Jen\u017ee co kdy\u017e ka\u017ed\u00fd pohyb, ka\u017ed\u00fd krok bol\u00ed?  D\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d mohou klouby bolet, je velmi mnoho. V\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u016fvod\u016f bolest\u00ed se ale d\u00e1 alespo\u0148 \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b p\u0159edch\u00e1zet a kloub\u016fm ulevovat a pom\u00e1hat.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>ilustra\u010dn\u00ed foto: Photoxpress<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je ale zn\u00e1t p\u016fvod bolesti. Ka\u017ed\u00fd jist\u011b za\u017eil bolesti kloub\u016f p\u0159i ch\u0159ipce, \u010di nachlazen\u00ed, nebo po \u00fanav\u011b, sportu. Takov\u00e9 bolesti zmiz\u00ed po odpo\u010dinku b\u011bhem n\u011bkolika m\u00e1lo dn\u016f. Jestli\u017ee ale odpo\u010dinek nesta\u010d\u00ed, bolesti se vracej\u00ed, nebo p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00ed, pak je nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u010das zjistit, pro\u010d n\u00e1s n\u011bco bol\u00ed a co s t\u00edm d\u011blat.<\/p>\n<p>Lidsk\u00fd kloub m\u00e1 n\u011bkolik hlavn\u00edch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed: hlavici a jamku, ob\u011b pokryt\u00e9 chrupavkou a odd\u011blen\u00e9 vazkou synovi\u00e1ln\u00ed tekutinou, to v\u0161e uzav\u0159en\u00e9 v kloubn\u00edm pouzdru. Chrupavka i tekutina slou\u017e\u00ed tomu, aby hlavice a jamka po sob\u011b dob\u0159e klouzaly. U\u017e po 40. roce v\u011bku odolnost chrupavek prudce kles\u00e1, chrupav\u010dit\u00e1 vrstva v nam\u00e1han\u00e9m kloubu se zten\u010duje.<\/p>\n<p> Klouby za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed vrzat, pohyby jsou bolestiv\u00e9, po r\u00e1nu a del\u0161\u00ed nehybnosti je t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 koleno nebo t\u0159eba i jednotliv\u00e9 prsty rozh\u00fdbat. K t\u011bmto pot\u00ed\u017e\u00edm se mohou p\u0159idat otoky, z\u00e1n\u011bty kloub\u016f a vznik v\u00fdr\u016fstk\u016f, kter\u00e9 postupem \u010dasu mohou kloub znehybnit docela.<\/p>\n<p>Vlekl\u00e1, nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1 a vracej\u00edc\u00ed se bolest kloub\u016f m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt nemal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010din. Nej\u010dast\u011bji lid\u00e9 trp\u00ed bolestmi kolenou, ky\u010dl\u00ed a \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f prst\u016f na rukou. Ke zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159esn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny je mnohdy t\u0159eba obr\u00e1tit se na odborn\u00edka.<br \/>\nTen po d\u016fkladn\u00e9m vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b ur\u010d\u00ed n\u011bkterou z n\u00ed\u017ee popsan\u00fdch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din vlekl\u00fdch bolest\u00ed pohybov\u00e9ho apar\u00e1tu:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u0161patn\u00e9 dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla, opakovan\u00ed pohyb\u016f po\u0161kozuj\u00edc\u00edch klouby. Objevuje se \u010dasto u jednotv\u00e1rn\u00fdch pohyb\u016f v zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, \u010di u jednostrann\u011b zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch sportovc\u016f.<br \/>\n&#8211; nadv\u00e1ha, obezita. P\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e1 v\u00e1ha je z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed pro klouby v jak\u00e9mkoli v\u011bku.<br \/>\n&#8211; artr\u00f3za, osteoartr\u00f3za je nejb\u011b\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed degenerativn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed kloub\u016f. Prov\u00e1z\u00ed j\u00ed bolest kloubu, ztuhlost, sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed pohybov\u00e9ho rozsahu, m\u016f\u017ee se objevit \u00fanava, hore\u010dka. Statistika o takto nemocn\u00fdch se v \u010cesku nevede, ale n\u011bjak\u00fdm stupn\u011bm artr\u00f3zy \u00fadajn\u011b trp\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fd po \u010dty\u0159ic\u00edtce.<br \/>\n&#8211; dna, pakostnice je spojov\u00e1na s nadv\u00e1hou a nest\u0159\u00eddm\u00fdm j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dkem, ale nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt. Nemoc vznik\u00e1, kdy\u017e se nam\u00edsto ledvinami ven vylu\u010duj\u00ed soli kyseliny mo\u010dov\u00e9 dovnit\u0159 do kloubu. Nemoc prov\u00e1z\u00ed nesnesiteln\u00e1 bolest a otok kloub\u016f, m\u016f\u017ee se objevit bolest hlavy, sval\u016f, tr\u00e1vic\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee.<br \/>\n&#8211; artritida, revmatoidn\u00ed artritida je nemoc, p\u0159i kter\u00e9 jsou klouby po\u0161kozeny z\u00e1n\u011btem. Projevuje se podobn\u011b jako artr\u00f3za, pouze s t\u00edm rozd\u00edlem, \u017ee klouby po\u0161kozen\u00e9 artritidou reaguj\u00ed na z\u00e1n\u011bt a h\u0159ej\u00ed. U revmatoidn\u00ed artritidy vlastn\u00ed imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m omylem napad\u00e1 zdravou tk\u00e1\u0148.<br \/>\n&#8211; nedostatek vitaminu C se tak\u00e9 projevuje bolestmi kloub\u016f! Prov\u00e1z\u00ed jej \u00fanava, krv\u00e1cen\u00ed d\u00e1sn\u00ed, z\u00e1pach z \u00fast, otoky, mod\u0159iny, podlitiny, pad\u00e1n\u00ed zub\u016f, vlas\u016f, podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bnost, \u0161patn\u00e9 hojen\u00ed ran, hemoroidy, k\u0159e\u010dov\u00e9 \u017e\u00edly, z\u00e1n\u011bt c\u00e9v.<br \/>\n&#8211; nedostatek v\u00e1pn\u00edku je \u010dast\u00fd hlavn\u011b u star\u0161\u00edch \u017een. Postihnout ale m\u016f\u017ee kohokoli. Projevuje se z\u00e1\u0161kuby, bolest\u00ed sval\u016f, kloub\u016f, poruchou nerv\u016f, vyr\u00e1\u017ekou, l\u00e1m\u00e1n\u00edm neht\u016f, \u0161patn\u00fdm hojen\u00edm ran, bu\u0161en\u00edm srdce, depres\u00ed, \u0159\u00eddnut\u00edm kost\u00ed, osteopor\u00f3zou.<\/p>\n<p>Existuje ale i cel\u00e1 \u0159ada dal\u0161\u00edch mo\u017en\u00fdch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din bolest\u00ed kloub\u016f. Mezi n\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed i nemoci s klouby zd\u00e1nliv\u011b nesouvisej\u00edc\u00ed, mezi n\u011b\u017e pat\u0159\u00ed lup\u00e9nka, psori\u00e1za, endokarditida, hepatitida, Crohnova choroba, ulcer\u00f3zn\u00ed kolitida, z\u00e1n\u011bt c\u00e9v, Becht\u011brevova choroba, z\u00e1n\u011bt mozku \u010di leuk\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nepodce\u0148ujte p\u0159\u00edznaky<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161ina z n\u00e1s \u010dasto po\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed bolesti kloub\u016f \u0159e\u0161\u00ed voln\u011b prodejn\u00fdmi l\u00e9ky, kter\u00fdch modern\u00ed medic\u00edna nab\u00edz\u00ed velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed. Pat\u0159\u00ed mezi n\u011b analgetika, protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, myorelaxancia. L\u00e9ky na bolest v\u0161ak nijak ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed samotn\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, pouze sni\u017euj\u00ed bolest, \u010d\u00edm\u017e mohou nemocn\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka udr\u017eovat v p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee se a\u017e tak moc s jeho zdrav\u00edm ned\u011bje. Proto, p\u0159etrv\u00e1v\u00e1-li bolest del\u0161\u00ed dobu, by\u0165 nev\u00fdrazn\u011b, je pot\u0159eba ji \u0159e\u0161it a nav\u0161t\u00edvit l\u00e9ka\u0159e!<\/p>\n<p>I kdy\u017e p\u016fvod\u016f bolest\u00ed kloub\u016f m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt mnoho, t\u00edm nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edm je artr\u00f3za. Tou n\u011bjak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem trp\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed po \u0161edes\u00e1tce, ale \u010dasto se m\u016f\u017ee projevit i u \u010dty\u0159ic\u00e1tn\u00edk\u016f, nebo i mlad\u0161\u00edch ro\u010dn\u00edk\u016f po \u00farazech, nebo sportu. Je mnoho faktor\u016f, a mnoho zlozvyk\u016f, kter\u00fdm, kdy\u017e se vyhneme, odd\u00e1l\u00edme t\u00edm n\u00e1stup bolest\u00ed kloub\u016f. T\u011bmi nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edmi ne\u0161vary jsou nadv\u00e1ha, nedostatek, nebo naopak p\u0159em\u00edra pohybu,<br \/>\njednostrann\u00e9 zat\u011b\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bla a nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 v\u00fd\u017eiva. Bohu\u017eel onemocn\u011bn\u00ed kloub\u016f je velmi \u010dasto d\u011bdi\u010dn\u00e9 a p\u0159ijde bez varov\u00e1n\u00ed i v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee se pacient sna\u017e\u00ed chovat ke sv\u00e9mu t\u011blu zodpov\u011bdn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdrazn\u011b varuj\u00edc\u00edm prvkem je i dlouhodob\u00e1 kompenzace pohybov\u00e9 poruchy t\u0159eba jedin\u00e9ho kloubu, kter\u00e1 se projev\u00ed nefyziologick\u00fdm p\u0159et\u011b\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm a bolest\u00ed \u010di opot\u0159eben\u00edm kloub\u016f dal\u0161\u00edch. V\u00fdsledkem pak m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt, \u017ee se pot\u00ed\u017ee za\u010dnou objevovat na dal\u0161\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b, \u010di m\u00edstech&#8230; Nejd\u0159\u00edve se poruchy projev\u00ed na pohybov\u00e9m apar\u00e1tu, ale pozd\u011bji v d\u016fsledku p\u0159isk\u0159\u00edpnut\u00fdch nerv\u016f za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed zlobit i ostatn\u00ed org\u00e1ny, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b dut\u00e9, vybaven\u00e9 hladkou svalovinou. Nap\u0159\u00edklad \u017e\u00edly, \u017ealudek, \u017elu\u010dn\u00edk, st\u0159eva, mo\u010dovody, pr\u016fdu\u0161ky, j\u00edcen apod.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nPro prevenci<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chceme-li z\u016fstat dlouho pln\u011b pohybliv\u00ed, sta\u010d\u00ed dodr\u017eovat p\u00e1r jednoduch\u00fdch pravidel. I kdy\u017e je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee v dne\u0161n\u00ed hektick\u00e9 dob\u011b se i nejjednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed rady l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f dodr\u017euj\u00ed st\u011b\u017e\u00ed. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak tedy p\u0159edch\u00e1zet nemocem kloub\u016f?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Dr\u017eet si p\u0159im\u011b\u0159enou v\u00e1hu. Pohyb je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd i proto, \u017ee se p\u0159i n\u011bm chrupavka chov\u00e1 podobn\u011b jako houba. P\u0159i zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed intenz\u00edvn\u011b vypuzuje nitrokloubn\u00ed tekutinu a p\u0159i uvoln\u011bn\u00ed ji zp\u011btn\u011b nas\u00e1v\u00e1. D\u00edky tomu se zlep\u0161uje v\u00fd\u017eiva kloubu a mohou se zmen\u0161it p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my. Mus\u00ed j\u00edt ale o pohyb p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00fd kondici, v\u011bku i zdravotn\u00edmu stavu konkr\u00e9tn\u00edho \u010dlov\u011bka. Kdy\u017e otyl\u00fd pades\u00e1tn\u00edk za\u010dne hr\u00e1t tenis, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b squash, riskuje, \u017ee si klouby p\u0159i prudk\u00fdch zm\u011bn\u00e1ch pohybu sp\u00ed\u0161 po\u0161kod\u00ed, ne\u017e \u017ee jim prosp\u011bje.<br \/>\n&#8211; Pos\u00edlen\u00ed sval\u016f zpevn\u00ed cel\u00fd pohybov\u00fd apar\u00e1t a ulev\u00ed kloub\u016fm. Nen\u00ed nutn\u00e1 posilovna, op\u011bt, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b pro velk\u00e9 klouby posta\u010d\u00ed svi\u017en\u00e1 ch\u016fze. Vhodn\u00fd je i nordic walking, kter\u00fd sni\u017euje z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e kloub\u016f a do ch\u016fze intenzivn\u011bji zapojuje horn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st t\u011bla. Dobr\u00e1 je rovn\u011b\u017e j\u00edzda na kole a plav\u00e1n\u00ed.<br \/>\n&#8211; Vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fd j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek, kter\u00fd zaru\u010d\u00ed optim\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch l\u00e1tek. Nevyh\u00fdbejte se tla\u010denk\u00e1m, potravin\u00e1m s \u017eivo\u010di\u0161nou \u017eelatinou, a chrupavk\u00e1m.<br \/>\nTy jsou bohat\u00e9 na kolagen \u2013 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed stavebn\u00ed slo\u017eku kloub\u016f.<br \/>\nStrava by m\u011bla b\u00fdt bohat\u00e1 i na omega 3 esenci\u00e1ln\u00ed mastn\u00e9 kyseliny &#8211; ty jsou obsa\u017eeny nap\u0159.<br \/>\nv ryb\u00e1ch. D\u00e1le je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd dostate\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edsun beta-karotenu a vitam\u00ednu C, kter\u00e9 najdeme v \u010derstv\u00e9m ovoci a zelenin\u011b. Vhodn\u00e1 je tak\u00e9 konzumace o\u0159ech\u016f nebo slune\u010dnicov\u00fdch sem\u00ednek s obsahem vitam\u00ednu C. Bez spolupr\u00e1ce a interaktivn\u00edho zapojen\u00ed jedince k trvalej\u0161\u00edmu \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9mu nedojde. Spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 rehabilita\u010dn\u00ed sestra by m\u011bla pacienta nau\u010dit cvik\u016fm vhodn\u00fdm i pro doma. Teprve s jejich praktikov\u00e1n\u00edm pak m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ij\u00edt trvalej\u0161\u00ed \u00faleva.<br \/>\n&#8211; Z\u00e1baly \u010di koupele mohou tak\u00e9 pomoci ji\u017e posti\u017een\u00fdm kloub\u016fm, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b, pokud je p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 \u010dasto nam\u00e1h\u00e1te. Velmi dobr\u00e9 jsou Priessnitzovy obklady. Na posti\u017een\u00fd kloub p\u0159ilo\u017ete chladn\u00fd, dob\u0159e vy\u017ed\u00edman\u00fd obklad, ten p\u0159ekryjte mikrotenovou f\u00f3li\u00ed, obalte such\u00fdm ru\u010dn\u00edkem a nechte asi p\u016fl hodiny a\u017e hodinu p\u016fsobit. Dal\u0161\u00edmi mo\u017enostmi jsou bahenn\u00ed z\u00e1baly nebo mas\u00e1\u017ee pod vodou. M\u011bly by v n\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm vitaminy C a E, selen, zinek, k\u0159em\u00edk a omega-3 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny. Pro v\u00fd\u017eivu kloub\u016f jsou vhodn\u00e9 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm tu\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ryby &#8211; losos, makrela, plat\u00fds, kapr nebo tres\u010d\u00ed j\u00e1tra. Dop\u0159ejte si o\u0159echy a slune\u010dnicov\u00e1 sem\u00ednka. P\u0159irozen\u00fdm zdrojem \u017eelatiny pro chrupavky je huspenina. Nep\u0159ej\u00eddejte se a hl\u00eddejte si v\u00e1hu. Dobr\u00e9 je vyhnout se v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed konzumaci vep\u0159ov\u00e9ho masa a uzenin. V\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee pokles hmotnosti o jeden kilogram sni\u017euje tlak na ky\u010deln\u00ed kloub p\u0159i ch\u016fzi a\u017e o t\u0159i kilogramy.<br \/>\n&#8211; P\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00fd pohyb, jako je ch\u016fze, turistika nebo plav\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00edrn\u011b nemocn\u00fdm kloub\u016fm neubl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed, naopak je posiluj\u00ed. Cyklick\u00fd pravideln\u00fd pohyb zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b s odleh\u010den\u00edm doln\u00edch kon\u010detin, jako je nap\u0159. j\u00edzda na kole nebo rotopedu, p\u016fsob\u00ed p\u0159\u00edzniv\u011b na kosti, klouby i svaly. Vyhn\u011bte se sportovn\u00edm aktivit\u00e1m na vrcholov\u00e9 \u00farovni, ty klouby jednostrann\u011b p\u0159et\u011b\u017euj\u00ed.<br \/>\n&#8211; Potravinov\u00e9 dopl\u0148ky mohou pomoci v po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edch f\u00e1z\u00edch nemoci. Nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159\u00edpravky ze skupiny tzv. pomalu p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e9k\u016f ur\u010den\u00fdch k terapii artr\u00f3zy, kde je jednou z \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek chondroitin 4 a 6 sulf\u00e1t. Jeho struktura se neli\u0161\u00ed od z\u00e1kladn\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1sti kloubn\u00ed chrupavky, kter\u00e1 v\u00e1\u017ee vodu a zaji\u0161\u0165uje jej\u00ed pru\u017enost.
