{"id":21994,"date":"2015-07-03T08:47:00","date_gmt":"2015-07-03T06:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.invarena.cz\/?p=21994"},"modified":"2015-07-03T08:47:00","modified_gmt":"2015-07-03T06:47:00","slug":"pribyva-skolek-v-nichz-je-vyrazne-prekrocena-koncentrace-radonu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.invarena.cz\/?p=21994","title":{"rendered":"P\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1 \u0161kolek, v nich\u017e je v\u00fdrazn\u011b p\u0159ekro\u010dena koncentrace radonu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>V \u010cesku p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1 budov mate\u0159sk\u00fdch \u0161kol, kter\u00e9 v\u00fdrazn\u011b p\u0159ekra\u010duj\u00ed povolenou hodnotu koncentrace radonu.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p> Vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 to z pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy o pln\u011bn\u00ed \u00fakol\u016f radonov\u00e9ho programu \u010cR, kterou ve st\u0159edu projednala vl\u00e1da.<\/p>\n<p> \u0158ada odborn\u00edk\u016f p\u0159i\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 n\u00e1r\u016fst po\u010dtu takov\u00fdch budov p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 m\u00edrn\u00fdm \u010desk\u00fdm norm\u00e1m.<br \/>\n    Zpr\u00e1va uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee ve \u0161koln\u00edm roce 2013\/2014 bylo p\u0159i kontrol\u00e1ch zji\u0161t\u011bno 21 mate\u0159sk\u00fdch \u0161kol, kde koncentrace radonu p\u0159ekro\u010dila 1000 Bq\/m3 (Becquerel\u016f na metr krychlov\u00fd). Ve \u0161koln\u00edm roce 2011\/2012 bylo p\u0159itom takov\u00fdch \u0161kol objeveno pouze deset. B\u011b\u017en\u011b je ve vzduchu koncentrace tohoto radioaktivn\u00edho plynu pom\u011brn\u011b n\u00edzk\u00e1, pohybuje se kolem 10 Bq\/m3.<\/p>\n<p>    \u0158ada odborn\u00edk\u016f p\u0159i\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 n\u00e1r\u016fst po\u010dtu budov s nadlimitn\u00edm v\u00fdskytem radonu p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 m\u00edrn\u00fdm \u010desk\u00fdm norm\u00e1m. Ty v novostavb\u00e1ch povoluj\u00ed 200 Bq\/m3 a v rekonstruovan\u00fdch star\u00fdch domech dokonce 400 Bq\/m3. Sv\u011btov\u00e1 zdravotnick\u00e1 organizace p\u0159itom doporu\u010duje hodnotu 100 Bq\/m3. Nap\u0159\u00edklad odborn\u00edk na problematiku radonu z \u010cesk\u00e9ho vysok\u00e9ho u\u010den\u00ed technick\u00e9ho v Praze Martin Jir\u00e1nek ji\u017e d\u0159\u00edve \u010cTK \u0159ekl, \u017ee osobn\u011b by byl u nov\u00fdch budov pro limit 100 Bq\/m3 a u st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch 200 Bq\/m3. St\u00e1tn\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed \u00fastav na za\u010d\u00e1tku roku uvedl, \u017ee kv\u016fli nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 koncentraci radonu v budov\u00e1ch ro\u010dn\u011b v \u010cesku zem\u0159e na rakovinu plic kolem 900 lid\u00ed.<br \/>\n    &#8222;Pokud se porovn\u00e1vaj\u00ed v\u00fdsledky m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed v mate\u0159sk\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch z obdob\u00ed 1990 a\u017e 1991 s v\u00fdsledky zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdmi od roku 2011, je z\u0159ejm\u00fd trend sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9ho v\u011btr\u00e1n\u00ed a n\u00e1r\u016fst objemov\u00e9 aktivity radonu,&#8220; uv\u00e1d\u00ed zpr\u00e1va. Podle dat St\u00e1tn\u00edho \u00fa\u0159adu radia\u010dn\u00ed ochrany byla zhruba polovina v sou\u010dasnosti funguj\u00edc\u00edch mate\u0159sk\u00fdch \u0161kol v \u010cR postavena p\u0159ed rokem 1991. \u010c\u00e1st z nich byla zateplena, ani to ale nepomohlo. U objekt\u016f v p\u016fvodn\u00edm stavu se pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 objemov\u00e1 aktivita radonu zv\u00fd\u0161ila od za\u010d\u00e1tku 90. let v pr\u016fm\u011bru o dev\u011bt procent, u rekonstruovan\u00fdch objekt\u016f v pr\u016fm\u011bru o 60 procent, podot\u00fdk\u00e1 materi\u00e1l. Dod\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee ani p\u0159i rekonstrukc\u00edch budov mate\u0159sk\u00fdch \u0161kol nen\u00ed riziku radonu v\u011bnov\u00e1na dostate\u010dn\u00e1 pozornost.<br \/>\n    Plo\u0161n\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed radonu v bytech na \u00fazem\u00ed \u010cR prob\u00edh\u00e1 od za\u010d\u00e1tku 90. let. Dosud bylo nalezeno na 29.000 byt\u016f se zv\u00fd\u0161enou hodnotou radonov\u00e9ho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, z nich\u017e v\u011bt\u0161ina podle zpr\u00e1vy nebyla n\u00e1sledn\u011b ozdravena, proto\u017ee jejich majitel\u00e9 nem\u011bli na ozdraven\u00ed z\u00e1jem. Mate\u0159sk\u00e9 \u0161koly se plo\u0161n\u011b kontroluj\u00ed od roku 2011.<br \/>\n    Radioaktivn\u00ed plyn radon vznik\u00e1 jako produkt rozpadu radia a uranu. \u010cesk\u00e1 republika se nach\u00e1z\u00ed na podlo\u017e\u00ed, kde je pod\u00edl uranu v mnoha oblastech vysok\u00fd. Kv\u016fli sv\u00e9mu p\u016fdn\u00edmu slo\u017een\u00ed m\u00e1 \u010cesko v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s ostatn\u00edmi zem\u011bmi jedny z nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edch koncentrac\u00ed radonu v budov\u00e1ch. Radon m\u016f\u017ee do dom\u016f vnikat ze zem\u011b net\u011bsnostmi v konstrukci staveb, z podzemn\u00ed vody a z nevhodn\u00e9ho stavebn\u00edho materi\u00e1lu. Kolik radonu ze zem\u011b vych\u00e1z\u00ed v dan\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b, lze zjistit z radonov\u00e9 mapy \u010cR, kter\u00e1 je dostupn\u00e1 na internetu.<br \/>\n    Nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zp\u016fsobem, jak vysok\u00e9 koncentrace radonu odstranit, je syst\u00e9m \u0159\u00edzen\u00e9 ventilace s takzvanou rekuperac\u00ed. P\u0159i stavb\u011b lze tak\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edt protiradonov\u00e9 izolace, kter\u00e9 zabra\u0148uj\u00ed pronik\u00e1n\u00ed nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho plynu do budovy.
