Projekt po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s realizac\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u011b 900 st\u00e1\u017e\u00ed, nov\u00ed uchaze\u010di o st\u00e1\u017e i poskytovatel\u00e9 st\u00e1\u017e\u00ed se tak mohou st\u00e1le hl\u00e1sit.<\/strong><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>ilustra\u010dn\u00ed foto: Ian Britton \/ freefoto.com<\/p>\n<p>\u201eM\u00edt mo\u017enost zvy\u0161ovat svou kvalifikaci a t\u00edm i zvy\u0161ovat mo\u017enost uplatn\u011bn\u00ed na trhu pr\u00e1ce je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. A pr\u00e1v\u011b projekty jako St\u00e1\u017ee ve firm\u00e1ch mohou \u0159ad\u011b lidem pomoci bojovat proti jejich znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00ed na trhu pr\u00e1ce,\u201c uvedla ministryn\u011b pr\u00e1ce a soci\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed Michaela Marksov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed kolo projektu pomohlo v uplynul\u00fdch dvou letech naj\u00edt uplatn\u011bn\u00ed pro 2 500 lid\u00ed. Novinkou pro leto\u0161n\u00ed ro\u010dn\u00edk jsou st\u00e1\u017ee pro u\u010ditele st\u0159edn\u00edch odborn\u00fdch \u0161kol.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eProjekt Fondu dal\u0161\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed (FDV) op\u011btovn\u011b reaguje na pot\u0159eby trhu pr\u00e1ce a prim\u00e1rn\u011b se zam\u011b\u0159uje na podporu osob star\u0161\u00edch 50 let a osob s n\u00edzkou kvalifikac\u00ed. Obnoven\u00ed pracovn\u00edch n\u00e1vyk\u016f, z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed praxe \u010di pozn\u00e1n\u00ed aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch trend\u016f v dan\u00e9m oboru pom\u00e1h\u00e1 t\u011bmto ohro\u017een\u00fdm skupin\u00e1m zv\u00fd\u0161it jejich konkurenceschopnost a uplatnitelnost na trhu pr\u00e1ce,\u201c \u0159ekl Miroslav Proch\u00e1zka, pov\u011b\u0159en\u00fd veden\u00edm FDV.<\/p>\n<p>Nastaven\u00fd syst\u00e9m se v \u00favodn\u00edm projektu osv\u011bd\u010dil a nyn\u00ed pokra\u010duje s dal\u0161\u00edmi inovativn\u00edmi prvky, kter\u00fdm je nap\u0159\u00edklad \u0161kolen\u00ed mentor\u016f st\u00e1\u017e\u00ed v oblasti rozvoje mentorsk\u00fdch dovednost\u00ed. Od druh\u00e9 poloviny ledna se tak\u00e9 nab\u00eddka roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ila o st\u00e1\u017ee pro pedagogick\u00e9 pracovn\u00edky st\u0159edn\u00edch odborn\u00fdch \u0161kol. Pro tyto \u00fa\u010dely byly vytvo\u0159eny nov\u00e9 \u0161ablony zohled\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed znalosti pedagog\u016f, jejich zku\u0161enosti a tak\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed vyt\u00ed\u017een\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eP\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1me, \u017ee nov\u00e9 \u0161ablony zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed ji\u017e tak velk\u00fd z\u00e1jem o st\u00e1\u017ee ze strany uchaze\u010d\u016f. Od listopadu zah\u00e1jilo st\u00e1\u017e t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 p\u011bt set st\u00e1\u017eist\u016f, realizovat bychom ale cht\u011bli minim\u00e1ln\u011b 900 st\u00e1\u017e\u00ed. Uchaze\u010di o st\u00e1\u017e i nov\u00ed poskytovatel\u00e9 st\u00e1\u017e\u00ed se tak mohou do projektu st\u00e1le zapojit,\u201c doplnil Jan Pecka, hlavn\u00ed mana\u017eer projektu.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed novinkou je z\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed region\u00e1ln\u00edch kancel\u00e1\u0159\u00ed, kter\u00e9 slou\u017e\u00ed jako poradensk\u00e1 a informa\u010dn\u00ed centra. Prim\u00e1rn\u00edm c\u00edlem je podpora individu\u00e1ln\u00edho p\u0159\u00edstupu nejen k uchaze\u010d\u016fm o st\u00e1\u017e, ale i k jejich poskytovatel\u016fm. Region\u00e1ln\u00ed kancel\u00e1\u0159e se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed ve v\u0161ech krajsk\u00fdch m\u011bstech.<\/p>\n<p>Projekt St\u00e1\u017ee ve firm\u00e1ch \u2013 vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed prax\u00ed 2 plynule nav\u00e1zal na p\u0159edchoz\u00ed projekt, kter\u00fd byl ukon\u010den v \u0159\u00edjnu lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku. P\u0159i n\u011bm se b\u011bhem dvou let uskute\u010dnilo celkem 6 244 st\u00e1\u017e\u00ed, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e 20 % \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f z\u00edskalo po jejich skon\u010den\u00ed u poskytovatele st\u00e1\u017ee \u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed. Dal\u0161\u00edm 20 % nab\u00eddli zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00ed uplatn\u011bn\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad formou OSV\u010c. Stejn\u011b jako v p\u0159edchoz\u00edm projektu je o st\u00e1\u017ee nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1jem v moravsk\u00fdch regionech. V Moravskoslezsk\u00e9m kraji bylo doposud zah\u00e1jeno t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 170 a v Jihomoravsk\u00e9m 100 st\u00e1\u017e\u00ed.
