Desetihodinov\u00e1 a velmi komplikovan\u00e1 operace se konala v d\u011btsk\u00e9 nemocnici ve Filadelfii, uvedla agentura AFP. <\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>foto: BBC<\/p>\n<p>Chlapec p\u0159i\u0161el o ob\u011b horn\u00ed kon\u010detiny a chodidlo kv\u016fli rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 infekci. Ve \u010dty\u0159ech letech musel rovn\u011b\u017e absolvovat transplantaci ledvin, novou ledvinu mu poskytla jeho matka.<br \/>\n    Chlapec se bez \u010d\u00e1sti pa\u017e\u00ed nau\u010dil j\u00edst p\u0159edlokt\u00edm, dokonce i psal a hr\u00e1l videohry. Nyn\u00ed uvedl, \u017ee u\u017e se t\u011b\u0161\u00ed, a\u017e si bude moci rukama h\u00e1zet m\u00ed\u010dem. &#8222;Nejd\u0159\u00edve to bylo divn\u00e9, ale pak u\u017e dobr\u00e9,&#8220; popsal Zion probuzen\u00ed s nov\u00fdma rukama.<br \/>\n    Na operaci se pod\u00edlel t\u00fdm 40 l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f, sester a dal\u0161\u00edho person\u00e1lu a odborn\u00edk\u016f z plastick\u00e9 chirurgie, ortopedie, anesteziologie a radiologie. L\u00e9ka\u0159i nejprve pe\u010dliv\u011b spojili kosti a pak \u017e\u00edly. Kdy\u017e za\u010dala v rukou kolovat krev, chirurgov\u00e9 pospojovali \u0161lachy, svaly a nervy.<br \/>\n    &#8222;Kdy\u017e Zion po infekci podstoupil transplantaci ledvin, stal se kandid\u00e1tem i na tuto operaci, proto\u017ee u\u017e v t\u00e9 dob\u011b bral imunosupresivn\u00ed l\u00e9ky,&#8220; \u0159ekl l\u00e9ka\u0159 Benjamin Chang. Imunosupresiva jsou l\u00e9ky, kter\u00e9 zabra\u0148uj\u00ed odm\u00edtnut\u00ed nov\u00e9ho org\u00e1nu. Do Baltimoru, kde Harveyho rodina \u017eije, by se pr\u00fd Zion mohl vr\u00e1tit za p\u00e1r t\u00fddn\u016f.<br \/>\n    Prvn\u00ed \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 transplantace horn\u00ed kon\u010detiny byla provedena v roce 1998 v Lyonu. T\u00fdmy chirurg\u016f ze \u010dty\u0159 zem\u00ed tehdy 14 hodin operovali Novoz\u00e9lan\u010fana Clinta Hallama, kter\u00fd p\u0159i\u0161el o pravou ruku p\u0159i nehod\u011b s cirkul\u00e1rkou. Po t\u0159ech letech ale Hallam prohl\u00e1sil, \u017ee se s novou rukou, kter\u00e1 poch\u00e1zela od motocyklisty, kter\u00fd zem\u0159el p\u0159i nehod\u011b, nedok\u00e1zal s\u017e\u00edt a po\u017e\u00e1dal o jej\u00ed op\u011btovn\u00e9 odstran\u011bn\u00ed.
