V\u011bk odchodu do d\u016fchodu se sice prodlou\u017eil, ale zejm\u00e9na v\u011bkov\u00e1 skupina mezi 55 a 59 lety m\u00e1 st\u00e1le velk\u00e9 probl\u00e9my po ztr\u00e1t\u011b pr\u00e1ce z\u00edskat novou. Mnoh\u00fdm se to nepoda\u0159\u00ed, a tak \u0159ada z nich vol\u00ed tzv. \u00fanikovou strategii, tedy odchod do p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9ho d\u016fchodu. T\u00edm vypadnou ze statistik, kter\u00e9 sleduj\u00ed nezam\u011bstnanost v ur\u010dit\u00e9m v\u011bku, a v\u0161e vypad\u00e1 zd\u00e1nliv\u011b l\u00e9pe, ne\u017e tomu ve skute\u010dnosti je.<br \/>\nP\u0159itom v\u00fdzkum uveden\u00e9 organizace uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee star\u0161\u00ed lid\u00e9 cht\u011bj\u00ed pracovat i v p\u0159edd\u016fchodov\u00e9m v\u011bku, ale \u010dasto nemohou naj\u00edt uplatn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Z tohoto pohledu se zd\u00e1 diskrimina\u010dn\u00ed a hlavn\u011b nespravedliv\u00e9, \u017ee vlastn\u011b vynucen\u00fd odchod do p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9ho d\u016fchodu znamen\u00e1 kr\u00e1cen\u00ed penze do\u017eivotn\u011b. Vr\u00e1tit se k praxi, kdy po dosa\u017een\u00ed tzv. \u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9ho v\u011bku pro odchod do d\u016fchodu se lidem op\u011bt nav\u00fd\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stka penze na \u00farove\u0148, na kterou by m\u011bli n\u00e1rok p\u0159i \u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9m odchodu do d\u016fchodu, se jev\u00ed jako vhodn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. U\u017e proto, \u017ee chudoba senior\u016f nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u011b ovliv\u0148uje rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed mlad\u0161\u00edch lid\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p> \u00bbPro\u010d bych se d\u0159el? M\u00e1ma cel\u00fd \u017eivot makala, pak ztratila pr\u00e1ci a te\u010f obrac\u00ed ka\u017edou korunu,\u00ab s despektem mi ned\u00e1vno \u0159\u00edkal syn jedn\u00e9 zn\u00e1m\u00e9, kdy\u017e jsem se podivovala nad jeho neochotou naj\u00edt si st\u00e1l\u00e9 m\u00edsto. Chod\u00ed po brig\u00e1d\u00e1ch, kdy\u017e si vyd\u011bl\u00e1, tak zase nepracuje a u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 si.<br \/>\nJe\u0161t\u011b z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je situace, kdy vystudovan\u00ed mlad\u00ed lid\u00e9 \u00bbmiz\u00ed za hranicemi\u00ab. Setkala jsem se ned\u00e1vno s otcem jednoho z nich, kter\u00fd mi \u0159\u00edkal: \u00bbSyn \u017eije v N\u011bmecku a ani se odtamtud nehne. Bude m\u00edt slu\u0161nou penzi, nechce ve st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed \u017eivo\u0159it za deset tis\u00edc korun m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b.\u00ab Nevl\u00eddn\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kter\u00e9 u n\u00e1s ve vztahu k zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed star\u0161\u00edch lid\u00ed i k jejich mo\u017en\u00e9mu p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9mu odchodu do d\u016fchodu p\u0159etrv\u00e1v\u00e1, tedy m\u00e1 dopad nejen na n\u011b, ale i na cel\u00fd trh pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n<p>Alarmuj\u00edc\u00ed mi p\u0159ipad\u00e1 v\u011bta uveden\u00e1 ve v\u00fdzkumu organizace Alternativa 50+ i se zohledn\u011bn\u00edm \u00fat\u011bku \u010d\u00e1sti star\u0161\u00edch nezam\u011bstnan\u00fdch do p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9ho d\u016fchodu: \u00bbV \u010cesk\u00e9 republice se tak na trhu pr\u00e1ce nepohybuje 41 procent osob ve v\u011bku 50-64 let, kter\u00e9 netrp\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdmi v\u00e1\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi <span class=\"highlight\">zdravotn\u00edmi<\/span> probl\u00e9my.\u00ab <\/p>\n<p>Ze sady doporu\u010den\u00ed bych vybrala jedno, o n\u011bm\u017e se zat\u00edm m\u00e1lo hovo\u0159\u00ed. Snad proto, \u017ee \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed l\u00e1ze\u0148skou p\u00e9\u010di hrazenou ze <span class=\"highlight\">zdravotn\u00edho<\/span> poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pro z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 diagn\u00f3zy zachra\u0148ovali z\u00e1konod\u00e1rci na posledn\u00ed chv\u00edli. Z pohledu n\u011bkter\u00fdch zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f toti\u017e lid\u00e9 nad pades\u00e1t let nejsou \u00bbv\u00edtan\u00ed\u00ab zam\u011bstnanci vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee jim z\u00e1konit\u011b ub\u00fdv\u00e1 sil a n\u011bkdy sn\u00e1ze podl\u00e9haj\u00ed t\u0159eba ch\u0159ipkov\u00e9 epidemii. Apel na to, \u017ee maj\u00ed na druhou stranu zku\u0161enosti, kter\u00e9 se podnikatel\u016fm vyplat\u00ed, zat\u00edm nepom\u00e1h\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Jednou z mo\u017enost\u00ed je zaveden\u00ed t\u0159eba da\u0148ov\u00fdch benefit\u016f \u2013 nebo\u0165 na \u00bbkorunu\u00ab zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 sly\u0161\u00ed \u2013 \u010di jin\u00e9ho zv\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00ed podpory zdrav\u00ed ve firm\u00e1ch. T\u0159eba l\u00e1zn\u011b by tak m\u011bly b\u00fdt otev\u0159en\u00e9 nejen pro v\u00e1\u017en\u011b nemocn\u00e9, ale i pro ty, kter\u00fdm by umo\u017enily set\u0159\u00e1st ze sebe punc \u00bbnev\u00fdkonnosti st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed\u00ab. <\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkolik firem takov\u00e9 programy zavedlo, i kdy\u017e jsem se v nich setkala hlavn\u011b s mlad\u0161\u00edmi lidmi, pro n\u011b\u017e jsou sp\u00ed\u0161e formou odm\u011bny. Mohlo by j\u00edt o jeden ze st\u0159\u00edpk\u016f, z nich\u017e by se slo\u017eil obraz \u010dlov\u011bka nad pades\u00e1t let, kter\u00fd je st\u00e1le pro zam\u011bstnavatele i spole\u010dnost u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fd.
