 lety (20,6 procent). Celkem 29,4 procenta poch\u00e1zelo z obc\u00ed do 5 000 obyvatel a z m\u011bst nad 100 tis\u00edc obyvatel \u2013 25,4 procenta.<\/p>\n<p>Ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ochota, v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1jem<\/p>\n<p>V\u00edce informac\u00ed o sv\u00e9m zdravotn\u00edm stavu od sv\u00fdch l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f by uv\u00edtalo 71 procent z dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch. Celkem 36 procent z nich nedostatek informac\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo vad\u00ed. \u201eP\u0159itom zdravotn\u00edk\u016fm ur\u010dit\u011b nelze up\u0159\u00edt jistou ochotu pacienty dostate\u010dn\u011b informovat a pacient\u016fm zase vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1jem se v\u00edce dozv\u011bd\u011bt. Na\u0161e \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed v\u0161ak o tom, \u017ee tu st\u00e1le existuje vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 nepochopen\u00ed \u010di nezku\u0161enost v tom, jak toho dos\u00e1hnout. L\u00e9ka\u0159 se zpravidla nezept\u00e1 pacienta, zda by cht\u011bl je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bco v\u011bd\u011bt a pacient se ob\u00e1v\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed informace na n\u011bm cht\u00edt, \u201c tvrd\u00ed MUDr. Martin Jan Str\u00e1nsk\u00fd. Jen necel\u00fdch 6 procent respondent\u016f si st\u011b\u017euje, \u017ee l\u00e9ka\u0159 na n\u011b nem\u00e1 dostatek \u010dasu a je netrp\u011bliv\u00fd. V\u00edce ne\u017e 4 procenta uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed, \u017ee je odm\u011b\u0159en\u00fd a v\u016fbec nenaslouch\u00e1, co jim \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed. Zhruba dv\u011b procenta lid\u00ed pak p\u0159iznala, \u017ee uva\u017euje o zm\u011bn\u011b l\u00e9ka\u0159e nebo jej ji\u017e v posledn\u00ed dob\u011b zm\u011bnila. Dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b dv\u011b procenta p\u0159ipou\u0161t\u011bj\u00ed, \u017ee sice s l\u00e9ka\u0159em spojena nejsou, ale u\u017e si na n\u011bj zvykla. Celkem 89 procent dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch je p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010deno, \u017ee by pacient m\u011bl spolurozhodovat o sv\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010db\u011b. Ve 498 p\u0159\u00edpadech pak respondenti dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed, \u017ee hlavn\u00ed slovo m\u00e1 m\u00edt l\u00e9ka\u0159. Pouze 0,5 procenta si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee by pacient do sv\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010dby nem\u011bl v\u016fbec mluvit a rozhodovat m\u00e1 pouze l\u00e9ka\u0159 jako odborn\u00edk.<\/p>\n<p>Ordina\u010dn\u00ed doba a mal\u00fd d\u016fraz na preventivn\u00ed vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed<\/p>\n<p>S ordina\u010dn\u00ed dobou sv\u00e9ho l\u00e9ka\u0159e vyj\u00e1d\u0159ilo spokojenost 78 procent dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch. Celkem 83 procent v\u0161ak uvedlo, \u017ee nen\u00ed-li praktick\u00fd l\u00e9ka\u0159 p\u0159\u00edtomen v b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch ordina\u010dn\u00edch dob\u00e1ch pro nemoc, p\u0159ed n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvou se to dozv\u00ed pouze 16 procent. O zm\u011bn\u00e1ch v ordina\u010dn\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch \u010di preventivn\u00edch prohl\u00eddk\u00e1ch by bylo r\u00e1do formou sms, telefonu \u010di e-mailu informov\u00e1no 89 respondent\u016f. Pozoruhodn\u00e9 je, \u017ee pouze 22 procent respondent\u016f uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee je jim nab\u00eddnuta pravideln\u00e1 preventivn\u00ed prohl\u00eddka.<\/p>\n<p>Kancel\u00e1\u0159 Ombudsmana pro zdrav\u00ed je nez\u00e1visl\u00e9 centrum pro informace, poradenstv\u00ed a zprost\u0159edkov\u00e1n\u00ed pomoci pacient\u016fm a pracuj\u00edc\u00edm ve zdravotnictv\u00ed. Od 21. \u0159\u00edjna 2014 se na ni mohou lid\u00e9 obracet zejm\u00e9na v p\u0159\u00edpadech, kdy byla poru\u0161ena jejich pr\u00e1va pacient\u016f, kter\u00e1 jsou d\u00e1na pr\u00e1vn\u00edm \u0159\u00e1dem \u010cR, \u010di pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed-li se poradit, jak\u00e1 pr\u00e1va (a povinnosti) v\u016fbec v na\u0161em zdravotn\u00edm syst\u00e9mu maj\u00ed.
