Dekadentn\u00ed p\u0159ehl\u00eddka p\u0159ekypuj\u00edc\u00edch stol\u016f a nekone\u010dn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edd\u011bly sladkost\u00ed jsou pro tyto diet\u00e1\u0159e zl\u00fdm snem.<br \/>\nDieta odvozen\u00e1 od zp\u016fsobu stravov\u00e1n\u00ed na\u0161ich d\u00e1vn\u00fdch p\u0159edk\u016f je podle stanice Al-Arab\u00edja vyhled\u00e1van\u00fdm prost\u0159edkem v\u0161ech, kdo cht\u011bj\u00ed zhubnout. \u0158\u00edk\u00e1 se j\u00ed tak\u00e9 dieta jeskynn\u00edho mu\u017ee a jej\u00ed pravidla jsou snadn\u00e1 &#8211; nej\u00edst nic, co nebylo k dispozici v paleolitu, tedy v prav\u011bku. Tak\u017ee je t\u0159eba zam\u011b\u0159it se jenom na stravu, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v\u00fdsledkem lovu &#8211; maso zv\u011b\u0159e, dr\u016fbe\u017ee a mo\u0159sk\u00fdch \u017eivo\u010dich\u016f &#8211; a na tu, kter\u00e1 se dala sesb\u00edrat &#8211; vejce, o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ky, zrna, ovoce a zelenina.<br \/>\nStriktn\u00ed zast\u00e1nci t\u00e9to diety vid\u00ed prap\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu obezity a civiliza\u010dn\u00edch nemoc\u00ed v rozvoji zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed a d\u016fsledn\u011b zakazuj\u00ed chl\u00e9b, t\u011bstoviny, brambory, s\u00fdry, jogurty a cukr.<br \/>\nZam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed na prav\u011bkou stravu je p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e9 v tom, \u017ee se \u010dlov\u011bk nau\u010d\u00ed omezit potraviny, kter\u00e9 na sv\u00e9 cest\u011b pro\u0161ly slo\u017eitou \u00fapravou. Klasick\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edkladem jsou bramborov\u00e9 lup\u00ednky, uzeniny nebo \u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00e9 ty\u010dinky pln\u00e9 konzervant\u016f, cukru, a soli. \u010clov\u011bku zbaven\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va cp\u00e1t se t\u00edmto j\u00eddlem pak nezbude, ne\u017e za\u0159adit do j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho, tak\u017ee s\u00e1hne ochotn\u011bji po ovoci a zelenin\u011b, \u010d\u00edm\u017e prosp\u011bje sv\u00e9mu zdrav\u00ed a p\u0159isp\u011bje k redukci v\u00e1hy.<br \/>\nJenom\u017ee jsou tu kritici, kte\u0159\u00ed varuj\u00ed. Paleodieta m\u00e1 daleko od vyrovnan\u00e9 stravy, proto\u017ee v n\u00ed p\u0159eva\u017euj\u00ed proteiny a chyb\u00ed sacharidy. Doporu\u010duje p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho masa a kdo se neomez\u00ed na maso libov\u00e9, zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed t\u00edm p\u0159\u00edjem tuku. Riskantn\u00ed je omezovat obiloviny, lu\u0161t\u011bniny i ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky, je\u017e dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed vl\u00e1kniny, v\u00e1pn\u00edk, vitam\u00edn B a \u017eelezo. Zvy\u0161uje se riziko osteopor\u00f3zy, anemie a onemocn\u011bn\u00ed srdce. Krom\u011b toho je dnes finan\u010dn\u011b t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nemysliteln\u00e9 zalo\u017eit stravu v\u00fdhradn\u011b na biopotravin\u00e1ch.<br \/>\nA je t\u0159eba dr\u017eet se striktn\u011b prav\u011bk\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku, v\u00edme-li, \u017ee jeskynn\u00ed lid\u00e9 se do\u017e\u00edvali pouze 40 let? Posta\u010d\u00ed z\u0159ejm\u011b, kdy\u017e si \u010dlov\u011bk uv\u011bdom\u00ed nebezpe\u010d\u00ed mnoh\u00fdch zpracovan\u00fdch potravin a nebude je vyhled\u00e1vat.<br \/>\nV praxi v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edho h\u00fd\u0159en\u00ed lze naj\u00edt alternativu ke v\u0161emu nevhodn\u00e9mu. Nam\u00edsto sva\u0159en\u00e9ho v\u00edna, pun\u010d\u016f a vaje\u010dn\u00fdch ko\u0148ak\u016f p\u00edt t\u0159eba kokosov\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko, vodu s ovocem, nebo oko\u0159en\u011bn\u00e9 v\u00edno. Z rychl\u00e9ho poho\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed se vyhnout \u0161unkov\u00fdm z\u00e1vitk\u016fm, pln\u011bn\u00fdm vejc\u00edm a kr\u00e9mov\u00fdm pomaz\u00e1nk\u00e1m a zam\u011b\u0159it se na ogrilovan\u00e9 arty\u010doky nebo kraby, nad\u00edvan\u00e9 houby nebo kavi\u00e1r. Ide\u00e1ln\u00edm p\u0159edkrmem nen\u00ed \u0161unka s medovou polevou ani pala\u010dinky, n\u00fdbr\u017e ledvinka s \u0159edkvi\u010dkou \u010di opra\u017een\u00e9 pl\u00e1tky cukety.<br \/>\nJako p\u0159\u00edlohu je t\u0159eba vylou\u010dit op\u00e9kan\u00e9 brambory i brokolici se s\u00fdrem a d\u00e1t p\u0159ednost t\u0159eba sal\u00e1tu s citronem, olivov\u00fdm olejem a an\u010dovi\u010dkami nebo brokolici politou kokosov\u00fdm olejem. A coby dezert se ur\u010dit\u011b nehod\u00ed o\u0159\u00ed\u0161kov\u00e9 \u0159ezy ani \u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00e9 cukrov\u00ed.
