Restaurace bude kontrolovat spole\u010dn\u011b s krajsk\u00fdmi hygienick\u00fdmi stanicemi, kter\u00e9 tak \u010dinily dosud, informoval mluv\u010d\u00ed inspekce Radoslav Posp\u00edchal.<\/strong> <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Novela z\u00e1kona m\u00e1 umo\u017enit systemati\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed kontrolu restaurac\u00ed.<br \/>\nZat\u00edmco nyn\u00ed kontrolovala SZPI maloobchodn\u00ed prodejce \u010di sklady potravin, kter\u00fdch bylo 45.000, nyn\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee vstoupit do dal\u0161\u00edch 70.000 provoz\u016f. SZPI se bude zam\u011b\u0159ovat na fal\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed potravin, jejich p\u016fvod, hygienickou bezpe\u010dnost provozu a na zp\u016fsobilost person\u00e1lu. Vedle klasick\u00fdch restaurac\u00ed mohou inspekto\u0159i kontrolovat nap\u0159\u00edklad i rychl\u00e1 ob\u010derstven\u00ed, cukr\u00e1rny, \u010dajovny, stravovac\u00ed slu\u017eby poskytovan\u00e9 v r\u00e1mci maloobchodu a na \u010derpac\u00edch stanic\u00edch.<br \/>\n&#8222;Podle novely z\u00e1kona o potravin\u00e1ch budeme kontrolovat tak\u00e9 povinn\u00e9 uv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed n\u00e1zvu pokrmu, kter\u00fd odpov\u00edd\u00e1 surovin\u00e1m pou\u017eit\u00fdch p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b, a uv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed alergen\u016f v j\u00eddle,&#8220; sd\u011blil Posp\u00edchal.<br \/>\nZ\u00e1kon posiluje kompetence SZPI, c\u00edlem je systematicky zkontrolovat v\u00edce provozoven ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho stravov\u00e1n\u00ed. &#8222;Dozor nad v\u00fdrobou a prodejem bude rozd\u011blen\u00fd mezi SZPI a krajsk\u00e9 hygienick\u00e9 stanice. St\u00e1tn\u00ed veterin\u00e1rn\u00ed spr\u00e1va nov\u011b z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 kompetenci ke kontrole zv\u011b\u0159iny, ml\u00e9ka, mleziva nebo v\u010del\u00edch produkt\u016f,&#8220; poznamenal Posp\u00edchal. Dozorov\u00e9 org\u00e1ny maj\u00ed spolupracovat tak, aby byly kontroly efektivn\u00ed a nedoch\u00e1zelo k jejich zdvojov\u00e1n\u00ed. Person\u00e1ln\u011b se inspekce p\u0159ipravovala ji\u017e b\u011bhem lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku.<br \/>\nZm\u011bna z\u00e1kona m\u00e1 pos\u00edlit pozici spot\u0159ebitele. Kontroly maj\u00ed b\u00fdt intenzivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a maj\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159esn\u011bji zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9. &#8222;P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1me, \u017ee dojde ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed tlaku na nepoctiv\u00e9 provozovatele, kte\u0159\u00ed budou nuceni sv\u00e9 postupy zm\u011bnit,&#8220; uvedl Posp\u00edchal. SZPI p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee bude o v\u00fdsledc\u00edch kontrol referovat pomoc\u00ed tiskov\u00fdch zpr\u00e1v, na ofici\u00e1ln\u00edm webu, na port\u00e1lu Potraviny na pran\u00fd\u0159i a tak\u00e9 na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch, kter\u00e9 jsou s t\u00edmto port\u00e1lem spojen\u00e9.<br \/>\nSankce pro nepoctivce se odv\u00edj\u00ed od pr\u00e1vn\u00ed kvalifikace, rozsahu \u010di z\u00e1va\u017enosti provin\u011bn\u00ed. SZPI obvykle tak\u00e9 pokuty zvy\u0161uje p\u0159i opakovan\u00fdch provin\u011bn\u00edch. &#8222;Nap\u0159\u00edklad za z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e1 poru\u0161en\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti a fal\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed surovin ur\u010den\u00fdch pro p\u0159\u00edpravu j\u00eddel m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pokuta a\u017e 50 milion\u016f korun. Za provin\u011bn\u00ed proti hygienick\u00fdm p\u0159edpis\u016fm \u010di chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed povinn\u00e9 informace, mezi n\u011b\u017e nov\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed i \u00fadaje o alergenech, se sankce m\u016f\u017ee vy\u0161plhat a\u017e na deset milion\u016f korun,&#8220; doplnil Posp\u00edchal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>St\u00e1tn\u00ed zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e1 a potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 inspekce (SZPI) m\u016f\u017ee od 1. ledna kontrolovat nov\u011b i restaurace.
