Jak\u00e1 je nov\u00e1 nastupuj\u00edc\u00ed generace a m\u00e1me se j\u00ed b\u00e1t?<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Firmy v \u010cesku se st\u00e1le v\u00edce omlazuj\u00ed. Jejich zam\u011bstnance tvo\u0159\u00ed nastupuj\u00edc\u00ed generace Y, kter\u00e1 se od t\u00e9 star\u0161\u00ed v\u00a0mnoh\u00e9m li\u0161\u00ed. Soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b a informa\u010dn\u00ed technologie jsou j\u00ed vlastn\u00ed, mlad\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u011b vyj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00ed na del\u0161\u00ed dobu do zahrani\u010d\u00ed, kde si zlep\u0161uj\u00ed sv\u00e9 jazykov\u00e9 schopnosti, a \u010dasto se v\u011bnuj\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edmu sebevzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201eMlad\u00ed lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed dnes u\u017e pracuj\u00ed, nebo sv\u00e9 uplatn\u011bn\u00ed teprve hledaj\u00ed, jsou velmi sebev\u011bdom\u00ed, nestyd\u00ed se \u0159\u00edct nahlas sv\u016fj n\u00e1zor a j\u00edt si za sv\u00fdm.<\/strong> Tito takzvan\u00ed mileni\u00e1ni budou v\u00a0roce 2025 tvo\u0159it a\u017e 75 procent ve\u0161ker\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed s\u00edly a u\u017e dnes je zn\u00e1t, jak h\u00fdbou trhem pr\u00e1ce,\u201c \u0159ekla Olga Hyklov\u00e1, majitelka a v\u00fdkonn\u00e1 \u0159editelka person\u00e1ln\u00ed agentury AC JOBS.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Co se v\u00fdb\u011bru oboru t\u00fd\u010de, neli\u0161\u00ed se od zbytku trhu: <strong>dva z p\u011bti uchaze\u010d\u016f o pr\u00e1ci v \u010cesku si p\u0159ej\u00ed pracovat v\u00a0oblasti managementu.<\/strong> L\u00e1k\u00e1 je p\u0159edstava vysok\u00e9ho platu i mo\u017enost \u0161\u00e9fovat t\u00fdmu lid\u00ed. <strong>\u201eA\u017e 40 procent na\u0161ich \u017eadatel\u016f z\u00a0t\u00e9to mlad\u00e9 generace hled\u00e1 mana\u017eersk\u00e9 m\u00edsto v\u00a0jak\u00e9koli oblasti \u010di alespo\u0148 firmu, kde mu to po zapracov\u00e1n\u00ed bude umo\u017en\u011bno. <\/strong>\u010casto v\u0161ak nemaj\u00ed o n\u00e1plni mana\u017eersk\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce a hlavn\u011b zodpov\u011bdnosti i za druh\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed p\u0159edstavy,\u201c uvedla Olga Hyklov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Podle Daniely Vel\u00ed\u0161kov\u00e9, HR mana\u017eerky Konica Minolta, se firmy sna\u017e\u00ed na tuto mladou generaci reagovat a vych\u00e1zet j\u00ed vst\u0159\u00edc. <strong>Znamen\u00e1 pro n\u011b toti\u017e nov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edsun n\u00e1pad\u016f, u n\u011bkter\u00fdch z\u00a0nich excelentn\u00ed ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed nejmodern\u011bj\u0161\u00edch technologi\u00ed a dynamiku, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee firm\u00e1m v\u00a0mnoh\u00e9m prosp\u011bt.<\/strong> <strong>\u201e\u010c\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b i d\u00edky nov\u00e9 generaci se u n\u00e1s v\u011bci postupn\u011b m\u011bn\u00ed. Z\u00a0pevn\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed doby se stala pru\u017en\u00e1, nam\u00edsto p\u0159edepsan\u00e9ho IT vybaven\u00ed si dnes mohou na\u0161i zam\u011bstnanci vyb\u00edrat nap\u0159\u00edklad sv\u016fj obl\u00edben\u00fd typ telefonu a tak d\u00e1le.<\/strong> Na dal\u0161\u00edch zm\u011bn\u00e1ch st\u00e1le pracujeme, mlad\u00ed lid\u00e9 jsou pro n\u00e1s v\u00fdzvou, o kterou nechceme p\u0159ij\u00edt,\u201c \u0159ekla Daniela Vel\u00ed\u0161kov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00ed\u010dina, pro\u010d je nastupuj\u00edc\u00ed generace daleko drzej\u0161\u00ed a sebev\u011bdom\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v\u00a0\u010dast\u00e9m chv\u00e1len\u00ed od okol\u00ed. Stravenky \u010di dovolenou nav\u00edc berou jako standard, ne jako benefit od zam\u011bstnavatele. <\/strong>Vy\u017eaduj\u00ed, aby na pracovi\u0161ti vl\u00e1dla p\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00e1 a vst\u0159\u00edcn\u00e1 atmosf\u00e9ra, ale nevn\u00edmaj\u00ed to tak, \u017ee je to i na nich a mohou ji spoluvytv\u00e1\u0159et \u010di m\u011bnit.
