Takov\u00fd je v\u011bdeck\u00fd z\u00e1v\u011br z v\u00fdzkumu souvislost\u00ed mezi aktivitou s n\u00edzkou spot\u0159ebou energie, kterou m\u00e1me, kdy\u017e sed\u00edme, a emotivn\u00edm rozpolo\u017een\u00edm, spojen\u00fdm zejm\u00e9na s nebezpe\u010d\u00edm vzniku \u00fazkosti.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p> O z\u00e1v\u011brech studie informoval italsk\u00fd den\u00edk Corriere della Sera.<\/p>\n<p>    Tr\u00e1vit dlouh\u00e9 hodiny, n\u011bkdy i cel\u00fd den, v sed\u011b, pro na\u0161e fyzick\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed skute\u010dn\u011b nen\u00ed dobr\u00e9. Je to prok\u00e1z\u00e1no a ka\u017ed\u00e9mu je to z\u0159ejm\u00e9. Nov\u00e1 studie, zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00e1 na BMC Public Health, ukazuje, \u017ee nebezpe\u010d\u00ed vzniku \u00fazkost\u00ed roste v z\u00e1vislosti na \u010dase, kter\u00fd str\u00e1v\u00edme v sed\u011b, a\u0165 u\u017e p\u0159ed po\u010d\u00edta\u010dem nebo p\u0159ed televiz\u00ed \u010di u pracovn\u00edho stolu.<\/p>\n<p>    \u00dazkost je skute\u010dnou du\u0161evn\u00ed chorobou, kterou ve sv\u011bt\u011b trp\u00ed na 27 milion\u016f lid\u00ed, a je\u0161t\u011b mnohem v\u00edce, p\u0159ipo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1me-li k tomu poruchy s \u00fazkost\u00ed spojen\u00e9, jako jsou fobie. Lid\u00e9 trp\u00edc\u00ed \u00fazkost\u00ed se neust\u00e1le p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 znepokojuj\u00ed, co\u017e v\u00edce \u010di m\u00e9n\u011b naru\u0161uje kvalitu jejich \u017eivota. \u00dazkost m\u00edv\u00e1 \u010dasto somatick\u00e9 projevy, to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee se projevuje fyzick\u00fdmi probl\u00e9my, kter\u00e9 mohou m\u00edt podobu trval\u00e9 \u00fanavy \u010di d\u00fdchac\u00edch pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed, svalov\u00e9ho nap\u011bt\u00ed \u010di bolesti hlavy.<\/p>\n<p>    &#8222;V na\u0161\u00ed modern\u00ed spole\u010dnosti nar\u016fstaj\u00ed symptomy \u00fazkosti, kter\u00e9 zjevn\u011b doprov\u00e1zej\u00ed sedav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl,&#8220; vysv\u011btluje hlavn\u00ed autorka studie Megan Teychenneov\u00e1 z Deakinovy univerzity v Austr\u00e1lii. &#8222;Cht\u011bli jsme tedy ov\u011b\u0159it, zda jsou oba faktory skute\u010dn\u011b spojeny. P\u0159edchoz\u00ed v\u00fdzkum osv\u011btlil vztah mezi sedav\u00fdm \u017eivotn\u00edm stylem a depresivn\u00edmi symptomy, proto jsme cht\u011bli prozkoumat, zda je tady vztah i s p\u0159\u00edznaky \u00fazkosti,&#8220; uv\u00e1d\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>    V\u011bdci analyzovali a srovn\u00e1vali dev\u011bt p\u0159edchoz\u00edch studi\u00ed. V\u011bt\u0161ina z nich je p\u0159ivedla k v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9mu z\u00e1v\u011bru. V\u011bdci za sedav\u00e9 aktivity pova\u017eovali tak\u00e9 sezen\u00ed u po\u010d\u00edta\u010de, p\u0159esto\u017ee vztah mezi \u00fazkost\u00ed a displejem vy\u0161el m\u00e9n\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u011b. Studie prok\u00e1zala, \u017ee 36 procent vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00fdch student\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed tr\u00e1v\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e dv\u011b hodiny denn\u011b p\u0159ed po\u010d\u00edta\u010dem, je v\u00edce vystaveno nebezpe\u010d\u00ed vzniku \u00fazkost\u00ed, ne\u017e ti, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u0159ed po\u010d\u00edta\u010dem tr\u00e1v\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b \u010dasu.<\/p>\n<p>    Jak tuto souvislost vysv\u011btlit? V\u011bdci p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed s hypot\u00e9zou, \u017ee p\u0159\u00edli\u0161n\u00e9 sezen\u00ed naru\u0161uje sp\u00e1nkov\u00fd cyklus, co\u017e zhor\u0161uje metabolismus. P\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00ed psychiatrickou teorii, podle n\u00ed\u017e nadm\u011brn\u00e9 sezen\u00ed vede k tomu, \u017ee se jednotlivec stahuje ze soci\u00e1ln\u00edch vztah\u016f, jejich\u017e ztr\u00e1ta vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 \u00fazkosti. To v\u0161e je\u0161t\u011b hodlaj\u00ed d\u00e1le zkoumat a analyzovat.<br \/>\n    Nicm\u00e9n\u011b je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed fyzick\u00e9 aktivity n\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee uv\u00e9st do klidn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho psychick\u00e9ho a emotivn\u00edho stavu.
