Zejm\u00e9na kv\u016fli sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 viditelnosti b\u011bhem zimn\u00edho obdob\u00ed p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm tito \u0159idi\u010di zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 riziko dopravn\u00ed nehody.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>ilustra\u010dn\u00ed foto: Nathan Eal Photography \/ Flickr.com<\/em><\/p>\n<p>A\u017e 90 procent \u0159idi\u010d\u016f vy\u0161\u0161\u00edho v\u011bku nen\u00ed schopno zaost\u0159it na palubn\u00ed desku bez br\u00fdl\u00ed. <\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b kluzk\u00e9 vozovky \u010del\u00ed v\u00a0zimn\u00edm obdob\u00ed \u0159idi\u010di i \u0161patn\u00e9 viditelnosti. Riziko dopravn\u00ed nehody je v zim\u011b a\u017e patn\u00e1ctkr\u00e1t vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v\u00a0letn\u00edm obdob\u00ed.<br \/>\n \u201e\u010cast\u00e9 mlhy, de\u0161\u0165ov\u00e9 nebo sn\u011bhov\u00e9 sr\u00e1\u017eky, pozdn\u00ed rozedn\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed i brzk\u00e9 stm\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed \u00fanavu a ospalost \u0159idi\u010d\u016f. B\u011bhem \u0161patn\u00e9ho po\u010das\u00ed nav\u00edc \u0159idi\u010di rychleji ztr\u00e1cej\u00ed pozornost a schopnost soust\u0159edit se. \u0158ada \u0159idi\u010d\u016f nav\u00edc m\u00edv\u00e1 probl\u00e9my s vid\u011bn\u00edm za \u0161era a zhor\u0161en\u00fdch sv\u011bteln\u00fdch podm\u00ednek, ve tm\u011b se toti\u017e roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed zorni\u010dka, a o\u010dn\u00ed vada se tak projev\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011bji,\u201c vysv\u011btlil Pavel Stod\u016flka, p\u0159ednosta s\u00edt\u011b o\u010dn\u00edch klinik Gemini. <\/p>\n<p>I b\u011bhem jasn\u00e9ho po\u010das\u00ed v\u0161ak na silnic\u00edch \u010dek\u00e1 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 riziko nehody spojen\u00e9 se zrakem. To zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed ostr\u00e9 slune\u010dn\u00ed paprsky odr\u00e1\u017eej\u00edc\u00ed se od sn\u011bhu. \u201eSlune\u010dn\u00ed paprsky mohou \u0159idi\u010de oslnit, t\u00edm p\u00e1dem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt odhad vzd\u00e1lenosti zkreslen\u00fd a osln\u011bn\u00fd \u0159idi\u010d nedok\u00e1\u017ee stoprocentn\u011b zaost\u0159it. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je proto m\u00edt i b\u011bhem zimn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f v\u00a0aut\u011b p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 slune\u010dn\u00ed br\u00fdle. Vhodn\u00e9 jsou oran\u017eov\u011b a \u017elut\u011b zbarven\u00e9 br\u00fdlov\u00e9 \u010do\u010dky. Pro \u0159idi\u010de m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 pohodln\u00e9 takzvan\u00e9 grad\u00e1ln\u00ed zabarven\u00ed br\u00fdlov\u00fdch \u010do\u010dek. Ty jsou naho\u0159e tmav\u0161\u00ed, postupn\u011b se zeslabuj\u00ed a dole je kousek \u010dir\u00e9 br\u00fdlov\u00e9 \u010do\u010dky,\u201c popsal Pavel Stod\u016flka, sv\u011btov\u011b uzn\u00e1van\u00fd o\u010dn\u00ed chirurg.<\/p>\n<p>\u010clov\u011bk z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 a\u017e 80 procent informac\u00ed prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm zraku a \u0159idi\u010di nejsou v\u00fdjimkou. Dobr\u00e9 vid\u011bn\u00ed je tedy z\u00e1kladn\u00edm p\u0159edpokladem bezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je nejen zrakov\u00e1 ostrost, ale i rozsah zorn\u00e9ho pole, dobr\u00e1 kontrastn\u00ed citlivost, adaptace na osln\u011bn\u00ed a prostorov\u00e9 vid\u011bn\u00ed. \u201eNorm\u00e1ln\u00ed ostrost vid\u011bn\u00ed je p\u0159edpokladem pro v\u010dasn\u00e9 rozpozn\u00e1n\u00ed dopravn\u00edch zna\u010dek, spat\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eek na vozovce a chodc\u016f i pro odhad j\u00edzdn\u00ed rychlosti ostatn\u00edch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f provozu. Nekorigovan\u00e1 zrakov\u00e1 vada tak m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch dopravn\u00edch nehod a \u010dasto je i p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou sr\u00e1\u017eek vozidel s\u00a0chodci,\u201c varoval Pavel Stod\u016flka.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eKr\u00e1tkozrak\u00fd \u0159idi\u010d h\u016f\u0159e rozezn\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159edm\u011bty v d\u00e1lce, zat\u00edmco vetchozrak\u00fd \u0159idi\u010d m\u00e1 probl\u00e9my p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm s vid\u011bn\u00edm do bl\u00edzka nap\u0159\u00edklad na palubn\u00ed desku. Tato vada postihuje a\u017e 90 procent lid\u00ed kolem 60 let. \u0158idi\u010d s astigmatismem vn\u00edm\u00e1 zkreslen\u011b obraz do d\u00e1lky i bl\u00edzka,\u201c dodal Pavel Stod\u016flka.<\/p>\n<p>U\u017e t\u0159i \u010dtvrt\u011b dioptrie sta\u010d\u00ed na to, aby \u0159idi\u010d zahl\u00e9dl chodce ze vzd\u00e1lenosti o polovinu krat\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e \u0159idi\u010d bez dioptrick\u00e9 vady. Zat\u00edmco zdrav\u00e9 oko ho vid\u00ed ze vzd\u00e1lenosti zhruba 200 metr\u016f, oko s vadou -0,75 dioptrie a\u017e ze vzd\u00e1lenosti 100 metr\u016f, oko s vadou minus dv\u011b dioptrie pak ze vzd\u00e1lenosti pouh\u00fdch dvaceti metr\u016f. Nav\u00edc \u0159idi\u010di se \u0161patn\u00fdm zrakem v\u016fbec nepost\u0159ehnou a\u017e \u010dtvrtinu dopravn\u00edch zna\u010dek.<br \/>\nDopravn\u00ed nehod\u011b mohou zabr\u00e1nit i dopl\u0148ky stravy.<\/p>\n<p> \u201e\u0158idi\u010di jist\u011b dob\u0159e znaj\u00ed efekt osln\u011bn\u00ed oka sv\u011btly protijedouc\u00edho vozidla. \u0158idi\u010d pak jede v z\u00e1vislosti na rychlosti vozidla n\u011bkolik des\u00edtek i stovek metr\u016f prakticky poslepu. P\u0159i u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed luteinu se doba nezbytn\u00e1 k tomu, aby se oko zotavilo a zase dob\u0159e vid\u011blo, zkracuje a\u017e o \u0161est sekund, co\u017e p\u0159i rychlosti 120 kilometr\u016f za hodinu p\u0159edstavuje a\u017e 200 metr\u016f,\u201c vysv\u011btlil Pavel Stod\u016flka.<\/p>\n<p>O o\u010dn\u00ed klinice GEMINI, www.gemini.cz<br \/>\nSoukrom\u00e1 o\u010dn\u00ed klinika rozv\u00edj\u00ed dlouholetou tradici zl\u00ednsk\u00e9 o\u010dn\u00ed chirurgie.
