O v\u00fdsledc\u00edch b\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed p\u00ed\u0161e italsk\u00fd den\u00edk La Repubblica.<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bdci sledovali, do jak\u00e9 m\u00edry se \u017eeny stravuj\u00ed podle z\u00e1sad st\u0159edomo\u0159sk\u00e9 diety, kolik sn\u011bd\u00ed ovoce a zeleniny, cere\u00e1li\u00ed a brambor, ryb a v\u00edcenenasycen\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin, typick\u00fdch pro tuto v\u00fd\u017eivu, ale tak\u00e9 m\u00e9n\u011b zastoupen\u00fdch potravin, jako je maso, ml\u00e9ko, ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky a alkohol.<\/p>\n<p>\u017deny, kter\u00e9 se v\u00edce stravovaly v souladu se st\u0159edomo\u0159skou dietou, kdy konzumovaly sedm \u010di v\u00edce jej\u00edch charakteristick\u00fdch slo\u017eek, vykazovaly sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rizika vzniku rakoviny d\u011blohy o 57 procent ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s t\u011bmi, kter\u00e9 tuto dietu dodr\u017eovaly jen minim\u00e1ln\u011b. \u010c\u00edm v\u00edce \u017eeny jedly pokrmy typick\u00e9 pro st\u0159edomo\u0159skou kuchyni, t\u00edm v\u00edce byly chr\u00e1n\u011bny p\u0159ed vznikem rakoviny d\u011blohy. Podle expert\u016f p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k protin\u00e1dorov\u00e9mu \u00fa\u010dinku t\u00e9to stravy jej\u00ed vysok\u00fd obsah antioxidant\u016f, vl\u00e1kniny a v\u00edcenenasycen\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin.<\/p>\n<p>Jen v It\u00e1lii tento typ \u017eensk\u00e9 rakoviny postihuje ro\u010dn\u011b 8000 \u017een. &#8222;N\u00e1\u0161 v\u00fdzkum ukazuje, \u017ee st\u0159edomo\u0159sk\u00e1 dieta umo\u017e\u0148uje sni\u017eovat riziko vzniku nejen rakoviny d\u011blohy, ale tak\u00e9 rakoviny dutiny \u00fastn\u00ed, \u017ealudku, jater a slinivky b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed. Dok\u00e1\u017ee tak\u00e9 sni\u017eovat riziko infarktu,&#8220; uv\u00e1d\u00ed Alessandra Tavaniov\u00e1 z odd\u011blen\u00ed epidemiologie \u00dastavu pro farmakologick\u00fd v\u00fdzkum Mario Negri, kter\u00e1 je vedouc\u00ed studie.<\/p>\n<p>I kdy\u017e je rakovina d\u011blohy p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b spojena s vysokou \u00farovn\u00ed estrogen\u016f a hlavn\u00edm opat\u0159en\u00edm k jej\u00ed prevenci je sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed nadv\u00e1hy, tento v\u00fdzkum ukazuje, \u017ee tak\u00e9 strava bohat\u00e1 na ovoce a zeleninu, ryby, cere\u00e1lie a v\u00edcenenasycen\u00e9 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny, a naopak chud\u00e1 na maso a ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky, m\u016f\u017ee spolu s um\u00edrn\u011bnou konzumac\u00ed alkoholu p\u0159isp\u00edvat ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rizika.<\/p>\n<p>Italov\u00e9 se v\u0161ak v posledn\u00edch letech st\u0159edomo\u0159sk\u00e9 diet\u011b vzdaluj\u00ed a spot\u0159eba ovoce, zeleniny, olivov\u00e9ho oleje a v\u00edna vzhledem ke krizi poklesla a loni dos\u00e1hla nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b za posledn\u00edch 33 let. Chl\u00e9b, t\u011bstoviny, ryby, ovoce, zelenina, panensk\u00fd olivov\u00fd olej a tradi\u010dn\u00ed sklenka v\u00edna byly elix\u00edrem dlouhov\u011bkosti Ital\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed se dosud do\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v pr\u016fm\u011bru nejv\u00edce let ve sv\u011bt\u011b: u mu\u017e\u016f to je 79,8 roku a u \u017een 84,8 roku. Situace se v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee v budoucnu zm\u011bnit tak\u00e9 kv\u016fli zm\u011bn\u00e1m ve stravovac\u00edch n\u00e1vyc\u00edch, zejm\u00e9na u mlad\u00e9 generace.
