Lid\u00e9 by si podle n\u011bj m\u011bli ud\u011blat pl\u00e1n, na \u010dem si pochutnaj\u00ed, a toho se dr\u017eet. Nem\u00e1-li n\u011bkdo pl\u00e1n, pohled na dobroty ho zl\u00e1k\u00e1 a ur\u010dit\u011b neodol\u00e1, varoval.<\/strong> <!--more--><em>foto: norfolkdistrict \/ Flickr.com<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nejhor\u0161\u00edm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm pot\u00e9, co se \u010dlov\u011bk p\u0159ejedl, je podle Matoulka dal\u0161\u00ed den hladov\u011bt. \u010clov\u011bk se t\u00edm jen dostane do stresu, t\u0159et\u00ed den u\u017e &#8222;hlady nevid\u00ed&#8220;, a tak se znovu nacpe. V\u00e1noce pak pro\u017eije st\u0159\u00eddav\u011b o hladu a p\u0159ej\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed, nav\u00edc se \u0161patn\u00fdm pocitem. Daleko lep\u0161\u00ed je podle Matoulka pochyben\u00ed nahradit zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm pohybov\u00e9 aktivity v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch t\u0159ech dnech.<\/p>\n<p>Pro udr\u017een\u00ed stejn\u00e9 v\u00e1hy b\u011bhem sv\u00e1tk\u016f je t\u0159eba pe\u010dliv\u011b monitorovat j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek. U\u017e to samotn\u00e9 vede podle Matoulka k v\u00fdznamn\u00e9mu omezen\u00ed p\u0159ijat\u00e9 energie proti zcela voln\u00e9mu re\u017eimu.<\/p>\n<p>O sv\u00e1tc\u00edch se \u010dasto p\u0159ej\u00eddaj\u00ed ti, kdo se rozhodli od Nov\u00e9ho rok hubnout. &#8222;V p\u0159edtu\u0161e re\u017eimov\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed se chovaj\u00ed, jako by to byly jejich posledn\u00ed sv\u00e1tky v \u017eivot\u011b a dop\u0159\u00e1vaj\u00ed si v\u00edc ne\u017e obvykle. Prvn\u00ed den roku zah\u00e1j\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsnou dietu, ale dlouho nevydr\u017e\u00ed, zat\u00edmco v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed kilogramy z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed,&#8220; upzornil Matoulek.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek si podle n\u011bj speci\u00e1ln\u011b musej\u00ed hl\u00eddat lid\u00e9 se zdravotn\u00edmi probl\u00e9my, nap\u0159\u00edklad diabetici. M\u011bli by si pravideln\u011b m\u011b\u0159it hladinu cukru, a to i kdy\u017e &#8222;zh\u0159e\u0161\u00ed&#8220;. Mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edho cukrov\u00ed diabetikovi neubl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed, pokud ka\u017ed\u00fd den jednou \u010di dvakr\u00e1t m\u00e1 n\u011bjakou pohybovou aktivitu.<\/p>\n<p>Alkohol sv\u00fdm pacient\u016fm Matoulek nezakazuje. Jedna skleni\u010dka v\u00edna \u010di sektu podle n\u011bj je\u0161t\u011b nikoho nezabila a cukrovku nezhor\u0161\u00ed. Diabetici by si ale m\u011bli d\u00e1t pozor na sladk\u00e9 lik\u00e9ry, kter\u00e9 vedle alkoholu obsahuj\u00ed hodn\u011b cukru.<\/p>\n<p>Co se t\u00fd\u010de pohybu, z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed podle Matoulka na v\u011bku a stavu pohybov\u00e9ho apar\u00e1tu. &#8222;Rozhodn\u011b bych pades\u00e1tilet\u00e9mu diabetikovi neradil te\u010f brusle. Nejlep\u0161\u00ed je ch\u016fze, vz\u00edt si klidn\u011b hole, nen\u00ed nic lep\u0161\u00edho i z hlediska protistresov\u00e9ho,&#8220; \u0159ekl.
