Vykon\u00e1vat nekoliduj\u00edc\u00ed zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed mohou i invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchodci. Jak\u00e9 podm\u00ednky mus\u00ed b\u00fdt spln\u011bny p\u0159i tzv. nekoliduj\u00edc\u00edm zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed? <\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>V z\u00e1kon\u011b o zam\u011bstnanosti je stanoveno, \u017ee i p\u0159i veden\u00ed v evidenci uchaze\u010d\u016f o zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed lze uzav\u0159\u00edt  pracovn\u00ed pom\u011br, kdy\u017e v\u00fdd\u011blek nep\u0159es\u00e1hne polovinu m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed mzdy. <\/p>\n<p>    Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed mzda v roce 2015 \u010din\u00ed 9 200 K\u010d, proto je mo\u017en\u00e9 m\u00edt p\u0159\u00edjem z nekoliduj\u00edc\u00edho zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed do 4 600 K\u010d a neztr\u00e1c\u00ed se v\u00fdhody z evidence na \u00fa\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce. <\/p>\n<p>    Vykon\u00e1vat nekoliduj\u00edc\u00ed zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed mohou<strong> i p\u0159\u00edjemci invalidn\u00edho d\u016fchodu.<\/strong> Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzda pro invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchodce \u010din\u00ed v roce 2015 \u010d\u00e1stku 8 000 K\u010d. Invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchodci prvn\u00edho a druh\u00e9ho stupn\u011b vedeni v evidenci \u00fa\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce, tak mohou m\u00edt p\u0159\u00edjem z nekoliduj\u00edc\u00edho zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed do 4 000 K\u010d. <\/p>\n<p>Zpravidla si lid\u00e9 v evidenci na \u00fa\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce p\u0159ivyd\u011bl\u00e1vaj\u00ed prac\u00ed <strong>na dohodu o proveden\u00ed pr\u00e1<\/strong>ce. Z m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed odm\u011bny plynouc\u00ed z dohody o proveden\u00ed pr\u00e1ce 10 000 K\u010d a m\u00e9n\u011b se neplat\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00ed a zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. U dohody o proveden\u00ed pr\u00e1ce je tedy ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed zdan\u011bn\u00ed. <\/p>\n<p>Lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed vykon\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed b\u011bhem sv\u00e9 evidence na \u00fa\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce nekoliduj\u00edc\u00ed zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, v\u0161ak mus\u00ed po\u010d\u00edtat s t\u00edm, \u017ee b\u011bhem tohoto zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed<strong> nemohou pob\u00edrat podporu v nezam\u011bstnanosti<\/strong>. Je p\u0159i tom mo\u017en\u00e9 b\u00fdt v evidenci na \u00fa\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce, ale po obdob\u00ed nekoliduj\u00edc\u00edho zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 pob\u00edrat hmotn\u00e9 zabezpe\u010den\u00ed od \u00fa\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak\u00e9 jsou v\u00fdhody evidence na \u00fa\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edjem b\u011bhem evidence na \u00fa\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce je v dob\u011b, kdy ji\u017e nen\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed podpora v nezam\u011bstnanosti, v\u00fdhodn\u00fd. \u010clov\u011bk nen\u00ed bez p\u0159\u00edjmu a sou\u010dasn\u011b mu z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed zachov\u00e1ny v\u00fdhody p\u0159i evidenci na \u00fa\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce. <\/p>\n<p>    Za v\u0161echny v evidenci na \u00fa\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce <strong>plat\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed st\u00e1t.<\/strong> Nezam\u011bstnan\u00fd, kter\u00fd nen\u00ed v evidenci na \u00fa\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce a nespl\u0148uje jin\u00e9 z\u00e1konn\u00e9 podm\u00ednky, aby za n\u011bho platil zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed st\u00e1t, si mus\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed s\u00e1m platit. Platba zdravotn\u00edho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed je povinn\u00e1, v registru zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161\u0165ovny je veden jako OBZP (osoba bez zdaniteln\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f) a mus\u00ed platit ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u011bs\u00edc zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161\u0165ovn\u011b 1 242 K\u010d (13,5 % z minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy). <\/p>\n<p>Za p\u0159\u00edjemce invalidn\u00edho d\u016fchodu ale plat\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed v\u017edy st\u00e1t. <\/p>\n<p>    Evidence na \u00fa\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce, kdy nen\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed podpora v nezam\u011bstnanosti, se zapo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1v\u00e1 jako n\u00e1hradn\u00ed doba poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pro v\u00fdpo\u010det st\u00e1tn\u00edho d\u016fchodu. Do doby poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovliv\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed n\u00e1rok na st\u00e1tn\u00ed d\u016fchod a ovliv\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161i st\u00e1tn\u00edho d\u016fchodu se zapo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1v\u00e1 doba evidence na \u00fa\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce bez n\u00e1roku na podporu v nezam\u011bstnanosti maxim\u00e1ln\u011b v rozsahu 3 let. Evidence na \u00fa\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce, kdy n\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed podpora v nezam\u011bstnanosti se do doby poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zapo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u017edy.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nNekoliduj\u00edc\u00ed zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed je nutn\u00e9 nahl\u00e1sit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u0161ichni, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed mo\u017enost si b\u011bhem evidence na \u00fa\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce p\u0159ivyd\u011blat, to mus\u00ed ozn\u00e1mit na \u00fa\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce nejpozd\u011bji v den n\u00e1stupu. Nespln\u011bn\u00ed oznamovac\u00ed povinnosti je sankciov\u00e1no a hroz\u00ed vy\u0159azen\u00ed z evidence na \u00fa\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nAv\u0161ak lep\u0161\u00ed je hledat standardn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed pom\u011br<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdkon nekoliduj\u00edc\u00edho zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed je v\u017edy t\u0159eba dob\u0159e promyslet, aby to nebr\u00e1nilo hled\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00e9ho m\u00edsta na hlavn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed pom\u011br.
