N\u00e1sledn\u011b se objevuj\u00ed v trvanliv\u00e9m a jemn\u00e9m pe\u010divu, polev\u00e1ch, n\u00e1hra\u017ek\u00e1ch \u010dokol\u00e1d a potravin\u00e1ch sma\u017een\u00fdch na p\u0159ep\u00e1len\u00e9m tuku,&#8220; varovala.<\/p>\n<p>    Podle odborn\u00fdch doporu\u010den\u00ed m\u00e1 ve strav\u011b b\u00fdt t\u0159etina tuku nasycen\u00fdch a dv\u011b t\u0159etiny nenasycen\u00fdch, ty jsou hlavn\u011b rostlinn\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu, jsou i v tuku ryb. &#8222;N\u011bkter\u00e9 z nenasycen\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin jsou pro n\u00e1\u0161 organismus nezbytn\u00e9. Jedn\u00e1 se o tzv. omega 3 a omega 6 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny, kter\u00e9 jsou v ryb\u00e1ch, ln\u011bn\u00fdch semenech \u010di \u0159epkov\u00e9m oleji,&#8220; uvedla.<\/p>\n<p>    P\u0159i n\u00e1kupu potravin by lid\u00e9 m\u011bli sledovat energetickou hodnotu, obsah tuk\u016f, sacharid\u016f, b\u00edlkovin, vl\u00e1kniny a soli. U tuk\u016f by m\u011bli d\u00e1t pozor na pod\u00edl nasycen\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin, proto\u017ee zvy\u0161uj\u00ed hladinu cholesterolu. U sacharid\u016f pak sledovat pod\u00edl jednoduch\u00fdch sacharid\u016f. Jejich nadbytek je p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou nadv\u00e1hy, obezity i zubn\u00edho kazu.<\/p>\n<p>    Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd denn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem vl\u00e1kniny by m\u011bl b\u00fdt 25 gram\u016f, v \u010cesku je to jen 12 gram\u016f &#8211; hodn\u011b vl\u00e1kniny maj\u00ed celozrnn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky, j\u00e1hly \u010di oves. Doporu\u010deno je denn\u011b sn\u00edst p\u011bt kus\u016f zeleniny a ovoce.
