Pasa\u017e\u00e9\u0159i se musej\u00ed nahl\u00e1sit den p\u0159edem i tak ne v\u017edy \u010cesk\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy jejich p\u0159epravu odsouhlas\u00ed.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010cesk\u00e1 televize<\/strong><em><\/p>\n<p>Z 22let\u00fdm Ondrou, kter\u00fd je po d\u011btsk\u00e9 mozkov\u00e9 obrn\u011b vyr\u00e1\u017e\u00edme z Brna do Byst\u0159ice nad Pern\u0161tejnem, oba vlaky, rychl\u00edk z Brna do Ti\u0161nova i osobn\u00ed vlak z Ti\u0161nova do Byst\u0159ice si objednal u\u017e den p\u0159edem.<\/p>\n<p>Jen\u017ee ani schv\u00e1len\u00e1 objedn\u00e1vka nemus\u00ed komfortn\u00ed cestu zajistit. Ondra m\u011bl p\u016fvodn\u011b nastoupit t\u011bmito dve\u0159mi, ty ale zamrzly. Pracovn\u00edci \u010cesk\u00fdch drah tak museli vymyslet n\u00e1hradn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Ondru nakl\u00e1daj\u00ed do prostoru pro kola. Odsud ale nem\u00e1 \u0161anci dostat se d\u00e1l.<\/p>\n<p>Vag\u00f3n upraven\u00fd speci\u00e1ln\u011b pro <span class=\"highlight\">voz\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159e<\/span>, tak z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 pr\u00e1zdn\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>25 minut do Ti\u0161nova, Ondra i jeho doprovod v tomto prostoru vydr\u017e\u00ed, t\u0159eba t\u0159\u00edhodinov\u00e1 cesta do Prahy by ale moc pohodln\u00e1 nebyla. Vlak do Byst\u0159ice odj\u00ed\u017ed\u00ed za 45 minut, podle v\u00fdprav\u010d\u00edho ze stejn\u00e9ho n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b, m\u00e1me na n\u011bm proto po\u010dkat. Jen\u017ee je zima, chceme do n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00ed budovy.<\/p>\n<p>Ondra :<br \/>\nTady \u017e\u00e1dnej v\u00fdtahy jako nejsou, jo?<\/p>\n<p>Tak p\u0159es koleje. P\u0159es koleje do budovy a pak i zp\u00e1tky na n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b. Na n\u011bm \u010dek\u00e1 kone\u010dn\u011b bezbari\u00e9rov\u00e1 Regionova.<\/p>\n<p>V tomto vlaku je teplo, nav\u00edc si sedne i Ondr\u016fv doprovod. V \u010cesku je ale bezbari\u00e9rov\u00e1 jen zhruba ka\u017ed\u00e1 sedm\u00e1 zast\u00e1vka.<\/p>\n<p>osoba:<br \/>\nTady je to vysok\u00e9, tady je vid\u011bt, tady je vid\u011bt, \u017ee je dal\u0161\u00ed stanice, kde nevystoup\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"highlight\">Voz\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159<\/span> mohl vystoupit a\u017e na osm\u00e9 zast\u00e1vce tady v Byst\u0159ici nad Pern\u0161tejnem. A\u017e tato stanice je toti\u017e bezbari\u00e9rov\u00e1. Ale t\u0159eba do n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00ed budovy u\u017e by se nedostal.<\/p>\n<p>Kate\u0159ina POL\u00c1\u010cKOV\u00c1, konzultantka pro odstran\u011bn\u00ed bari\u00e9r, Liga <span class=\"highlight\">voz\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159\u016f<\/span>:<br \/>\nTo, \u017ee si mus\u00ed dlouho dop\u0159edu rozmyslet tu cestu, mus\u00ed v\u011bd\u011bt \u010dasy, nahl\u00e1sit to, aby se s n\u00edm po\u010d\u00edtalo. Je to docela v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 omezen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017en\u00e1 i proto nen\u00ed po\u010det cestuj\u00edc\u00edch na voz\u00edku nijak vysok\u00fd. Ro\u010dn\u011b se jich lakem p\u0159eprav\u00ed kolem 5 tis\u00edc a pr\u00e1v\u011b Ondra jezd\u00ed dvakr\u00e1t a\u017e t\u0159ikr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Ondra :<br \/>\nJ\u00e1 se pova\u017euji za norm\u00e1ln\u011b zdrav\u00fdho \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 pouze pod zadkem kole\u010dka.<\/p>\n<p>moder\u00e1torka:<br \/>\n<strong>A te\u010f po telefonu zdrav\u00edm Jakuba Pta\u010dinsk\u00e9ho, mluv\u010d\u00edho Spr\u00e1vy \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed cesty.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0158ekn\u011bte mi, kolik je v \u010cesku takov\u00fdch m\u00edst, kde je\u0161t\u011b nen\u00ed bezbari\u00e9rov\u00e9 n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jakub PTA\u010cINSK\u00dd, mluv\u010d\u00ed, Spr\u00e1va \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed cesty:<br \/>\nT\u011bch m\u00edst je v\u011bt\u0161ina, v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice je zhruba 750 bezbari\u00e9rov\u00fdch n\u00e1stupi\u0161\u0165 zhruba ve 450 stanic\u00edch, celkem je t\u011bch stanic ve spr\u00e1v\u011b S\u017dDC n\u011bco p\u0159es 2800. Jejich seznam je v ka\u017ed\u00e9m kni\u017en\u00edm j\u00edzdn\u00edm \u0159\u00e1du v\u010detn\u011b ozna\u010den\u00ed stupn\u011b bezbari\u00e9rovosti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pro\u010d je ta p\u0159estavba takov\u00e1 slo\u017eit\u00e1? Pro\u010d ta v\u011bt\u0161ina n\u00e1stupi\u0161\u0165 je\u0161t\u011b nen\u00ed bez bari\u00e9r?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>PTA\u010cINSK\u00dd,:<br \/>\nTak ta odpov\u011b\u010f je relativn\u011b jednoduch\u00e1, proto\u017ee v minulosti nikdo tak nestav\u011bl. My jsme vznikli v roce 2003 a m\u00e1me budovy ve spr\u00e1v\u011b n\u011bkdy od roku 2008 a od t\u00e9 doby vzniklo, jak u\u017e jsem \u0159\u00edkal, n\u011bjak\u00fdch 750 bezbari\u00e9rov\u00fdch n\u00e1stupi\u0161\u0165. To znamen\u00e1, je vid\u011bt, sna\u017e\u00edme se s t\u00edm stavem n\u011bco ud\u011blat. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b ty na\u0161e budovy jsou stav\u011bny v 19., 20. stolet\u00ed, kdy byly zcela jin\u00e9 po\u017eadavky, jak na p\u0159epravu, tak samoz\u0159ejm\u011b na n\u011bjakou bezbari\u00e9rovost a ten posledn\u00ed d\u016fvod, samoz\u0159ejm\u011b neexistovaly ani takov\u00e9 vlaky. D\u0159\u00edv to byly rychl\u00edky, d\u0159\u00edv to nebyly bezbari\u00e9rov\u00e9 vlaky, to znamen\u00e1, nebyl ani ten d\u016fvod vlastn\u011b ty n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed tak stav\u011bt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A m\u00e1te n\u011bjak\u00fd pl\u00e1n, v jak\u00e9m po\u0159ad\u00ed se ta n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b t\u0159eba budou rekonstruovat, jestli dojde nejd\u0159\u00edv na ty pod\u00e9l hlavn\u00edch trat\u00ed a za jak dlouho by mohly b\u00fdt p\u0159estav\u011bn\u00e9 v\u0161echny.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>PTA\u010cINSK\u00dd,<br \/>\nSamoz\u0159ejm\u011b m\u00e1me st\u0159edn\u011bdob\u00e9 i dlouhodob\u00e9 investi\u010dn\u00ed pl\u00e1ny a v\u00fdhledy, kter\u00e9 s bezbari\u00e9rovost\u00ed po\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed. Roli v nich hraje nejen druh trati, ale i technick\u00fd stav a d\u016fle\u017eitost uzlu z toho \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edho pohledu. Pokud u\u017e dneska d\u011bl\u00e1me jak\u00e9koliv ucelen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rekonstrukce, a\u0165 jsou to n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b nebo, nebo trati, tak pak samoz\u0159ejm\u011b ta bezbari\u00e9rovost u\u017e je automatickou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed v\u0161ech oprav. Kdy dojde na v\u0161echny a v\u010detn\u011b tedy i region\u00e1ln\u00edch stanic, si ale nedovol\u00edm odhadnout.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ani \u0159\u00e1dov\u011b? Jsou to des\u00edtky let?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>PTA\u010cINSK\u00dd,:<br \/>\nDes\u00edtky let pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b ano, samoz\u0159ejm\u011b t\u011bch stanic a zast\u00e1vek je mraky, m\u00e1me p\u0159es 15 tis\u00edc kilometr\u016f trat\u00ed v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice, bude to je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bjakou dobu trvat, ale d\u011bl\u00e1me v\u0161e pro to, aby samoz\u0159ejm\u011b hlavn\u011b na t\u011bch hlavn\u00edch taz\u00edch nebo aspo\u0148 ty d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 stanice, kde je ta frekvence cestuj\u00edc\u00edch nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, byly co nejd\u0159\u00edve samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, pom\u00e1h\u00e1 n\u00e1m v tom i evropsk\u00fd fond, evropsk\u00e9 fondy, evropsk\u00e9 pen\u00edze. Sna\u017e\u00edme se je vy\u010derpat, jak te\u010f do konce roku 2015 tu prvn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st fond\u016f, tak samoz\u0159ejm\u011b u\u017e jsme p\u0159ipraveni i na tu druhou \u010d\u00e1st, kter\u00e1 je a\u017e do roku 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong>:Poj\u010fme te\u010f k n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00edm v regionu, kdy by se t\u0159eba mohlo za\u010d\u00edt s opravou n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed v Boskovic\u00edch nebo ve Vy\u0161kov\u011b?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>PTA\u010cINSK\u00dd,:<br \/>\nTak to jsou v\u0161echno sou\u010d\u00e1sti v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch staveb, tam u\u017e p\u0159ipravujeme dokumentaci a d\u011bl\u00e1me v\u0161e pro to, aby se pr\u00e1v\u011b vyu\u017eilo prost\u0159edk\u016f z toho Opera\u010dn\u00edho fondu Doprava \u010d\u00edslo 2, to znamen\u00e1 do roku 2020. Konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed term\u00edny u t\u011bch staveb zat\u00edm nem\u00e1me, jak \u0159\u00edk\u00e1m, p\u0159ipravujeme dokumentace tak, abysme to stihli.<\/p>\n<p>:<br \/>\n<strong>jak m\u00e1te o\u0161et\u0159eno, pokud p\u0159ijede na takov\u00e9 nep\u0159estav\u011bn\u00e9 n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b <span class=\"highlight\">voz\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159<\/span>. Mus\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dat o asistenci dop\u0159edu nebo mu pracovn\u00edci n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed automaticky pom\u016f\u017eou?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>PTA\u010cINSK\u00dd,:<br \/>\nTak \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b u\u017e to zazn\u011blo v report\u00e1\u017ei. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b je pot\u0159eba se nahl\u00e1sit dopravci, to proto, aby u\u017e p\u0159ijel rekonstruovan\u00fd v\u016fz, kter\u00fd je n\u00edzkopodla\u017en\u00ed nebo bezbari\u00e9rov\u00fd, chcete-li. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b pokud u\u017e n\u011bkdo takov\u00fd na to m\u00edsto dojede a nejedn\u00e1 se jen o t\u011blesn\u011b <span class=\"highlight\">posti\u017een\u00e9<\/span>, je to i o zrakov\u011b <span class=\"highlight\">posti\u017een\u00fdch<\/span>, pop\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jinak handicapovan\u00fdch, je to i o matk\u00e1ch s d\u011btmi s ko\u010d\u00e1rky nebo cestuj\u00edc\u00ed s j\u00edzdn\u00edmi koly, tak na\u0161i zam\u011bstnanci v dopravn\u00ed kancel\u00e1\u0159i jsou v\u017edy p\u0159ipraveni pomoci n\u011bjak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, a\u0165 u\u017e s dopravou na to m\u00edsto, to znamen\u00e1 na to n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b samotn\u00e9 nebo s pomoc\u00ed do n\u011bjak\u00fdch podchod\u016f. M\u00e1me i \u0159adu slu\u017eebn\u00edch p\u0159echod\u016f a podchod\u016f, kter\u00e9 k tomu lze vyu\u017e\u00edt. Ch\u00e1peme, je to omezuj\u00edc\u00ed, nen\u00ed to v\u017edy tou nejluxusn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed cestou, ale sna\u017e\u00edme se samoz\u0159ejm\u011b v\u017edy vyj\u00edt vst\u0159\u00edc.<\/p>\n<p><strong> D\u00edky za informace.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A krom\u011b vlak\u016f jsme vyzkou\u0161eli i cestu autobusy jihomoravsk\u00e9ho Integrovan\u00e9ho dopravn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu, kter\u00e9 proj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161emi obcemi v kraji. Na n\u011bkter\u00fdch tras\u00e1ch \u010dek\u00e1 <span class=\"highlight\">voz\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159e<\/span> cesta bez v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f, jinde ale nar\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed na obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b p\u0159ekonateln\u00e9 z\u00e1brany.<\/p>\n<p>Z Cvr\u010dovic do Brna je to necel\u00fdch 30 kilometr\u016f. Koleje po trase nevedou, jezd\u00ed tu autobusy. Cestu za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me v centru obce, v p\u0159\u00edstupu na zast\u00e1vku tu <span class=\"highlight\">voz\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159\u016fm<\/span> nebr\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eka, te\u010f po\u010dk\u00e1me na autobus. Podle j\u00edzdn\u00edho \u0159\u00e1du by m\u011bl p\u0159ijet n\u00edzkopodla\u017en\u00ed. P\u0159estupujeme v nedalek\u00fdch Poho\u0159elic\u00edch. Taky tady je p\u0159\u00edstup na nov\u00fd autobusov\u00fd termin\u00e1l bezbari\u00e9rov\u00fd a n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b je nav\u00edc vyv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9, aby bylo za rovno s n\u00edzkopodla\u017en\u00edmi autobusy. P\u0159\u00edpoj do Brna p\u0159ij\u00ed\u017ed\u00ed do 5 minut, jen\u017ee se schody, probl\u00e9m nejen pro <span class=\"highlight\">voz\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159e<\/span>, taky pro matky s ko\u010d\u00e1rkem. N\u00edzkopodla\u017en\u00ed autobus jede a\u017e za dal\u0161\u00ed hodin u.<\/p>\n<p>Kv\u011btoslav HAVL\u00cdK, mluv\u010d\u00ed, Kordis:<br \/>\nm\u00e1me 269 autobus\u016f, kter\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed p\u0159epravu cestuj\u00edc\u00ed na voz\u00ed\u010dku, se jednu o 40 procent vozov\u00e9ho parku. Po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1me s t\u00edm, \u017ee se procento bude zvy\u0161ovat p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b na kolem 60 procent.<\/p>\n<p>:<br \/>\nKone\u010dn\u00e1 zast\u00e1vka. Autobusov\u00e9 n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed Brno-Zvona\u0159ka. Na\u0161e cesta ale je\u0161t\u011b nekon\u010d\u00ed, mus\u00edme se dostat do centra Brna. Mezi n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00edm a nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00ed zast\u00e1vkou tramvaje je nadchod. Je sice bezbari\u00e9rov\u00fd, pro <span class=\"highlight\">voz\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159e<\/span> to ale znamen\u00e1 nejprve vyjet do kopce a pak z n\u011bj zase sjet dol\u016f. Dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eka \u010dek\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edmo p\u0159ed zast\u00e1vkou. Na voz\u00edku bychom museli p\u0159ekonat silnici a dva obrubn\u00edky. Posledn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st cesty zajist\u00ed n\u00edzkopodla\u017en\u00ed tramvaj. Nastoupit do n\u00ed je ale n\u011bkdy nejen pro <span class=\"highlight\">voz\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159e<\/span> probl\u00e9m, t\u0159eba kdy\u017e tramvaje zastavuje a\u017e metr od zast\u00e1vky.
