Centrum zat\u00edm zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1 15 osob, ale po uveden\u00ed do ostr\u00e9ho provozu v druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b leto\u0161n\u00edho roku by v n\u011bm m\u011blo naj\u00edt pr\u00e1ci okolo 40 lid\u00ed. \u0160anci maj\u00ed i hendikepovan\u00ed.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>foto: photostock \/ FreeDigitalPhotos.net<\/p>\n<p>    &#8222;Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b p\u0159i tom rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed (o um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed centra) hr\u00e1l hlavn\u00ed roli lidsk\u00fd potenci\u00e1l nebo person\u00e1ln\u00ed mo\u017enosti dan\u00e9ho regionu a \u0159ekn\u011bme kvalita a vzd\u011blanost lid\u00ed v dan\u00e9m regionu. Na Ostravu padla volba i proto, \u017ee si mysl\u00edme, \u017ee tady bude doch\u00e1zet k nejmen\u0161\u00ed fluktuaci,&#8220; uvedl \u0159editel VZP Zden\u011bk Kab\u00e1tek.<br \/>\n    Centr\u00e1ln\u00ed pracovi\u0161t\u011b by se m\u011blo postupn\u011b rozv\u00edjet a veden\u00ed VZP o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee oper\u00e1to\u0159i by m\u011bli b\u00fdt v budoucnu schopni vy\u0159e\u0161it zhruba 80 procent po\u017eadavk\u016f jejich klient\u016f, ve zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpadech by pak m\u011bli poji\u0161t\u011bnce um\u011bt nasm\u011brovat na zodpov\u011bdnou osobu. Odhadem by mohli m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b vy\u0159\u00eddit 50.000 a\u017e 60.000 hovor\u016f.<br \/>\n    &#8222;Zat\u00edm b\u011b\u017e\u00ed ten provoz paraleln\u011b s dal\u0161\u00edmi komunika\u010dn\u00edmi kan\u00e1ly, kolegov\u00e9 se postupn\u011b vzd\u011bl\u00e1vaj\u00ed. Ta ambice je, abychom v druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b leto\u0161n\u00edho roku p\u0159e\u0161li do ostr\u00e9ho provozu, kdy ty ostatn\u00ed kan\u00e1ly se uzav\u0159ou a budeme komunikovat pouze prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm call centra,&#8220; uvedl Kab\u00e1tek.<\/p>\n<p>    Podle n\u011bj call centrum pom\u016f\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161it kvalitu komunikace s poji\u0161t\u011bnci i smluvn\u00edmi partnery. &#8222;Je ur\u010dit\u011b pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho na\u0161eho klienta lep\u0161\u00ed, pokud se na jednom \u010d\u00edsle dozv\u00ed v\u0161echny informace, kter\u00e9 pot\u0159ebuje. Nebudou se st\u00e1vat excesy, kter\u00e9 se st\u00e1vaj\u00ed v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b, \u017ee klient je p\u0159epojov\u00e1n mezi \u010dty\u0159mi p\u011bti kolegy,&#8220; m\u00edn\u00ed Kab\u00e1tek.<\/p>\n<p>    Call centrum chce nab\u00edzet pr\u00e1ci p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b st\u0159edo\u0161kolsky vzd\u011blan\u00fdm lidem a pro poji\u0161\u0165ovnu bude prioritou minim\u00e1ln\u00ed fluktuace. Z\u00e1jemc\u016fm zat\u00edm nab\u00edz\u00ed n\u00e1stupn\u00ed mzdu okolo 17.000 a\u017e 18.000 hrub\u00e9ho, do budoucna by se zam\u011bstnanci v call centru mohli podle Kab\u00e1tka dostat a\u017e na 25.000 hrub\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n<p>    N\u00e1klady na vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed centra byly necel\u00fdch deset milion\u016f korun. Call centrum, kter\u00e9 s\u00eddl\u00ed v Hru\u0161ovsk\u00e9 ulici, je zat\u00edm v provozu ve v\u0161edn\u00ed dny od 08:00 do 16:00, od kv\u011btna by se m\u011bl provoz roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it a\u017e do 18:00. &#8222;Pr\u00e1ce je to n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1, proto\u017ee mus\u00edme v\u011bd\u011bt spoustu informac\u00ed, co se t\u00fd\u010de z\u00e1kon\u016f t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se zdravotnictv\u00ed i dal\u0161\u00ed v\u011bci ohledn\u011b poji\u0161\u0165ovny. \u0160kol\u00edme se postupn\u011b, v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b neodpov\u00edd\u00e1me na v\u0161echno, moment\u00e1ln\u011b \u0159e\u0161\u00edme p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky a pr\u016fkazky poji\u0161t\u011bnc\u016f,&#8220; uvedla oper\u00e1torka Daniela Kovalsk\u00e1. VZP v call centrum aktu\u00e1ln\u011b za\u0161koluje st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed zam\u011bstnance, v pr\u016fb\u011bhu jara v\u0161ak za\u010dne p\u0159ib\u00edrat dal\u0161\u00ed nov\u00e9 pracovn\u00edky.<\/p>\n<p>    VZP je se zhruba \u0161esti miliony poji\u0161t\u011bnc\u016f nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed poji\u0161\u0165ovnou v \u010cesku.
