O uzn\u00e1n\u00ed osobou zdravotn\u011b znev\u00fdhodn\u011bnou rozhoduj\u00ed okresn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed, M\u011bstsk\u00e1 spr\u00e1va soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed Brno nebo Pra\u017esk\u00e1 spr\u00e1va soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed (podrobnosti zde &#8211; http:\/\/www.cssz.cz\/cz\/ozz\/).<br \/>\nNa z\u00e1klad\u011b v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 nov\u00e9 pr\u00e1vn\u00ed \u00fapravy spadaj\u00ed osoby zdravotn\u011b znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00e9 do kategorie osob se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm. \u201eV praxi to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee jim bude \u00da\u0159ad pr\u00e1ce \u010cR v\u011bnovat zv\u00fd\u0161enou p\u00e9\u010di, a to jak p\u0159i zprost\u0159edkov\u00e1n\u00ed zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, tak i v r\u00e1mci uplat\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed a n\u00e1stroj\u016f aktivn\u00ed politiky zam\u011bstnanosti,\u201c vysv\u011btluje Kate\u0159ina Sad\u00edlkov\u00e1, pov\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 \u0159\u00edzen\u00edm \u00da\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce \u010cR.<br \/>\nPokud zam\u011bstnavatel p\u0159ijme do pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru osobu zdravotn\u011b znev\u00fdhodn\u011bnou, m\u016f\u017ee \u00daP \u010cR poskytnout na takov\u00e9ho zam\u011bstnance n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky:<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na z\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9ho pracovn\u00edho m\u00edsta pro osobu se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm &#8211; tento p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek je ur\u010den na po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00e9ho vybaven\u00ed z\u0159izovan\u00e9ho pracovn\u00edho m\u00edsta. Podm\u00ednkou je, \u017ee pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsto mus\u00ed b\u00fdt obsazeno minim\u00e1ln\u011b t\u0159i roky. P\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek, jde-li o osobu zdravotn\u011b<br \/>\nznev\u00fdhodn\u011bnou nebo o osobu invalidn\u00ed ve stupni I nebo II, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt poskytov\u00e1n maxim\u00e1ln\u011b ve v\u00fd\u0161i 8n\u00e1sobku (201 432 K\u010d) a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b osoby s t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00edm zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm, tj. osoby invalidn\u00ed ve stupni III, maxim\u00e1ln\u011b ve v\u00fd\u0161i 12n\u00e1sobku (302 148 K\u010d) pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy v n\u00e1rodn\u00edm hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed za 1. a\u017e 3. \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed p\u0159edchoz\u00edho kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edho roku. Jestli\u017ee zam\u011bstnavatel z\u0159izuje 10 a v\u00edce chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst, pak m\u016f\u017ee maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku na z\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed jednoho chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9ho pracovn\u00edho m\u00edsta \u010dinit 10n\u00e1sobek (251 790 K\u010d) a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pracovn\u00edho m\u00edsta z\u0159\u00edzen\u00e9ho pro osobu s t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00edm zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm 14n\u00e1sobek (352 506 K\u010d) uveden\u00e9 pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy.<br \/>\nP\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na podporu zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed osob se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm na chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9m pracovn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b &#8211; jestli\u017ee zam\u011bstnavatel zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00edce ne\u017e 50 % osob se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm z celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, a z\u00e1rove\u0148 spl\u0148uje podm\u00ednku, \u017ee tito zam\u011bstnanci pracuj\u00ed na chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch m\u00edstech, m\u016f\u017ee si po\u017e\u00e1dat o refundaci 75 % skute\u010dn\u011b vynalo\u017een\u00fdch n\u00e1klad\u016f na jejich mzdy nebo platy, v\u010detn\u011b pojistn\u00e9ho na soci\u00e1ln\u00ed zabezpe\u010den\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku na st\u00e1tn\u00ed politiku zam\u011bstnanosti a pojistn\u00e9ho na ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Maxim\u00e1ln\u011b v\u00fd\u0161e p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku na zam\u011bstnance, kter\u00fd je osobou zdravotn\u011b znev\u00fdhodn\u011bnou, \u010din\u00ed 5 000 K\u010d m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b. Na zam\u011bstnance, kter\u00fd je uzn\u00e1n invalidn\u00edm ve stupni I a\u017e III, lze p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek poskytovat maxim\u00e1ln\u011b ve v\u00fd\u0161i 8 000 K\u010d m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b. Po roce m\u016f\u017ee zam\u011bstnavatel uplatnit n\u00e1rok na zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku, nejv\u00fd\u0161e v\u0161ak o 1 000 K\u010d m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b, jde-li o osobu zdravotn\u011b znev\u00fdhodn\u011bnou, nebo o 2 000 K\u010d m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b, jde-li o osobu invalidn\u00ed ve stupni I a\u017e III.<br \/>\nZam\u011bstnance, kter\u00fd je osobou zdravotn\u011b znev\u00fdhodn\u011bnou, m\u016f\u017ee zam\u011bstnavatel zapo\u010d\u00edtat pro \u00fa\u010dely pln\u011bn\u00ed povinn\u00e9ho pod\u00edlu zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed osob se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm.<br \/>\nNovela d\u00e1le ru\u0161\u00ed omezen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 neumo\u017e\u0148ovalo agentur\u00e1m pr\u00e1ce do\u010dasn\u011b p\u0159id\u011blovat k v\u00fdkonu pr\u00e1ce k u\u017eivateli zam\u011bstnance se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm. Agentura pr\u00e1ce v\u0161ak nebude moci za \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m tento zam\u011bstnanec pracoval u u\u017eivatele, na n\u011bj \u010derpat p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na podporu zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed osob se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm, ani jeho zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed. P\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dnou \u00fahradu provozn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9ho pracovn\u00edho m\u00edsta nebude mo\u017en\u00e9 poskytnout agentu\u0159e pr\u00e1ce na pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsto z\u0159\u00edzen\u00e9 nebo vymezen\u00e9 pro zam\u011bstnance, kter\u00fd je do\u010dasn\u011b p\u0159id\u011blen k v\u00fdkonu pr\u00e1ce k u\u017eivateli.<br \/>\nZam\u011bstnance do\u010dasn\u011b p\u0159id\u011blen\u00e9 k v\u00fdkonu pr\u00e1ce u u\u017eivatele si agentura pr\u00e1ce nebude moci zapo\u010d\u00edtat do celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu zam\u011bstnanc\u016f pro \u00fa\u010dely pln\u011bn\u00ed povinn\u00e9ho pod\u00edlu, ani pro \u00fa\u010dely poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1hradn\u00edho pln\u011bn\u00ed.<br \/>\nZm\u011bny se t\u00fdkaj\u00ed i pln\u011bn\u00ed povinn\u00e9ho pod\u00edlu. Povinn\u00fd pod\u00edl zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed osob se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm budou moci zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 plnit odeb\u00edr\u00e1n\u00edm v\u00fdrobk\u016f nebo slu\u017eeb od zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f zam\u011bstn\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch v\u00edce ne\u017e 50 % zam\u011bstnanc\u016f na z\u0159\u00edzen\u00fdch nebo vymezen\u00fdch chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch m\u00edstech, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou osobami se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm.
