Lekto\u0159i p\u0159edstoup\u00ed i p\u0159ed st\u0159edo\u0161kol\u00e1ky.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u010cetn\u00e9 v\u011bdeck\u00e9 studie opakovan\u011b prokazuj\u00ed, \u017ee pokles kognitivn\u00edho v\u00fdkonu nen\u00ed nevyhnutelnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed procesu st\u00e1rnut\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Mnoh\u00fdm z n\u00e1s se v\u0161ak zd\u00e1, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b pro n\u00e1s to neplat\u00ed, jak jinak bychom mohli m\u00edt tolik probl\u00e9m\u016f s pam\u011bt\u00ed. Neust\u00e1le hled\u00e1me kl\u00ed\u010de, br\u00fdle, nepamatujeme si, kam jsme co ulo\u017eili, co m\u00e1me nakoupit a pro co jsme vlastn\u011b \u0161li do t\u00e9 lednice.<\/p>\n<p>Existuje jen jedna \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 pomoc<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Zhor\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se pam\u011b\u0165 n\u00e1m za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 p\u016fsobit v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 starosti, za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me se s obavami pozorovat a to na\u0161e probl\u00e9my je\u0161t\u011b zhor\u0161uje. Tak nato existuje jen jedna \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 pomoc. Pokusit se z\u00edskat hmatateln\u00fd d\u016fkaz o tom, \u017ee ve skute\u010dnosti si je\u0161t\u011b skv\u011ble pamatujeme, a \u017ee jsme se jen zbyte\u010dn\u011b a dlouhodob\u011b podce\u0148ovali. A to od n\u011bkoho, kdo v\u00ed, jak na to!&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Dana Steinov\u00e1, p\u0159edsedkyn\u011b \u010cesk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti pro tr\u00e9nov\u00e1n\u00ed pam\u011bti a mozkov\u00fd jogging (\u010cSTPMJ).<\/p>\n<p>Kdy za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 lidsk\u00fd mozek st\u00e1rnout?<\/p>\n<p>Mozek je na vrcholu sv\u00e9 v\u00fdkonnosti mezi 16. a\u017e 23. rokem \u017eivota \u010dlov\u011bka. Pak st\u00e1rne. U\u017e v sedmadvaceti se zpomaluje my\u0161len\u00ed, v sedmat\u0159iceti se vytr\u00e1c\u00ed pam\u011b\u0165. Zlomem je \u010dty\u0159ic\u00edtka, to u\u017e to s n\u00e1mi jde opravdu s kopce. Vedle mnoh\u00fdch dal\u0161\u00edch to tvrd\u00ed v\u011bdci z Virginsk\u00e9 univerzity, kte\u0159\u00ed ned\u00e1vno ukon\u010dili zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed pam\u011bti, pohotovosti a dal\u0161\u00edch schopnost\u00ed n\u011bkolika tis\u00edc mu\u017e\u016f a \u017een ve v\u011bku osmn\u00e1ct a\u017e \u0161edes\u00e1t let.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdzkum prob\u00edhal sedm let. Co ov\u0161em vedouc\u00ed projektu Timothy Salthouse ne\u0159ekl, \u017ee mozek se chov\u00e1 jako sval. Kdy\u017e si zlom\u00edte ruku a na \u0161est ned\u011bl v\u00e1m ji daj\u00ed do s\u00e1dry, nejsp\u00ed\u0161 jej\u00ed svaly atrofuj\u00ed. Po rehabilitaci se v\u0161ak vr\u00e1t\u00ed do p\u016fvodn\u00ed podoby. P\u0159esn\u011b tak se to m\u00e1 s mozkem. Sta\u010d\u00ed ho jen tr\u00e9novat.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fdden uv\u011bdomov\u00e1n\u00ed si mozku<\/p>\n<p>Proto vyhl\u00e1sila \u010cSTPMJ letos u\u017e pop\u00e1t\u00e9 N\u00e1rodn\u00ed t\u00fdden tr\u00e9nov\u00e1n\u00ed pam\u011bti v r\u00e1mci celosv\u011btov\u00e9 akce &#8222;T\u00fdden uv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed si mozku&#8220; (Brain Awareness Week). Tu u\u017e od roku 1996 po\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1 americk\u00e1 organizace Dana Alliance for the Brain (www.dana.org). V t\u00fddnu od 16. do 22. b\u0159ezna se ve\u0159ejnost na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b dozv\u00edd\u00e1 o v\u00fdsledc\u00edch v\u00fdzkumu mozku srozumitelnou formou prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm stovek akc\u00ed, je\u017e jsou po\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1ny v\u011bdeck\u00fdmi institucemi, kter\u00e9 se v\u00fdzkumu mozku v\u011bnuj\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b institucemi, kter\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky v\u00fdzkumu aplikuj\u00ed v praxi.<\/p>\n<p>Zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed na seniorskou populaci<\/p>\n<p>V r\u00e1mci celosv\u011btov\u00e9 akce BAW je \u010cSTPMJ dlouhodob\u011b jedin\u00fdm partnerem, kter\u00fd se c\u00edlen\u011b zam\u011b\u0159uje na seniorskou populaci v n\u00e1rodn\u00edm m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku. &#8222;P\u0159ed p\u00e1r lety byla sv\u011btov\u00e1 centr\u00e1la BAW v New Yorku doslova ohromena rekordn\u00edm po\u010dtem osv\u011btov\u00fdch p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ek, kter\u00e9 \u010cSTPMJ zaregistrovala, a zaslala n\u00e1m dotaz, zda mohou uv\u00e9st pln\u00fd seznam na\u0161ich akc\u00ed v Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edm kalend\u00e1\u0159i BAW 2010, aby byli ohromeni tak\u00e9 ostatn\u00ed partne\u0159i a aby u n\u00e1s z\u00edskali inspiraci do budoucna,&#8220; poukazuje na \u00fasp\u011bch \u010cSTPMJ i na mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed sc\u00e9n\u011b jej\u00ed p\u0159edsedkyn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Po\u010det z\u00e1jemc\u016f rok od roku roste<\/p>\n<p>V prvn\u00edch t\u0159ech letech 2005 \u2013 2007 byl po\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n N\u00e1rodn\u00ed den tr\u00e9nov\u00e1n\u00ed pam\u011bti, kter\u00fd se pravideln\u011b setk\u00e1val s obrovsk\u00fdm ohlasem u seniorsk\u00e9 ve\u0159ejnosti. Nap\u0159\u00edklad 12. b\u0159ezna 2007 nab\u00eddli \u010dlenov\u00e9 \u010cSTPMJ osv\u011btov\u00e9 p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ky nejen v Praze, ale tak\u00e9 v dal\u0161\u00edch 29 m\u00edstech \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky, p\u0159ipojili se i sloven\u0161t\u00ed \u010dlenov\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti. Celkem se konalo zdarma 32 osv\u011btov\u00fdch p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ek, kter\u00e9 nav\u0161t\u00edvilo 1656 z\u00e1jemc\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;V roce 2008 se poprv\u00e9 konal N\u00e1rodn\u00ed t\u00fdden tr\u00e9nov\u00e1n\u00ed pam\u011bti se 101 akcemi v r\u00e1mci \u010cR i SR, kter\u00e9 byly zdarma k dispozici v uveden\u00e9m t\u00fddnu nejen seniorsk\u00e9 ve\u0159ejnosti, ale tak\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm z\u00e1kladn\u00edch, st\u0159edn\u00edch a vysok\u00fdch \u0161kol, mate\u0159sk\u00fdm centr\u016fm \u010di rodi\u010d\u016fm d\u011bt\u00ed s Downov\u00fdm syndromem. P\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ek se z\u00fa\u010dastnilo celkem 3 242 osob. Po\u010det p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ek se v lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce p\u0159i NTTP vy\u0161plhal v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s rokem 2008 a\u017e na t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 trojn\u00e1sobek a n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvnost rekordn\u00edch 281 p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ek se dostala na \u010d\u00edslo 6 422,&#8220; rekapituluje Dana Steinov\u00e1.<br \/>\nSeznam akc\u00ed NTTP 2015 je um\u00edst\u011bn na www.trenovanipameti. cz.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dastavn\u00edm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm i ve\u0159ejnosti<\/p>\n<p>C\u00edlem \u010cesk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti pro tr\u00e9nov\u00e1n\u00ed pam\u011bti a mozkov\u00fd jogging je nab\u00eddnout kurzy tr\u00e9nov\u00e1n\u00ed pam\u011bti prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm kvalifikovan\u00fdch tren\u00e9r\u016f pam\u011bti do \u00fastavn\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed i pro ve\u0159ejnost. V\u00fdznamn\u011b se na nab\u00eddce kurz\u016f pro ve\u0159ejnost pod\u00edlej\u00ed tak\u00e9 knihovny v\u0161ech stup\u0148\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Od roku 1994 bylo prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm semin\u00e1\u0159\u016f \u010cSTPMJ vy\u0161koleno 1683 tren\u00e9r\u016f pam\u011bti a kurz pro certifikovan\u00e9 tren\u00e9ry pam\u011bti se kon\u00e1 v Praze jednou ro\u010dn\u011b v lednu. \u010cSTPMJ je akreditovanou vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed instituc\u00ed MPSV s celost\u00e1tn\u00ed platnost\u00ed a tren\u00e9\u0159i pam\u011bti absolvuj\u00ed pro z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed pln\u00e9 tren\u00e9rsk\u00e9 kvalifikace t\u0159\u00edstup\u0148ov\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed akreditovan\u00e9 MPSV.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cty\u0159let\u00e1 spolupr\u00e1ce na projektu<\/p>\n<p>Od poloviny roku 2006 do konce roku 2010 \u010cSTPMJ spolupracovala s Psychiatrick\u00fdm centrem Praha na v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9m projektu Tr\u00e9nink kognitivn\u00edch funkc\u00ed u st\u00e1rnouc\u00ed populace \u2013 efektivita a vyu\u017eit\u00ed. V dob\u011b od 16. dubna do 18. kv\u011btna 2007 t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 dv\u011b stovky senior\u016f pro\u0161ly zdarma z\u00e1kladn\u00ed kurz tr\u00e9nov\u00e1n\u00ed pam\u011bti v rozsahu 20 hodin. P\u0159ed zah\u00e1jen\u00edm a po skon\u010den\u00ed kurzu absolvovali \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci psychologick\u00e9 testy a t\u0159et\u00ed testpak vlistopadu 2007. V roce 2008 byla testov\u00e1na kontroln\u00ed skupina. Od \u00fanora 2010 prob\u00edhala t\u0159et\u00ed etapa v\u00fdzkumu zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 na kombinaci tr\u00e9nov\u00e1n\u00ed pam\u011bti a aerobiku.<\/p>\n<p>Sestavili optim\u00e1ln\u00ed tr\u00e9ninkov\u00fd program<\/p>\n<p>Celosv\u011btov\u011b jsou programy zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na tr\u00e9nink kognitivn\u00edch funkc\u00ed st\u00e1le je\u0161t\u011b velmi novou z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed. I n\u011bkter\u00e9 velmi vysp\u011bl\u00e9 st\u00e1ty s nimi teprve za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed, mnohde v\u0161ak neexistuj\u00ed v\u016fbec.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;My jsme m\u011bli to \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed, \u017ee jsme od po\u010d\u00e1tku spolupracovali s n\u011bmeck\u00fdm Svazem tren\u00e9r\u016f pam\u011bti, kter\u00fd m\u011bl dlouhodob\u00e9 profesn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti, i s dal\u0161\u00edmi evropsk\u00fdmi a z\u00e1mo\u0159sk\u00fdmi experty. S uspokojen\u00edm m\u016f\u017eeme konstatovat, \u017ee se n\u00e1m poda\u0159ilo sestavit optim\u00e1ln\u00ed tr\u00e9ninkov\u00fd program, kter\u00fd zahrnuje nejen klasick\u00fd kognitivn\u00ed tr\u00e9nink, ale c\u00edlen\u011b se tak\u00e9 zam\u011b\u0159uje na minimalizaci probl\u00e9m\u016f s pam\u011bt\u00ed v b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m denn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b a vede k rychl\u00e9mu zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed sebev\u011bdom\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f kurz\u016f, k vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed pocit\u016f osobn\u00ed zdatnosti a n\u00e1sledn\u011b ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed sob\u011bsta\u010dnosti a prodlou\u017een\u00ed nez\u00e1vislosti u seniorsk\u00e9 populace,&#8220; konstatuje Dana Steinov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Co n\u00e1s p\u0159ed demenc\u00ed ochr\u00e1n\u00ed?<\/p>\n<p>M\u00edrn\u00e9 kognitivn\u00ed zhor\u0161en\u00ed se projev\u00ed u v\u0161ech osob, u kter\u00fdch pozd\u011bji propukne Alzheimerova choroba, ale neznamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo trp\u00ed m\u00edrn\u00fdm kognitivn\u00edm zhor\u0161en\u00edm, nevyhnuteln\u011b skon\u010d\u00ed s demenc\u00ed. Z celosv\u011btov\u00e9ho v\u00fdzkumu vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee vhodn\u00e1 intervence formou kognitivn\u00edho tr\u00e9ninku v kombinaci s fyzickou aktivitou m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt t\u00edm pozitivn\u00edm faktorem, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s p\u0159ed demenc\u00ed ochr\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>A v t\u011bch p\u0159\u00edpadech, kdy maj\u00ed senio\u0159i probl\u00e9my s pam\u011bt\u00ed z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edho r\u00e1zu, budou nasm\u011brov\u00e1ni do kontaktn\u00edch m\u00edst \u010cesk\u00e9 alzheimerovsk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti \u010di do Center pro poruchy pam\u011bti, aby m\u011bli mo\u017enost si ov\u011b\u0159it, zda jejich probl\u00e9my jsou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed norm\u00e1ln\u00edho procesu st\u00e1rnut\u00ed \u010di p\u0159\u00edznakem onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 vy\u017eaduje rychl\u00e9 stanoven\u00ed diagn\u00f3zy a vhodnou l\u00e9\u010dbu.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce\u0161t\u00ed senio\u0159i zoufat nemusej\u00ed<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce\u0161t\u00ed senio\u0159i v\u016fbec nemusej\u00ed zoufat nad nefunguj\u00edc\u00ed pam\u011bt\u00ed, v\u017edy\u0165 sta\u010d\u00ed tak m\u00e1lo \u2013 nav\u0161t\u00edvit n\u011bkterou z osv\u011btov\u00fdch p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ek N\u00e1rodn\u00edho t\u00fddne tr\u00e9nov\u00e1n\u00ed pam\u011bti a hned se budou c\u00edtit podstatn\u011b l\u00e9pe. A mohou se tam tak\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161inou okam\u017eit\u011b zapsat do kurz\u016f tr\u00e9nov\u00e1n\u00ed pam\u011bti. \u010cSTPMJ toti\u017e ne\u0161kol\u00ed pouze profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed tren\u00e9ry pam\u011bti, ale po\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1 rovn\u011b\u017e semin\u00e1\u0159e pro ve\u0159ejnost zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 i na dal\u0161\u00ed c\u00edlov\u00e9 skupiny.
