Tanec prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd zdrav\u00ed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Plze\u0148\u0161t\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159i vytvo\u0159ili styl, kombinuj\u00edc\u00ed prvky l\u00e9\u010debn\u00e9 t\u011blesn\u00e9 v\u00fdchovy a modern\u00edch tanc\u016f<\/strong> <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>PLZE\u0147 Health dance je zcela nov\u00fd druh tance, vytvo\u0159en\u00fd pro d\u011bv\u010data s vadn\u00fdm dr\u017een\u00edm t\u011bla nebo leh\u010d\u00ed skoli\u00f3zou. Ta vznik\u00e1 vych\u00fdlen\u00edm p\u00e1te\u0159e ze sv\u00e9 osy. Tanec vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 prvk\u016f z n\u011bkolika zn\u00e1m\u00fdch tane\u010dn\u00edch styl\u016f, jako je latina, orient, flirt dance, nebo S Factor. Tanec vytvo\u0159ili dva plze\u0148\u0161t\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159i, zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00edc\u00ed se na rehabilitaci a fyzioterapii -Karel Pitr a Kate\u0159ina \u0160tudentov\u00e1. Ti si Health dance, v p\u0159ekladu tedy zdravotn\u00ed tanec, zaregistrovali jako ochrannou zn\u00e1mku.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;N\u011bkdy je obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit d\u00edt\u011b k pravideln\u00e9mu denn\u00edmu cvi\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je nebav\u00ed a ned\u00e1 se nahradit jin\u00fdm sportem. Proto jsme za\u010dali p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let, jak rodi\u010d\u016fm a jejich d\u011btem tuto situaci usnadnit. A vymysleli jsme Health dance. Tane\u010dn\u00ed styl, kter\u00fd kombinuje prvky l\u00e9\u010debn\u00e9 t\u011blesn\u00e9 v\u00fdchovy a modern\u00edch tanc\u016f,&#8220; vysv\u011btluj\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159i a p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00ed, \u017ee Health dance je v sou\u010dasnosti jedinou alternativou k denn\u00edmu cvi\u010den\u00ed, u kter\u00e9 je mo\u017en\u00e9 garantovat zdravotn\u00ed nez\u00e1vadnost.<\/p>\n<p>Probl\u00e9mem skoli\u00f3zy podle Pitra je, \u017ee se n\u00e1lez bude s velkou pravd\u011bpodobnost\u00ed v pr\u016fb\u011bhu m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f a let zhor\u0161ovat. Do dosp\u011blosti si pak d\u011bti odnesou \u010dasto trval\u00e9 bolesti zad. &#8222;Jakmile zjist\u00edme u d\u00edt\u011bte skoli\u00f3zu, za\u0159azujeme ho do rehabilita\u010dn\u00edho programu l\u00e9\u010debn\u00e9 t\u011blesn\u00e9 v\u00fdchovy. Tam se nau\u010d\u00ed cvi\u010dit vhodnou sestavu cvik\u016f a Health dance je alternativa,&#8220; uvedl l\u00e9ka\u0159.<\/p>\n<p>Druh\u016f cvi\u010den\u00ed na skoli\u00f3zu je podle Pitra asi t\u0159icet. &#8222;Vyb\u00edrat je tedy z \u010deho, ale nikdo zat\u00edm nedok\u00e1zal, aby to d\u011bti bavilo, co\u017e je p\u0159edpokladem k tomu, aby skute\u010dn\u011b cvi\u010dily,&#8220; uvedl Pitr.<\/p>\n<p>Ten pr\u00fd my\u0161lenku d\u00e1t dohromady zdravotn\u00ed tanec nosil v hlav\u011b patn\u00e1ct, dvacet let. &#8222;St\u00e1le jsem toti\u017e p\u0159ed sebou vid\u011bl d\u011bv\u010data, kter\u00e9 m\u00edsto odpov\u011bdi na ot\u00e1zku, jestli cvi\u010d\u00ed, klop\u00ed jen rozpa\u010dit\u011b zrak. Tak\u017ee m\u011b napadlo vymyslet pro n\u011b n\u011bco z\u00e1bavn\u00e9ho, ale st\u00e1le jsem nemohl naj\u00edt ten spr\u00e1vn\u00fd t\u00fdm, kter\u00fd by mi n\u00e1pad pomohl realizovat,&#8220; vypr\u00e1v\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159.<\/p>\n<p>Nakonec v\u0161emu pomohla n\u00e1hoda. Kate\u0159ina \u0160tudentov\u00e1, kter\u00e1 dlouh\u00e1 l\u00e9ta tancovala, byla toti\u017e v Pitrov\u011b plze\u0148sk\u00e9m centru rehabilitace a rekondice na st\u00e1\u017ei. Slovo dalo slovo a tanec byl na sv\u011bt\u011b. P\u0159\u00edprav\u011b podle n\u011bj p\u0159edch\u00e1zelo osloven\u00ed jednoho plze\u0148sk\u00e9ho studia tance, kter\u00e9 se stalo sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u00fdmu. &#8222;V tane\u010dn\u00edm studiu nakonec vytvo\u0159ili choreografii a kolegyn\u011b jim pak \u0159ekla, toto se do sestavy nehod\u00ed, proto\u017ee je to zdravotn\u011b rizikov\u00e9, p\u0159idejte tam naopak tento prvek. Zkr\u00e1tka pracovali jsme jako t\u00fdm,&#8220; vyl\u00ed\u010dil Pitr.<\/p>\n<p>Podle \u0160tudentov\u00e9 je Health dance vlastn\u011b souborem n\u011bkolika sestav cvik\u016f, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed posilovat v\u0161echny svalov\u00e9 skupiny. &#8222;Nechyb\u00ed t\u0159eba stoj na \u0161pi\u010dk\u00e1ch, kter\u00fd zlep\u0161uje senzomotoriku, stabilizaci v prostoru,&#8220; vypr\u00e1v\u00ed \u0160tudentov\u00e1. Hodina je podle n\u00ed pevn\u011b dan\u00e1. Nejd\u0159\u00edve se d\u011bv\u010data mus\u00ed rozcvi\u010dit a p\u0159ipravit tak svaly na z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e, pak n\u00e1sleduj\u00ed sestavy. &#8222;\u010c\u00e1st cvi\u010den\u00ed prob\u00edh\u00e1 na podlo\u017ek\u00e1ch, \u010d\u00e1st je tane\u010dn\u00ed, na z\u00e1v\u011br nesm\u00ed chyb\u011bt uvoln\u011bn\u00ed,&#8220; popsala l\u00e9ka\u0159ka, podle kter\u00e9 se jedn\u00e1 o pom\u011brn\u011b slo\u017eit\u00e9 cviky spojen\u00e9 s d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00edm, s pohybem o\u010d\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je t\u0159eba d\u00edvky dob\u0159e nau\u010dit, aby je mohly bezchybn\u011b cvi\u010dit doma.<\/p>\n<p>A jak je mo\u017en\u00e9 nad skoli\u00f3zou vyzr\u00e1t? Kdy\u017e podle Pitra d\u00edt\u011b cvi\u010d\u00ed ur\u010denou sestavu ka\u017ed\u00fd den po dvaceti minut\u00e1ch, zhor\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed skoli\u00f3zy se zastav\u00ed nebo alespo\u0148 zpomal\u00ed. &#8222;Obdobn\u00fd postup doporu\u010dujeme p\u0159i vadn\u00e9m dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla, kter\u00e9 je \u010dasto jen p\u0159edstupn\u011bm skoli\u00f3zy,&#8220; dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Pitr.<\/p>\n<p>Vadn\u00e9 dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla m\u00e1 podle n\u011bj v \u010cesku asi 95 procent d\u011bt\u00ed. Skoli\u00f3zou trp\u00ed zhruba deset a\u017e patn\u00e1ct procent d\u011bt\u00ed. Z toho jedno a\u017e dv\u011b procenta p\u0159ipad\u00e1 podle Pitra na t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 skoli\u00f3zy. Probl\u00e9m ale je, \u017ee odhadem polovina d\u011bt\u00ed o skoli\u00f3ze v\u016fbec nev\u00ed. &#8222;Jednodu\u0161e proto, \u017ee toto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed nebol\u00ed,&#8220; vysv\u011btlil Pitr, podle kter\u00e9ho zat\u00edm nikdo nerozkl\u00ed\u010doval, jak skoli\u00f3za vznik\u00e1. &#8222;Jednou z hypot\u00e9z je to, \u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk za\u010dal \u017e\u00edt vzp\u0159\u00edmen\u011b, ale p\u00e1te\u0159 na to nebyla p\u0159ipraven\u00e1, a proto \u010dasto doch\u00e1z\u00ed k tomu, \u017ee se zkrout\u00ed,&#8220; l\u00ed\u010d\u00ed Pitr.<\/p>\n<p>Podle n\u011bj se zkoumala i d\u011bdi\u010dnost, ale gen pro skoli\u00f3zu nebyl nalezen. &#8222;Ale v\u00edme, \u017ee kdy\u017e rodi\u010de onemocn\u011bn\u00edm trp\u00ed, tak je v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee i d\u00edt\u011b m\u016f\u017ee postihnout,&#8220; uvedl l\u00e9ka\u0159. D\u016fvodem podle n\u011bj ale m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt i to, \u017ee rodi\u010de jsou vysoc\u00ed a d\u00edt\u011b tak\u00e9 rychle vyroste a ne\u017e se sta\u010d\u00ed svalov\u011b stabilizovat, tak vznikne skoli\u00f3za. &#8222;Kdy\u017e zlep\u0161\u00edme svalov\u00fd apar\u00e1t, tak je \u0161ance, \u017ee se p\u00e1te\u0159 udr\u017e\u00ed nebo je skoli\u00f3za men\u0161\u00ed a nemus\u00ed se l\u00e9\u010dit korzetem \u010di operac\u00ed,&#8220; p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eil Pitr.<\/p>\n<p>Nejhor\u0161\u00ed sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159 p\u0159i skoli\u00f3ze je podle n\u011bj operace, kdy se zjednodu\u0161en\u011b \u0159e\u010deno voperov\u00e1vaj\u00ed ty\u010de pod\u00e9l p\u00e1te\u0159e, kter\u00e1 je pak nepohybliv\u00e1. &#8222;T\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 skoli\u00f3za, kter\u00e1 je nav\u00edc je\u0161t\u011b kombinovan\u00e1 s vych\u00fdlen\u00edm p\u00e1te\u0159e dozadu, m\u016f\u017ee ohro\u017eovat akci srde\u010dn\u00ed a d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed. Kdy\u017e to dojde takto daleko, tak se jedn\u00e1 o t\u011b\u017ece invalidn\u00ed lidi.
