Nejv\u00edc j\u00ed je v oby\u010dejn\u00e9m rohl\u00edku solen\u00e9m a km\u00ednov\u00e9m chlebu. Uk\u00e1zal to pr\u016fzkum iniciativy <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vimcojim.cz\/cs\/\" target=\"_blank\">V\u00edm, co j\u00edm a piju<\/a>. Z 20 vzork\u016f 11 splnilo krit\u00e9ria Sv\u011btov\u00e9 zdravotnick\u00e9 organizace (WHO) na obsah soli a jen dev\u011bt tak\u00e9 krit\u00e9ria na obsah p\u0159idan\u00fdch cukr\u016f, rizikov\u00fdch tuk\u016f, vl\u00e1kninu a celkovou energii, \u0159ekl\u00a0 \u010dlen spr\u00e1vn\u00ed rady iniciativy docent Ji\u0159\u00ed Br\u00e1t.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Norma WHO je p\u011bt gram\u016f soli na den, \u010ce\u0161i ji podle Br\u00e1ta a\u017e t\u0159ikr\u00e1t p\u0159ekra\u010duj\u00ed. Po Ma\u010farsku jsou na tom se spot\u0159ebou soli nejh\u016f\u0159e v Evrop\u011b, do normy se naopak vejde z\u00e1padn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st kontinentu. A\u017e 75 procent p\u0159\u00edjmu soli je z komer\u010dn\u011b dodan\u00fdch potravin. Chl\u00e9b a pe\u010divo tvo\u0159\u00ed t\u0159etinu denn\u00ed d\u00e1vky.<br \/>\nAlena \u0160teflov\u00e1 z \u010desk\u00e9 kancel\u00e1\u0159e WHO p\u0159ipomn\u011bla, \u017ee vysok\u00e1 spot\u0159eba soli zvy\u0161uje riziko nemoc\u00ed srdce a c\u00e9v \u010di rakoviny. &#8222;Pokud by \u010ce\u0161i sn\u00ed\u017eili p\u0159\u00edjem soli na p\u011bt gram\u016f za den, sn\u00ed\u017eili by si riziko mrtvice o 23 procent a infarktu o 17 procent,&#8220; \u0159ekla.<br \/>\nS\u016fl zvy\u0161uje chu\u0165 k j\u00eddlu, proto nep\u0159\u00edmo souvis\u00ed s obezitou. Vysok\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem soli vede k osteopor\u00f3ze, zat\u011b\u017euje ledviny a celkov\u011b p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k nezdrav\u00e9mu stravov\u00e1n\u00ed. &#8222;Hodn\u011b slan\u00e9 potraviny, chipsy, uzeniny \u010di s\u00fdry b\u00fdvaj\u00ed celkov\u011b chu\u0165ov\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u00e9, tu\u010dn\u00e9, ur\u010den\u00e9 k rychl\u00e9 konzumaci a p\u0159ej\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed,&#8220; upozornil obezitolog Petr Hlavat\u00fd.<br \/>\nBr\u00e1t k pr\u016fzkumu doplnil, \u017ee rozp\u011bt\u00ed zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch hodnot bylo od 0,71 do 1,83 gram\u016f soli na 100 gram\u016f v\u00fdrobku. Krit\u00e9rium iniciativy je 1,25 a WHO 1,2 gramu na 100 gram\u016f v\u00fdrobku, co\u017e jsou zhruba dva kraj\u00edce chleba nebo dva a p\u016fl rohl\u00edku.<br \/>\n\u0160patn\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky m\u011bly v\u00fdrobky sypan\u00e9 hrubou sol\u00ed, p\u0159i n\u00e1kupu by proto lid\u00e9 m\u011bli vyb\u00edrat pe\u010divo, kter\u00e9 j\u00ed nen\u00ed posyp\u00e1no. U balen\u00e9ho pe\u010diva by m\u011bli hledat obsah soli v tabulce v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdch hodnot.<br \/>\nBr\u00e1t ocenil i projekt \u010dlen\u016f Potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 komory \u010cR ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed obsahu soli v dehydratovan\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u00edch, jako jsou natur pol\u00e9vky, natur buj\u00f3ny, ko\u0159en\u00edc\u00ed sm\u011bsi \u010di instantn\u00ed nudle. Za p\u011bt let trv\u00e1n\u00ed projektu klesly hodnoty soli v t\u011bchto v\u00fdrobc\u00edch p\u0159inejmen\u0161\u00edm na polovinu a dosahuj\u00ed nejv\u00fd\u0161 1,2 gramu.
